I went to guest services to retrieve my tickets and the rep was a bad representation of the company. He kept asking me where is my barcode, since I purchased online tickets. I showed him where the email stated I can go to guest services, or the ticket both with a confirmation to get my tickets. He still kept saying where is my barcode. I showed him my confirmation again then he finally printed my tickets. After that I read the entire e mail to him and said do you see anything that says I need a barcode? He said no. I then asked do you see where it states I can go to guest services? He said yes. Then I asked him is this guest services? He said yes, so I said well then maybe you should have just given me the tickets instead of scrutinizing and embarrassing me with my family.....

There was this One incident a bit ago, in which me and my best friend went to watch a movie of course and halfway through the movie, The manager or someone came and asked us for our tickets. I got a bit upset as well as my friend, because we paid like the rest of the people and we were the only ones to get asked for our tickets. However, we did find out when asking customer service that some kids were coming in without tickets to the side doors and we understood. This is my local regal and Every time we feel like watching a movie this is our go to place so aside from the overpriced snacks, its a pretty good place.

This is my neighborhood theater and took my 3 year old great granddaughter to see Jungle Book. There were 19 people in the ticket line and only one cashier. I went inside and asked if they could open another window. The girl tried to ignore me by pretending to be on her computer. Then she said "Im working on it". How about" Im so sorry lets see what we can do" If Im paying $28.00 to get in and $9.00 for popcorn the least you can do is keep me from waiting so long just to get the tickets. Am I wrong?

First, this theater shows movies that are not at other Regal theaters in the area. Like it or not, there is a good reason to visit this theater. The rest of the review is for anyone with choices: The ticket taker/usher was unkind and I went to the customer service desk, he was worse. At least 4 times during the movie ushers walked underneath the movie screen with flashlights. If you visit this place, do not use the restroom; it is safer and cleaner to visit Starbucks across the parking lot.

I went with my family to see a movie this last weekend. I had to use the restroom and to my disgust I found it filthy. There was dirty water, toilet paper and dirty toilets. I was so disgusted. Only one of the 4 soap dispensers had anything in it. My pant leg was soaking by the time I left. I would of talked to the Mgr. but I choose to finish my movie and not take my family back to this theater. Clean it up Regal.

Great movie theater because there is rarely a crowd. I usually never have a problem with watching newly released movies. The seating is comfortable and clean. Some of the theaters are smaller than other, however usually the newer movies are showing in the larger ones. You no longer get points for your Regal cards with pre-purchased Premiere tickets that they have at Costco which is a bummer.

Im not fond of this place. The theaters are dingy, the seats are uncomfortable, and the screens arent very big. I would give it two stars but its saving grace is that it does show films that few other nearby theaters have, specifically Korean, Indian, and Latin American films. Not really arthouse fare, but at least it is something other than what is playing at every other movieplex in town.

Nice theatre, but TOO EXPENSIVE, especially the $6 small popcorn that cost them less than 12 cents to make. Just as Disneyland is "The Most Expensive Place On Earth," this IS "the most expensive theater" Ive ever gone too. My last movie here was "The Hannah Montana" movie with my daughter about 6 years ago. Again, the $6 popcorn slew me! It ruined my visits for life!

Recently saw X-Men: Apocalypse here. Bought our tickets beforehand and went to Red Robin to grab dinner before the show - and the worst happened. I lost our tickets. We went to the theatre and the manager there went through the transactions to find ours and let us in. Very nice and courteous of them to do that, especially during the premier of a new movie.

Great place to watch movies. A little secret about this movie theater which I LOVE! Its never full. I mean literally there are probably 10 people per showing. I hate crowded theaters. I like to veg out and take additional seats if I want to. These are evening showings which tend to be busier. Well the cat is out of the bag...

I been here A few times. I use coupons I get on Ebay. I pay anywhere from $6.50 to $8 A movie depending how new it is. Its A pretty good place to go. The manager in the day time is too nosy and asks after u are already in if u have a ticket. Other then the up to no good nosy manager its A very nice place.

I love this movie place. The new selection of goodies to eat is awesome. You can get a meal and a movie all in once place. The younger generation that work there are always friendly, helpful and happy.Especially the tall, young adult who helped me at the food stand. I think his name is Austin. So nice.

Nice and friendly environment , sound is not bad . BUT Management should re-visit ushers walking in during the movie and distract the movie going experience. Its always a major Bummer especially at KEY moments in the movie. We always say Damn here they come " we should through popcorn at them "

Went on a Saturday. No major new movies that weekend. Line was wrapped around the building. They could do better to have more staff to deal with the weekend crowds. Took 45 minutes just to get popcorn. My husband was late for the movie because he was stuck in line for popcorn so long

A standard middle class area experience. The seats are pleather covered and a bit uncomfortable (they dont have the rocking variety) . All public areas are kept clean. The concessions are okay. The theater staff are doing a good job and are pleasant to deal with.

not crowded, which is a plus. why are the doors sticky? seats could use a re-apholstery. definitely seems somewhat dated. this place is not bad though, i wouldnt be opposed to coming again. id say 3.5 stars, just by the virtue of having less crowds

three things bug me about this place...theres always a funky smell in the theaters....they have the most uncomfortable seats of any theater Ive been to. And the ushers come at least two times a movie, with a flashlight and check the exit doors.
