Is two months enough time to respond to a customer service concern? I think so. So now, my experience is to be shared among you, my fellow patrons who take your valuable to share your experiences as well. On Halloween, after a long day of clowning, I decided to reward myself by seeing the new Tom Cruise Jack Reacher Movie at my new favorite luxury theatre. However, after I bought my ticket and went inside to watch Tom’s latest and greatest, I was told by theatre employee, Stephanie, that I couldn’t proceed because my Clown makeup was against their policy for “Face Paint” of any kind. This was odd to me as any other place of business has no issue, so far, in all my years of my Halloween tradition. So, I challenged this by asking if I could see their policy. I was told to wait and Stephanie returned with a supervisor, “Arthur” who said there was no “official” ruling on this matter, they simply reserved the right to refuse service for any reason. I asked if they were willing to document their reasoning. They declined. I offered to document this for them and they could simply sign their names. Again, they declined. At least, I got the name of a regional contact person, “Freddie,” and wrote him on 31OCT2016. He never replied. So here we are. From what I’ve read of your reviews, there’s some other customer service issues as well. I must say that I’ve never had a problem with any theatre. Going to the movies has always been a “no brainer.” When did this activity get so complicated? It’s fine for any business to impose rules, convictions, or their business ethics on their customers. However, businesses usually have the fortitude to stand by their rules in writing. Customers have a right to know a businesses’ preferences ahead of time so that other options can be explored, like any other theatre on the planet that could care less about costumes, makeup, or other appearance. Lastly, I’ve read a few replies to your brilliant postings from a theatre rep, encouraging a few of you to contact her outside of our user-reviewer community. I will not do that. I was more than fair by contacting them (thru Freddie) first and waiting for over two months and three holidays.

Came here for mine & my daughters birthday with our whole family just to find out that we are now being forced to sit where the staff tells us to. I dont like this & think its very wrong to have to pay a high price on watching a movie where you cant even sit where you want to & its very wrong that they dont tell you until after you already paid for your tickets & now you cant even sit by your family or friends any more! We wont be returning any time soon & thanks a lot Galaxy 10 for ruining our birthday! (7months ago I wrote the review below!) Me & my family loved going to the movies all the time but with the new upgrade that they had with taking out the games & placing the alcohol area in, they moved the hotdogs to that area & added new ones to the menu. We went yesterday & was disappointed because when ordering we were told we had to order at the other area where the alcohol is just to order hotdogs, so they cancelled are whole order & made us go over there. Once over there they told us about all the new hotdogs they have & yet only had one regular beef hotdog (no one in line ordered any hotdogs cause of this, plus the bread was hard & now they place stuff on the hotdogs instead of letting us do it are selves), we also ordered a large White Cherry ICEE but had to take the cup to the other area to get it because they dont have ICEES on that side. Once we got are cups we took it over to the other area, telling them what we ordered & paid for but we werent able to get what we ordered because the machine wasnt working, so the lady let us pick a different flavor but promised we could get the one we wanted as are refill if it was ready (since it was a large), we went back for the refill just to get a guy saying no he cant do that we can only get what we had. We are not happy with the service & the employees need to have better manners & the regular beef hotdogs need to be stocked up & ready for people who order them, not these hotdogs kids dont eat & ordering needs to be a lot easier then it is!

I visited this theatre last night to watch the most popular movie IT on a Monday assuming it wasnt that busy like the weekends are which is pretty understandable because there seats are awesome!! As well as there service there restroom was clean only problem was there were missing some paper towels but once i mentioned it to a young lady named Vanessa she said she would be right back with the paper towels so I stayed to see if she would return and she did. She also helped me out in concessions very polite she also helped me out by letting me know how to use my points on my reward card I got $5 off on my purchase which was very awesome.!! I then headed over to bar to a young lady named Giselle which was very helpful and patient with me as I couldnt decide the variety of hot dog I wanted. Then at the end of my movie I walked over to get my refill (always get a large you get a free refill) Rayleen at concessions was very polite and gave me my refill I will definitely be back again to watch a movie the service I received was amazing and very helpful and patient ladies. Plus did I mention the amazing seats.

First of all Alejandra and Vanessa in the concession stand was the WORST SERVICE! I was supper upset and bummbed out and they still manage to make the service worse by them talking and making the line super slow; Vanessa to Alejandra regarding work of cash registers and service of the day. The movie (It) was awesome and amazing theater was clean and ushers were friendly except at the end when people where leaving the big trash buckets were INSIDE the theater and two ushers by the door so the exit was kinda crowded maybe fix this issue? I will be speaking to a manager shortly in person just because I dont go to the movies often but todays experience was a rea downer! Hopefully this doesnt happen in the future I enjoyed the movie and hope to come back soon for another even but until then NO thank you not during the day, the night shift has way more experience and WAY better service! I will review again thank you!

10/10 man! This place is great. Far superior to Regal. My experience started with the friendly gentleman who sold me my ticket. (To see IT). I then walk through the door to an, as expected, busy lobby. The floor were nice and cleaned,it made me feel like they prioritize cleanliness. The lines to get popcorn were long but the cashiers quick yet patient. I got my popcorn fresh. It was great. Oh and that pretzel was crazy huge! I got to the podium and the man pointed me I the right direction with a smile on the whole time. So I walk in the theatre and i was showed to my seat. Again this staff member also had a smile. The movie was great but this is not a movie review. So all in all Galaxy Tulare Luxury+ is incredible. Great food, friendly staff, and just great people. I will definitely be coming back!
