My family and I come here often...we have always enjoyed the seats here however as of lately the staff has been horribly rude which I believe stems from management. Its unfortunate that the lack of training from management has made for several horrible experiences. There is no need for anyone to be treated with rudeness ...movie time is a time for relaxing and fun. We will unfortunately not be returning to this theater. ..there are soooo many others to choose from why would we return. I had accidentally left my Rx glasses in my seat which were high end glasses....the day we went there were no others seating around us. The cleaning staff must of picked them up since I was advised they clean each and every seat. This is just horrible that they dont feel they shoukd look into that...just like when we had an issue with our group of 16 when the staff couldnt handle our group size and not only charged us incorrectly but also took so much time filling our order that they made us miss part of our movie...all while having 3 staff members standing around chatting...where is the management here...why dont they care about the experience they are offering....you all should check out studio city grill in simi valley what an amazing place..the staff is wonderful and there are no thieves there...not to mention you can order your food at your seat and be served there as well....they also have recliners..

A few years back AMC officially bought out the old Laemmles movie theater that was at this location. AMC completely revamped and renovated the entire complex for the better. All 7 screens are now the beautiful 4K screens, sound has been upgraded, and more importantly the seats. Boy oh boy let me tell you about them seats. Each seat can recline to a very comfortable (and potentially dangerous for sleep) position. Cushion is way better than before and 100% more comfortable. Food lives up to the AMC standard which is also a plus. Only reason why this theater is getting 4 out of 5 stars is because of the lack of IMAX screens. I know they do not have room to expand and install a bigger screen, but if they did have a few IMAX screens I would never go to any other movie theater. Definitely check it out if you are local to the valley.

This has to be my favorite movie theater in the valley. The location in convenient and easy to reach. Parking is almost never an issue. AMCs online ticket buying experience is seamless. Now on to the actual theater... Reclining seats (never come here tired, unless you want to take an expensive nap in their amazing seats) killer sound system, clear picture and a very reasonably matinée. This location is what AMC is striving to make all of their theaters be. But you can experience their vision now at the Fallbrook 7. It has spoiled me for every other theater. The only thing that surpasses Fallbrook is ONE screen in LA. And thats the AMC Prime in Burbank. But as an overall theater experience, Fallbrook is exceptional.

Great theater in an older shopping center. But, for reclining seats at normal ticket prices this place cannot be beat. I also think that this is fun for families because next door is a menchies :) I only wish that if you had the discounted tickets there was some way you could use them online to get your tickets instead of having to physically go to the ticket window. *update* the seats are starting to get quite worn down. I hope that they have an easily way to switch them out with updated seats. The last time we went one of our seats had cracks in the leather that looked pretty bad and another seat we passed had a completed broken up arm rest.

We went to see Sully on Saturday and precooked our tickets on Fandango. We arrived to our seats to find one had been shredded, right back to the phone arm chair covers and all seats were completely filthy, syrup from soft drinks all over the arm rests. It was disgusting. I approached Customer Service to see if they could switch us to a row in front, that appeared to have four seats available and was told that Id need to do that through Fandango. We had to sit through the movie on disgusting seats covered with paper towels that I obtained from the washrooms. Truly a disgusting experience. Thanks AMC. If I could give you zero stars I would.

I love this cinema. Their screens are reasonably big and sound quality is also very good. The best feature here are the red (faux?) leather reclining chairs, they are super wide and will fit just about any kind of person. Arm rests that goes up and down and huge cup holders. Tickets can be bought the regular way, online or via their outside machines. Go before 12 and tickets are only $7 and some change. It is very nice and clean there, except for their toilets which could either use a more regular cleaning and better designed urinals. Lets just say that the floor is pretty nasty.

Excellent chairs and seating; Theater is a decent size so ALL seats work, even if youre late and have to sit in the first three rows, its still great! Will be my new regular favorite theater to go to! Its not as big as most theaters but is great for a small group of friends seeing a block buster movie. They dont always have the lastest movies but they do always have blockbuster movies playing there. It is a smaller theater so not as many people and lines are not as long. Get your tickets online cause this small but wonderful theater fills up quickly!

Ive been coming here since they opened. As an AMC stubs member they invited me to a free movie the few days prior to opening for the public. I was hooked from the first time and will only go to a movie if its playing here. They have very comfortable assigned, reclining seating. Their snack bar has some great options like pizza and chicken fingers and I really love the new soda machines with the 100s of flavors. The place is always clean and a real pleasure to go to. I highly recommend the AMC Fallbrook 7 to anyone in the area.

If given the choice of where to see a movie. There is no comparison. Laemmle Fallbrook is where we are going. I have taken friends that dont live in the Southern California. They are always amazed with the fabulous seating. They cant believe what a wonderful experience it is to see a movie in such comfortable seating. I cant say enough good things about this theater. I hope more theater owners use this as a model for building new theaters and remodeling older theaters. Sincerely, Jaimee Allen

A great place to go to the movies. Some of the most comfortable seats for a regular theater. Always timely with movie starts. Usually 20 minutes of previews. The reason its not getting five stars is that it only has 7 theaters. Between that and its popularity can make crowded. Also parking is only ok. You can always find a space, but the theater is in the northern part of the Fallbrook mall, once again, meaning it can get crowded. Overall though a great place for a movie experience.

I only came to this place because I was in the area and had a gift card. The cashier there didnt know how to swipe and said there was nothing on the card so my friend ended up paying for us. I went online to check the amount as soon as we went in the theater and there was 25$. We asked them to give us our money back and just charge the card instead since it was their fault to begin with, but instead they were super rude. Worst amc experience ever.
