Great family theater. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and theater rooms are consistently clean. The crowd is usually friendly and dont bother like the DelAmo theater where most of the customers are loud teens. Overall its a great theater to bring the family or to go on a date. My only concern with this theater is the security procedures. Theyre almost non existent. I was able to walk in undetected while I looked for the ticket taker. I overheard other conversations while standing in line at the concession how people were bragging about being able to get in without a ticket or simply just "walking in". In a time where active shooters are becoming a thing it was a little uncomfortable knowing there are no measures taken to prevent this scenario. I myself could have walked in with a firearm and cause chaos. Just a thought. Hopefully AMC reads this review and steps up their security measures.

I am NOT someone who normally likes to complain about stuff, but for this I feel I must. Today my friend and I went to this theater & showed up 15 minutes before the movie started, we were surprised when we realized the movie had already begun. 15 minutes into the movie it ended! To our surprise we saw the last part of the movie. We were not the only ones in the theater that were confused and upse!! The theater apologized and restarted the movie, but then ended it 15 minutes before it was supposed to end! Basically we saw the end of the movie before it began, and then they didnt show us the ending agai!?! It was the craziest thing ever... they did give us a movie valcher for the movie, however we had already spent 3 hours there and were disappointed with the whole thing. We will not be going back to this theater.

I went to see Rogue One: A Star Wars Story in the theater. I saw it in IMAX 3D, a beautiful experience. The seats were very comfortable with reclining capabilities and a cushy design. However, for me, the sound during the previews was overly loud. When the movie started, the sound was just right. My favorite part was the vibration one could feel from the sound. To me, the parking was a little difficult to maneuver, with smaller spaces (at least for my huge car). Overall, this was one of the best movie experiences I have been to.

this evening they had a fire alarm go off..they ran every one out and they couldnt tell us how to or when we could get refunded...I basically spent 60 dollars and only got 20 minutes of the movie. ..Im glad it was a false alarm but I wish they would have a better evacuation plan and way of communicating to us when some thing goes wrong. .the mic they were speaking out of was so low. ..honestly if this was something more serious we would of been in big trouble. ..Im completely unhappy at this situation

Fast, clean, courteous, and comfortable. With being able to order tickets online and go right to the ticket puller and scan your tickets with a qr code makes it so convenient by skipping the hassle of paying for tickets in line at the box office. I am also a stubs member and they have a line dedicated to stub members at the concession stand, which is real cool I might add. The stadium seating with the high back chairs make for a comfy watching experience

There was an AMC 6 but once they remodeled the plaza and put in the updated AMC 20 megaplex theater it became my second home. Friendly and courtesy staff and now a IMAX screening room . I wish they would have left the l.e.d.marquee above the ticket booth because I could see the movies from the coffee shop. But I hope they will keep up with their best efforts and me and my friends will be customers till we go to that IMAX in the sky.Thank you AMC

You call those nachos?! What would Homer Simpson say? He would laugh at these nachos and go to Kwik-E-Mart. In the actual world 7/11 and ampm have delicious nachos for less than your price. Step it up with the nachos if you are going charge almost $7 for a lunchable. Also the restrooms are dirty and archaic get with the times AMC it is 2017. Three stars is for my love of movies otherwise it would be lower. I am rooting for you.

Needed to pass a few hours along while my client was at a function so I made it to a movie. Nice shaded outdoor area for buying tickets. The process was quick...even for a weekend at prime time. The movie was ok for what it was. One more about an "Alien". Hint! Parking is vast and free Prices are standard for a night out at the movies The area is quaint and there are plenty of eateries if interested.

A great clean theater. I love this AMC Theaters. It is clean, and unlike the Delamo 18, it isnt crowded with loud youngsters, and teens, which is very understandable, since it IS located at a newly designed mall. But the atmosphere here at Rolling Hills is much much more pleasant, and very safe for those with a family. The concession stands are clean, staff is very friendly here. A 5 total.

Saw "Up in the air" Christmas day. There was a smudge on the screen that I complained about before the movie started that they did nothing about. The projector was fuzzy and had crackles and fuzz that seemed normal back in the 80s and the walls were badly insulated so I heard audio spilling over from neighboring movies. Bad Service, Bad equipment and bad experience. I wont be going back.

Theater is good size and it usually doesnt take long to get tickets, but the concession area is a little small, especially when its a busy time. Seats are comfy, but dont recline in the least and some of the top row seats have a strange angle while watching movies. Nice, wide aisles, however, so people can walk through easily to get to center seats.

AMC with its pluses and minuses. The plus is that for the most part you are more likely to find a seats open for a hot new movie even if you come minutes before it starts. However, the theater is starting to show its age. The screens are typically smaller than the del amo theater and the seats are definitely less wide so not as comfortable.

I always enjoy going to this theater because it is never too crowded, its not to big, but also doesnt sacrafice screen size, and its in nice condition. My recent visit wasnt top notch because my popcorn was cold and chewy. When I told the guy at the concession stand, he threw it out and gave me a fresh bag of cold and chewy popcorn lol

Never thought I would say the new chairs are terrible! Nice and fluffy yes, but puts your back into a "funny curve" that after one hour your screaming ( an not just from the movie ). Too bad. Watched Avengers last night and even with all the action, back started hurting. How about changing just a few chairs back to old style?

Great theaters. The sound systems sound clean give a nice rumble. The seats are comfortable enough to watch two movies in an afternoon. The only issues I have had here, like any other movie theater, would be the ass munches talking, not silencing thier phones or bringing their crying children in strollers to an R rated movie.
