Its New Years Eve, theres a band, and there is only one waitress on duty, and she seemed overwhelmed. I felt bad for her, even though she did charge us for two drinks we did not order and average wait time was 30 to 45 minutes for two of our rounds of drinks. Also the drinks started out in pint glasses, but then switched to plastic cups that were smaller, although we were charged the same price. My wife also reported when she went to the restroom that she saw dirty glasses and dishes stacked up as if there was no dishwasher on duty, which would explain why the night started with glasses and ended with plastic cups, and that when I asked for silverware with my meal I received a plastic fork and spoon.

I brought a group in on Saturday morning at approximately 11:15 a.m. (volunteers for the Bellin Run) and my husband and I were the first to arrive and ordered our drinks. The remainder of our group arrived ten minutes later and it was another ten minutes after that before we received our drinks. Yes, it was very busy and more staff finally arrived for the noon hour, but for the most part, the entire time we were there, our service was terrible. My group also ordered some appetizers of which the buffalo boneless were tasty, however, the chips and salsa chips were stale. If in the area again for a few beers and chips, well head farther downtown.

This is probably one of the worst dining experiences I ever had. We went there with a group of six and it took us 45 minutes to get a glass of water. The waitress seem very confused and the entire Place seemed like it was very poorly run. After submitting our order for appetizers and for entrees, we waited about another hour and got up and left. There were several other people that had been waiting just about as long and had not received any food. My advice is that if youre thinking of going here go somewhere else

YOU BE THE JUDGE! Arrived during happy hour, Ordered a tap Coors light and a bottle of Miller High Life, went to sit outside on the patio with River view. Checked our receipt for a "Tap" beer and bottle of domestic during happy hour... $8...verified the charge, told prices just increased. We ordered chips, salsa and guacamole $5.99. This tasted great, guacamole was as it should be, avacados blended well with a little salsa...no sour cream in guac...excellent!

Service was extremely slow,it took almost 15 minutes to get our drinks. The server was nice but not very friendly and kind of akward. We ordered the salmon which was overcooked and tasted of pure soy sauce, it was so salty it was inedible. We also ordered the Hawaiian Mahi Mahi and had to send it back due to it being almost completely raw inside. Overall the service and food were bad, not to mention it being over priced. We will not be going back.

The patty in my hamburger was some kind of pre-processed hockey puck: loaded with salt and pepper, almost sausage-like, like something you would see in a frozen breakfast sandwich. I feel bad for the chef because the rest of the burger was well made, but how are you supposed to cook a hamburger without ground beef?

We asked the bartender if we seat ourselves outside for dining, she said yes. All the tables were dirty so we moved the dishes to the side and waited. Then despite serving her friends 3 times and the couple behind us, she never acknowledged us again. Its been 20 min now, so were just going to leave.

Great food and one of the only places in gb to eat out on the river. Very friendly staff. Dont expect it to be a place to grab a steak dinner.. Its pretty much bar food (not greasy bar food) just not meals you would take a hot date to grab. But they have some of the best sammiches I have ever had!

The food was Incredible!! All the sides were also very good! The Cooks did an Amazing Job! I had to thank them personally because it was so good! The waitress we had was also very nice! Fortunately I forgot her name but Not to mention the lovely tattoos she had. 10/10 would go back!

Not a bad place to visit. The food was well prepared, served fairly quickly and there were some nice selections on the menu. The Mystery Machine Burger is a must try. Nice creation I must say. Music and atmosphere was pleasant. I would go back.

We were at JS on Saturday the 16th. the band was "petty cash" they were just okay I think they formed in the parking lot 10 minutes prior to the gig. The drinks were like colored water. The staff was great, very good at their jobs

Great place to bring friends and family to. The food offering is tasty and simple at a reasonable price. The patio and bar are relaxing with plenty of space and a nice view of the river.
