Americana at its best. Now, I didnt grow up on drive-in movies as some of my so-cal native friends did, so itd long been on my bucket list of things to try. When a good friend took me, it was everything Id thought it would be, with all these quirks that make it something everyone should try at least once. Ticket prices: $9 for 2 movies. The movies play on the same screen, back to back. The movies are typically of the same genre. Some ppl movie hop over to a different screen, but I was happy with our movies so we parked, kicked up our feet, set our radio station to 107.7 to listen in, and uncorked our $4.99 liquor store merlot. And what an awesome night. Mexican food and cheap wine, and I was a happy girl! You pull into one of the slots, or just find your way in amongst the scattered obstacles of people in lawn chairs and suvs having makeshift tailgates out of the trunk. You park and make sure you can see the screen as the light begins to fall. The movie starts when its dark enough, and then everything just comes alive. You sit in your car with your crew, eating, drinking, talking or not, doing whatever you want, because youre in your own car with enough privacy and quiet that you wont bother that many people. Just dont get too crazy, it is a family place with lots of kids around. Facilities were decent. Bathroom lines in-between the movies were long, but went quick, and I had no issue getting back to the car by the time the second movie started up. Didnt partake in the food, but it looked like standard fare American movie food/hot dogs, nachos, popcorn. I much preferred (and recommend) you go our route and bring your own picnic (even if its just a bean and cheese burrito and cheap wine). Loved my movie night experience, and cannot wait to come back!

1.0 star rating 4/13/2016 I only gave it one star because I cant give it none. OMG! So I went on a date here. They guy drove an hour to get me and an hour to make it to Pacific Theaters and when we got there I was so excited! Once we got to the gate a customer service guy peeks his head out and doesnt come and greet us. My date finally started to say something through the the car window and guy number 2 says "were closed because of the rain" He says this while all the movie screens are playing behind him with people watching them. Then the first guy says "what movie are you here to see" and we respond "Batman vs Superman." He then says that movie was suppose to start at 9:30 and we are too late. As we are having the conversation 5 cars pull up behind us to see the same show at 10:20pm that night and we are all early for the show . They guy then makes an excuse that we were looking at a third-party site and the movie is actually not playing at that time, but started at 9:30. Turns out that wasnt a third party site and we were not the only people sent away. Mind you it wasnt raining AT ALL either. I reached out to the company afterward. I truly hope they respond.

Bad experince in a good place. Staff is awsome and tickets and concession are pretty cheap. However, half the people in the place did not know proper drive in edicate. Driving around during the movie with head lights on illuminating the screen and ruining parts of the film. Few others would park with their headlight on for periods of the movie before shuting them off. I believe that this could be rectified by posting signs upon entry to the park, signs which would aid in directing traffic upon entry and exiting the park that are visible when illuminated by parking lights so not to disturb others watching the film, and advising visitors to minimize the use of headlights during the movie. Like I stated in the beginning, this is a good place, but this experince was enough of a fustrating visit to warrant a 2/5 for me and my wife.

Pure nostalgia, arriving here reminded me of simpler times, my childhood to be precise. This drive in movie theater is what it is simply a drive in movie theater Ive been to others that have over romanticized the idea of the drive in and took away from the experience. Here you simply pull in catch a double feature of the newest movies out. Theres no gimmicky rocky horror picture show events or anything. You can bring in your own grub which is a plus otherwise classic theater food like pop corn and hot dogs are well priced. They even occasionally have good food trucks to offer something different.

We arrived 20 min before the movie started and had to wait almost a block away in trafic to drive in .We finally made it in almost 40 min into the movie .To top it off the attendant who was charging at the Booth we drove into was extremely rude .I would recommend "PARAMOUNT DRIVE " 100 times better. But thats how it is I personally would only recommend places in which I have experienced good service & educated staff. This is a thumbs-down for me.......... So my rating is a : 0............... Google site makes you put at least 1- star But if was up to me I would put a : 0 with thumbs down.

Really enjoyed the movie here. Went on a random Tuesday and there was tons of space for cars. We were in the back of truck all set up with a double camp chair and dinner etc. If you are not planning to be inside the car (like us) be sure to bring a portable radio or youll be stuck blasting the radio or renting one from them ($10 but with a $20 deposit). We didnt have issues just playing it loud but next time well definitely bring the radio. We tried phone apps but alk had enough of a delay to not be worth it for a movie. Anyway, really fun overall.

Classic drive-in theater. For less than 10 dollars you can get a double feature, bring whatever food you like in your car, and enjoy the company youre with rather than hearing the squeaks of chairs/cries of other peoples kids, and random sticky spot on the floor. There is a screen adjacent to the railroad tracks so be weary of that. Sometimes youll have irresponsible patrons parking next to you or in front of you but I guess you cant avoid them when you go out in public.

i would of give it 5 stars but were they sale the food(popcorn, pizza, hot dogs etc..) its old and dirty it obviously remodeling and sometime i get to park near people that smoke ciggarets and mariguana.they should have a cection for smoking and non smoking people.i dont want my childrens smelling that ..oh,and sometimes i see alot of gang members there with no security walkinng around the perimeter and restrooms etc...other than that i recomend this place to anyone..
