I would give it 0 star if it was available. Our group was about 12 people playing so we had 3 lanes. We played for less than 2 hours when they said it was UNLIMITED. All 3 lanes broke down. We waited for an hour for the technician to fix them but he could not fix them. Orginally they had us on lanes 32, 33, and 34. They moved part of our group from 32 to 35 and it was even worse!!! We asked for the refund and the assistant manger argued that we were playing for 2 hours already and that the lanes were down for only 10 minutes. He even argued that they only had 1 person working. He made it sound it it was our fault that they only had 1 person working and that we shouldnt play too long whereas they advertised that the games were unlimited. He finally gave us a refund back to ONLY 4 people because he said we DID NOT pay for 2 players at the beginning. Wow. How ridiculous and unreasonable! I did not notice this but every time we went there, they always gave us these lanes. Even our relatives and friends had the same problem! This would be the last time we ever went there again. We felt like we were being SCAMMED!

I get that the price is per game per person but $60+ for two adults and two children is quite ridiculous. Clearly the stated value times are not always honored. After 1800 the price is supposed to drop down to $2.50 a game. Anyone care to do the math of $2.50 a game per person at two games with a buy one game get one free coupon? The service is poor as well. Why is it every time I walk into this place I see at least three people just standing there. I have counted the minutes I have stood there without being helped. Even after saying something. The food is way over-priced especially for the quality. Not to mention they dont have a size for my 3 yr old daughter but they want to try and force some shoes on her just so we have to pay for them. Uuuuummmm no. We will be going elsewhere from now on unless we have a Groupon. Even then, we most likely will find a more appealing place to bowl.

I would NEVER recommend this bowling alley to anyone. We had a party of 8 which included 2 children ages 5 and 3. We were put on lanes 39 and 40 which at the time were broken because we were unable to enter the names to even begin bowling. We went to management and they put us on lanes 35 and 36. My kids were unable to bowl correctly because management said that the equipment wasnt registering that they were bowling. They couldnt even bowl two times in the frame. It would skip to the next person. We paid over 110 dollars to going bowling as a family and we didnt even get to bowl 2 games due to the problems we had. I havent had this much trouble at a bowling alley EVER!!! The management team at this place is uncaring and pathetic.

Sadly have to give a star to give a review. This place is ridiculous.. Two weeks ago I went in and paid for 2 hours bowling and got my full time.. Went in today and apparently they got new management. When we first went in we asked one manger if they had cosmic bowling and they told us "yes, at 10pm" when we came back at 10pm the other manager said they didnt do cosmic? ... and they completely screwed us over. They only gave us two games per person for $30? So Im paying for 4 games and only get to play 2? THE LANES ARE BROKEN... They always know at least one pin over when they are being set.. Word of advice... NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! I would rather spend my money at Brunswick and actually get what I pay for.

This is a well kept place. The lanes work well with few errors and there are plenty of balls to use even when busy and the chairs and tables are clean. The advertised deals may be inexpensive but usually have a downside. The Monday night drink deals are not good or non-existent, the bartender seemed unfamiliar with them. Tuesdays the $2 PBRs are maybe half or 2/3 a beer. The food is also quite expensive so I think they plan to make their money off of food and drink. Also the quarter vending machine dispensed the wrong sticker line and someone was smoking in the mens bathroom, which according to the maintenance log on the door had been maintained a week ago.

Horrible experience! From the moment we walked in to the time we left it was nothing but horrible. The service was horrible and we paid for 2 hrs of bowling and were cut short due to the equipment not working and when my friend approached the counter to let the attendant know, she walked away without even acknowledging her. Also, waiting at the counter for 20+ minutes for a margarita. Horrible horrible service. Ill take my money elsewhere

Worse bowling night ever came in with 5 people asked for 2 lanes lady said too late she already put us on 1 lane and she cant change it then a guy next to us left and said he paid for 2 more hours and we could play on his lane when they saw us bowling on it they shut it down then they turned ours off on last frame didnt even play 3 games never going there again rediculous

Run down and not always kid friendly. Last time we were there some lady took a chair and almost hit her boyfriend with it and was swearing up and down. There were tons of kids around and staff didnt really react at all. I do like that Sundays are cheap bowling but almost isnt worth it. I wouldnt bring my child here, ever!

They repainted the outside and got new scoreboards, but as far as I could tell that is the only renovations, otherwise it hasnt changed since I was a teen 20 years ago. Its a bowling alley at least the lanes seem straight and the scoreboards work. There are other bigger, newer, alleys in town.

Management didnt hear complaints. Im in a league and they wouldnt fix the ball that their lanes gouged. They had an employee walk out of their kitchen and lied by saying it was closed for cleaning. Racks randomly drop before you can bowl your second ball. Do NOT come here.

Lanes were bad, customer service was mediocre, and everything is overpriced. The drinks, side entertainment, and bowling lane are over priced. Wouldnt recommend this place unless you have a good group of people that just want to be bowl.

Because "teehee i forgot" is an acceptable response for food that was never delivered, but paid for up front. Lane was broken. Game wasnt properly keeping score. Nothing done or even offered I way of apology or compensation.

Service is horrible and they charge way to much. Went for the first time and wasnt impressed, Went back a second time to give it another chance, defenitly wasnt impressed, will not go back a 3rd.

Worst service Ive delt with at any bowling place, there service is trash, and the food is expensive...so enless you extend on spending $200 I wouldnt recommend this pl place to anybody

Great staff, good food selections and lanes are awesome. Decent opportunities for both league and open Bowling. Need additional staff slows down food operations at peak times.
