Theft by deception is all you will receive if you bowl at this establishment! My 7 year old niece wanted nothing more than fun day of bowling with her friends for her birthday. One of her favorite memories with her father was a bowling trip! Speaking with a staff member we were scheduled and given a price for the Birthday party, $200 for 10-20 people with 2 lanes. We could bring our own food as long as it was pizza or sub sandwiches with cake and decor, we would have to purchase all drinks at Bowlero. The credit card machine was down and it was paid in cash. The day before the party the employee notified us she was fired and the party was canceled as she was the "party planner/hostess"! In disbelief and no desire to disappoint my niece on her first birthday after her father passed away I called and spoke to the ProShop Manager / Night Manager, after explaining the situation he ran my credit card for $42 for a 2pm party for six girls and the lanes. He was very apologetic and confirmed the pizza/cake/balloons and party favors could be brought into the establishment and assured me the situation would be made right as the employee who took the $200 was no longer employed there. Upon arrival for the party the owner Michelle was beyond disrespectful to both of my sisters, given my disability I sat off to the side as I am too week to stand, the owner denied the pizza entrance and made it clear we were "lucky" to be allowed the cake/presents/balloons. The lanes were not available until 2:24pm and the owner was beyond rude. She acted as though we were in the wrong and made a point we would not be breaking her rules! We will travel to Colorado Springs before ever bowling in this establishment again. $242 plus the cost of the wasted pizza was nothing compared to the heartbreak my niece experienced as her mother was belittled and berated by the owner! Theft by deception is all you will receive if you bowl at this establishment!

Super awesome experience at this bowling alley last night. The building its in is an old shopping center, and the alley is downstairs. Very cool, retro vibe as soon as you enter the stairwell. Prices were reasonable for shoe rentals and games, and the guy who helped us out was very friendly and helpful. It was a Thursday night, so not super crowded. Its a big alley, with, I believe, 16 lanes on each side. Lots of games and 50 cent machines for kids. A great variety of balls with different weights and finger hole sizes. Now lets talk about the snack bar...they dont take cards, cash only, but they let me run my card at the desk where you pay for games and shoes (which does take cards) for the amount and gave me cash for the snack bar. The guy behind the snack bar was SUPER friendly and pleasant, very enjoyable to chat with! I got the cheeseburger and fries and my husband got the burrito. My burger was PERFECT, as were my fries, and my husband loved his burrito. We also got the zucchini sticks, which were delicious as well. Pricing is not bad at all, ours was just under $18. As for actually bowling, we didnt have any issues with our lane and had a great time! They put us on an end lane away from the bigger groups with kids, which I saw as very considerate of him! Overall we had a great time and will definitely be back to this bowling alley!

We were very poorly treated. We tried to order food soon after arriving and was told by the waitress she was overworked and needed a break and we could order in 15 minutes. I returned in 15 minutes and was told she still hadnt taken a break and to try again later. We were there 2 hours and was told she still was too busy. Besides the 3 families we came with, there were only 4 to 6 lanes being used (many of who werent eating). The bartender was very courteous and sold us a lemonade and took our food order and gave it to the waitress. An hour passed and we gave up on getting any food. The bartender returned and was shocked we hadnt been served. We discovered our ticket was ripped up. Horrible experience altogether and we will NEVER give them our business again.

I really wished I had the experience that some of these other folks had but I tell you the ball was dropped today. Decided to have my daughters birthday party here and had the most awful customer service experience. It was like pulling teeth trying to get anyone to even acknowledge us if we had a question or problem. They were 30 minutes late with the food and turns out there was a deal going on that could have saved me $40 yet no one mentioned it. In fact nobody even mentioned that there is a limit on bowlers of a party to 10 bowlers. I found that out by calling and verifying after the deposit was made. Just had a bad time. I get people have an off day but the whole staff? I wouldnt throw a party here again

We had my sons 6 year birthday party here. The staff was so nice! From calling to reserve it to the actual party, they made is so easy. They give you plenty of lanes for the kids and have a table set up ready to go. They had one employee just to help us with anything we needed. The pizza they provide was hot and yummy. It was by far the least stressful birthday party I have ever planned. As an extra bonus, it was the cheapest party too!!! The kids all had an amazing time and I know we will be back. It was great to have kids learn how much fun bowling can be and it was great as a parent to have fun at a birthday party.

We were there last night and the power went out didnt even get to finish one game n pd 24.00 n waiting til 8:30 - 9:00 and never got a refund just some tickets for one game free how is that right n then people thst werent bowling even got tickets hmm . The other girl yelled at the owner n got there money so I guess I should of yelled n got my money. What a bad first date n ruined that due to this. Ty for ripping me off n messing up my night. Should get my money back.

Nice bowling alley. Lanes left a few pins down and didnt rerack properly causing some frustration. Staff was nice and helpful. We had 2 lanes and 3 kids under 5 and they made sure we had what we needed. Food was 5 star. Seriously good green chili and onion rings. 5 domestic beers on tap

Had a very bad experience!!! They need to teach their staff what customer service is. They were not helpful and very rude. Every customer deserves to be treated like they matter and not like a burden. Will never go back.

Are there any clean businesses at all in Pueblo?! Why must this city be so damn dirty and in disrepair? This building (along with most Ive seen) needs a good cleaning and upgrading.
