I just about fell through an open area down to concrete 4 feet below. I took pictures of the dangerous area and called the manager to show her about a very serious accident waiting to happen. They wont take action to close down at least that portion of the seating secession because it would interfere with their business. That came from bot the theatre manager and her boss which she claim gave the directions. I told them that I couldnt leave until they made that sections safe or closed down that viewing room. Their junior manager went so far as to dare me to call the police. So I did. When tgey came the junior manager ran to the first. I got there and told the police who I was and proceeded to explain what had took place and the response I had gotten from management. They thanked me and promised that they would force them to take care of the problem. Other than that, the accommodations are great but a very dangerous place to visit.

this theater was a huge let down and it sucks too because it looks so nice and fancy but my experience was more then terrible let me break it down 1. theres no reclining seats so dont know why they advertise it 2.no free refills not even on a large lmao like really i spend 6.50 on a soda and your stingy ass wont refill it once atleast so sad 3. the popcorn sucks so bad honestly the worst popcorn ever the butter tasted old or past due idk me and my wife had to exchange it fro the caramel one and that wasnt even all that 4. last but not least the service and employees act as if their life is so hard and walk like the sloth in zootopia without the humor, try hiring motivated people cineoplis in review me or my wife wont come back here we will just stick to our amc or regal theaters where you get quality popcorn and free refills and great service

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! By far, the best theater I have ever went to!! I especially love coming here to bring the kids to see movies in the JR. Theatre!!! They have a playground INSIDE of the theatre! And dont worry, theres no playing during the movie. They can play for 20 mins before the movie, and then an additional 15 mins. During the intermission! They have a toddlers play area seperate from the older kids playground. And you can also choose from a double seater "bean bag chair" or "pillow chair", or a single seater "lounge chair" or "regular chair".And they even have the best childrens food menu Ive seen so far! You have to try their "Cheetos popcorn"!. And they also have regular theatres, and a 4dx theatre as well! They cater to everyone! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Took my children to watch Captain Underpants, theatre was okay, but concession stand was NOT. Ordered chicken strips and a sprite for my daughter. Was given a pager for chicken, so had to wait, walked off to go movie. Was called back, There was no chicken and had to wait for supervisor to issue refund. Went in to see movie, gave daughter her sprite, only to find out the drink had no sprite syrup just carbonated water. Yuck! Had to go back to concession stand yet again. Soda replaced. Got a refund for chicken and new soda, but 3 trips to concession stand. Waste of movie time. Kids not happy, thus neither am I.

Worst customer service. Every visit for me was an unpleasant experience. The box office always gives me a difficult time when purchasing a ticket. Non-management employees are rude and sarcastic when speaking to customers. Im a regular customer, but after so many unsatisfying visits I would refer AMC 10 in Montebello as a better movie theatre. So far management is the only source of good customer service at Cinepolis. Management shouldnt be the only reliable source to talk to there. Employees working the box office need better communication skills and customer service skills.

Great 4DX experience, although I have a few concerns (thus the 4 star).. the chairs are not as comfortable as other 4DX place Ive been (LA Live Regal). I guess I prefer my seats a bit more cushioned. Also, in some intense action sequences, the movement of the chairs can be a bit too overwhelming. My friend and I were literally grabbing on to our seats more than a few times during the movie! I think it should be toned down a bit. Other than that, its a great option for inland residents not wanting to drive all the way to Los Angeles for a 4DX experience.

I was truly disappointed when I visited this location. Krikorian Theatres was by far a much better theater. The lines here are ridiculous and that is due to concession stand staff standing around and gossiping with each other instead of fulfilling customer orders. When Krikorian Theatres was here I would visit it often but after my first experience at Cinepolis I will never be returning. We showed up 20 minutes prior to the showtime and went directly to purchase overpriced snacks only to be disappointed and miss the initial half hour of the movie.

I have to say I have been to this location on numerous occasions. Its only because the movie that I wanted to go to a sold-out in the Montebello AMC location. I actually would always recommend the AMC Montebello 10 of all theaters. Number one no organization at the entrance inside the theater. Number two inside the theater area was warm. Number three the popcorn was burned. Number for they made everybody wait outside until three minutes before the movie to let everybody in movie was supposed to be 425 we were let in at 4:22.

For a first time here it was ok. Theater was not crowded and the lines at the consesion stand were not busy. The staff was a bit slow on getting the theater ready for the movie. The parking lot was ample and easy to access. The reastrooms were pretty large but need a bit more cleanliness. The nachos were not the best, a bit on the stale side. The movie screen and sound were clear. If i do go back id like to try the mixed popcorn and sliders or wings. Im sure they could redeem themselves.

Completely different experience watching a movie in 4DX. The concept has potential, but I expected to watch a movie such as when you experience it on IMAX. My biggest complaint would be the sound quality and picture quality. I was suprised at how low the sound was. All of the effects are great, but they forgot to also focus on the movie and sound. Maybe 4DX is in the early stages, but for now I much rather watch a movie on IMAX.

I wish they had arcade games or something for entertainment. It is a beautiful theater and Ill never stop going there because the ambiance is beautiful but I have to say ever since it changed from "The Krikorian" to "Cinepolis", it has been pretty dead. They really need to bring it back to life. The signs outside are boring. It has changed so much since. They really need to do something to bring it back to life. -Sad Customer
