Today, I went bowing at Harmony for the first time in three years, and I will never be going back! When I first arrived, the staff was not very helpful or engaged in their work. I am pretty sure that the rental shoes I received were from the 1990s- they were falling apart. When I went to my lane, the table was covered in ketchup, and food remnants. When I went to find a house ball, they were all chewed up, as if someone had beaten them with a hammer and chisel. They were all dirty, and had not been cleaned properly in sometime. The one thing that I did like about Harmony was their TV screen and scoring system. The large TV is easy to use for setup. As I was at the counter paying for my expensive games ($8.50 for 3 games and shoes!), a drunk man stumbled over and starting "chatting" with the clerks! I could not believe this and wasted no more time getting out of there. I will never return for any event there. Stick with Peterson AFB lanes and their $1 games. I will never return to Harmony Bowl.

Our family recently visited Harmony Bowl and there are definitely some pros and cons. The pros - it is a large place (about 40 lanes) and so it didnt really feel crowded as the people were fairly spread out. The lanes seem to be pretty well taken care of and we didnt experience any real issues. The cons - the staff werent friendly or too helpful, as other reviewers have noted. It took several minutes to find a decent ball to use because many of them were horribly messed up. Some balls even had small chunks missing from them! The shoes have definitely seen better days as well. We definitely had fun visiting there and wouldnt mind going back, but the staff could use a smile and good attitude, and many of the balls and shoes need to be replaced.

The bar here is awesome. The staff are fast and friendly. The food here is ok. However the food staff (at least the two girls working) are terrible. They ignored me for like 10 minutes whiles they talked to each other. Also the prices for food are pretty high like 6 dollars for a hotdog kind of high. For the quality of food and service this is a terrible deal. However the bar has a great tap and incredible deals. Perhaps some of the best in. The springs for happy hour. Its m-f 3-6 and 2.50 for a pint! Good place to enjoy a cold one or two with the boys.

Went on 29 July with my son who has special needs. I paid for two games and told them we would use the bumpers for my son and was told I couldnt because he was over the age of 8. We tried to bowl but my son became so frustrated that we called it quits after 6 frames and left with the counter person reiterating "thats the policy". My son took it hard as he is excited to finally do things that require a bit more physical coordination, and I am very disappointed my father/son outing had anything to do with Harmony Bowl.

Have been twice in a month. The staff is very helpful, even when slammed. Very patient. Big bar and pitchers available. Diy bumpers for your lane if some adults and some kids are playing, but its a manual switch under the command post in the lanes. Food options to include pizza and fries, and pub style food. Great prices for bowling compared to competition. Some arcade games about half didnt work. Thats fine with me with 3 kids to pay for! Pool tables and darts in bar area. Nice place. Will be back for sure!

Went there for the first time tonight with my family. The place itself is nice and clean.. The problem came when another bowler (grown adult man) in a different lane was acting a fool, screaming profanities, jumping up and down while scaring some of the little kids. The staff did nothing about it, even after multiple complaints. We paid for three games but only played one because it was getting out of hand and we had our three year old. Wont be going back!

Amazing place to go bowling at. They will definitely take care of you when it comes to birthday parties and all. For the bowlers, my average is a 200+ and the lanes here are great and challenging from time to times which helps improve your game and quality of shots. The only downside is it can get real busy in a hurry, but with it being one of the main bowling alleys in the city and off of the busiest street in Colorado Springs, its pretty much expected.

WOW!!! By far, the best bowling alley in Colorado! Since the new ownership, I cant believe the transformation this place has taken on. From the lane conditions, restaurant/bar and overall atmosphere, this center is absolutely amazing! Customer service is incredible! I have a family of 5 and every time weve stepped foot into this center, the staff makes us feel like we are the only ones bowling...thanks so much for your professionalism!!!

Google says theyre open til 2am/12am throughout the week, I GUARENTEE the employees will harass you to finish your beer when youre not finished and turn all the lights on while your in the middle of your game with 45min until they close. Their pretty rude and the bartender has a syndrome where she likes to roll her eyes. This place should be shut down and replaced with a garbage yard because then at least the service would be better.

we had so many issues with the lanes not working that it seemed like half the time we were walking back and forth to the front desk. that was even after changing lanes because the first lane we were on completely froze up. the beer was flat, the food wasnt very good, and the bathroom smelled like piss. i was not impressed at all, especially because of how much money my group and i spent. it just wasnt worth it at all.

This is my favorite bowling alley to go to woth friends and family. Compared to others like the previously named Brunswick, Harmony Bowls alleys go a whole lot quicker than any Ive seen. You get youre ball returned to you faster and dont have to wait forever to bowl the next turn. A great place to go if youre looking to specifically bowl. Food is good, not restaurant status but then again I go to bowl, not dine in.

I have to agree with the other person in that the bumper policy is really lame. My daughter and I have gone in there often then we went in on August 12th and was confronted and told we couldnt use the bumpers (we like to bowl but we suck at it lol) we finished the game we.paid for and left and wont be returing but on a good note we went and played mini golf and realized it was more fun so I guess thank you!

This place is constantly packed and sometimes things can get a little tight. Dont bother going on a Wednesday evening because you will be waiting FOREVER. The staff is a bit grumpy but the lanes are very nice and the computers are new and updated and tell you how fast you bowled etc. Very nice equipment, not bad food prices. If you can get in when its slower this is a nice alley.

We really liked Harmony Bowl. We purchased a couple bowling balls from Mark in the pro shop and he was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us pick out the best ball for our ability and didnt try to oversell us. If you are looking for a new bowling ball, I would highly recommend you go see Mark at Champions Choice. Super nice guy.
