I been to this Polaris location years ago with good experiences. But todays experience will forever change my views about this place. Me and my party guests were treated horrible. My husband and I threw are 1 year old son and my 5 year old daughters birthday party. We paid are hard earned money for a memorable experience. We had are family and friends and their children there. From the start the party host girl was taking too long to serve us. It was a Monday at 6pm. Barely anyone was there so Im not sure what her excuse was. She wouldnt stop disappear thoughout the whole time. So after wasting an hour and a half on that we had short amount of time until all the attractions closed. We had a large group of kids and parents. So we needed more time than an hour and a half to play. I let that go didnt say anything because I really wanted to make it fun for the kids. Family and friends were having a good time. Even though we were on limited time for attractions. Throughout the evening a few of my party guest said that employees were rude in a few locations. For example the go cart and the games area. We had issues with dirty bathrooms, games being down, and overall rude customer service. We ignored the rudeness once again and played with are kids. So it hit 10 o clock a guy comes out of no where shuts games off. He looked at us in a bad way. Didnt give us any kind reminder that they are closing. Just shuts things and walks away. When I booked this reservation I looked at Google for the hours. It says the Polaris location closes at 12 am. I told the guy that I thought they closed at 12am. He said no its 10pm and its not their fault Google is wrong. So I told him we spent all this money on coins what can we do about this problem. I asked to speak to a manager. He got one but boy do I regret talking to him. Right when he came he was beyond rude. He talked to me like I was trash. I was shocked the level of disrespect. I was calm trying to discuss my issue. This manager was talking loud and in a very displeasing way. My party guest were trying to cash on the little ticket they had with their kids. When they hear the manager flipping out on me. I was embarrassed in front of everyone. The kids were confused and scared. We had babies and toddlers around my god I was shocked. Guest chimed in and husband asking the guy to calm down. He was not listening he was continuing. Didnt say sorry nothing just wanted us out so he can go home. My sister in law got upset and told him he doesnt need to be an ass to me and walked away. He yelled so loud who said that. She said I did so he yelled everyone get out now. Im pleading with him to let my kids and other kids cash in their tickets. He started yelling once again saying get out. The look on the children faces was heartbreaking. The worst thing was seeing my 5 year old birthday girl and sons experience just ruined. Sister in law was upset the way he talked to me. Whatever she said he had no right to kick her or the other guest that didnt say anything. Customer should always be treated with the utmost respect. Its like inviting someone over your house. You accommodate them with whatever they need. You dont invite them in and then kick them out. We were guest of magic mountain paying customers. Not a tick on ur back ur trying to get rid of. My god we live in America thats not how you should ever be treated. Me and my husband payed around 200 dollars for the birthday party package. I wish I could rewind time and spent our money somewhere else. It was basically robbery in broad daylight. We payed money for short play time and unforgivable customer service. I feel we were being discriminated from the start. Because there is no other explanation for this level of disrespect. If this company doesnt make it right. I will be forced to take legal action. I have my receipts and sister in law recorded the managers wild behavior. I would give this location 0 stars if possible.

Me and my wife and 4 children just recently visited this place. It was our first time and it will be our last time. Everything was going good until there was an incident where my wife lost her purse. She was playing one of the games and while she was playing one of kids was wondering off by themselves so she got up and to get them and she left her purse. When she went back to get her purse it wasnt there. We looked all over the place for it and could not find it. We went up to the front where one of the employees were and asked her had anyone turned in a purse and she said no. She didnt even look for it all. It wasnt important to her. So we looked all over the place again and still we didnt find it. We went to the front again and this time it was a very rude guy. I believe he was the manager. He said didnt you ask the young lady and she said nobody turned in a purse. He said I been up here for 2 hours and I didnt see nobody turn it in. He didnt bother to look for it all. At this point we were so upset at how they handled the situation. It was not important to nobody that worked there. There was 2 security guards that were there so we went to them. They at least helped us look for it and checked the footage on camera to see if anybody took it but we didnt see anything suspicious. At this point they called the cops to report a theft. They got there and we was in the middle of writing the report and I decided to go back in there one more time to see if anyone took the purse. I was hoping I could talk to somebody I hadnt talked to before. I seen this other young lady and I asked her if anybody had turned in a purse and she said yes somebody did. It had been up front all that time. All they had to do was look for it. It was right behind the counter locked up. If the other people would have took the situation seriously we wouldnt have had to call the cops. If it was their purse Im sure it would have been important to them. Moral of the story is they dont care about the customers at all!!!!

TERRIBLE PLACE TO HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY.. I recently had my daughters Birthday Party at Magic Mountain. The experience was none other than disorganized and disrespectful. The hostess came to the table once throughout the whole Birthday Party. Never refilling drinks. When she did come, she took a picture of the kids to put in my daughter party mug. She took one picture, in which the kids werent looking at the camera. I asked her to please take another and she declined, saying it was good enough. It also bothered me that she never said ANYTHING to my daughter. Not even a "Happy Birthday". I had called beforehand to see if there were any birthday parties that day, after ours. There wasnt, so I asked if we could just stay at the table a little longer because the birthday party table was only reserved for 1 1/2 hours. When we all got there, I confirmed this again with the hostess. After the 1 1/2 hours (I dont believe this is enough time for a birthday party and to let the kids play), she told us we had to leave because she had to clean and she didnt know that beforehand. NOT EXCEPTABLE AT ALL. Besides the hostess, the facility is extremely dirty. The bathrooms are a disaster and there was no soap in the woman restroom. The Kidszone smells very bad and so does the game room. The positive side is that the prizes which your can receive with tickets are pretty good. All high quality toys. Paying $200 for a birthday party, I would expect a little nicer of a facility, a hard working and nice hostess, and more attention towards my daughter. I wont schedule any more birthday parties there EVER. I also wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I would just warn them about it. Its so sad that this place is so dirty and unorganized. The potential was there a couple years ago.
