Well the theater it self its great. But I had a horrible experience taking my children there for the first time. I took them to see inside out movie and this older man keep hushing my autistic child(non verbal) It saddens me theirs so much ignorance still around. It angrier me to know he was hushing a child no matter what if his autistic or not no child should be shut when going to go watch a CHILDREN movie. We had to leave because my child was crying and this piece of crap got to stay an enjoy. Frustrated me ALOT Educate yourself.... DONT fall on the ignorance list. When i lived in West L.a this never happen to me. First month here in this area an I see much ignorance. Sorry and sad but sooo true And to the ignorant below I never complain about prices being too much etc. Thankfully thats not a worry. I worry about a few getto ppl who go there. Thank you! I would say Im pretty bias when it comes to movie theaters. I usually go to Regal La Live for all movie experiences. I decided to come here on a fluke and gosh darn it was I impressed. Great theater experience. Still the regular people who like to text while watching movies, but thats everywhere. Very clear and clean. It was so bright it actually hurt my eyes for the first 30 mins. What got me the most was that darn picture and sound. It is so much better than the AMC Dolby Vision theater in burbank. No, seriously. Biggest downside is the crappy location. No great places to eat around here, and that mall is freaking terrible. No more date night. Just movie night. I will go back for certain.

I had no idea that it cost $10 for a senior citizen at the first show at 10:10 a.m. on a Friday. I was taken back with her charging me $10 for some XD theater. Whats the big deal about that versus any other theater all of that should have been identified on the website. The seats of course were comfortable the sound was very loud and the music was outstanding when I went to see Tupac Shakurs movie. So for that Ill give it a 3 rating but that extra price I was expecting to only pay $6 or $6.75. And that was the reason I went to the earliest show because if I had known that I could have stayed in the bed and went to the later show for the $6.75. Cinemark in Carson California.

This theatre is pretty cool I really like the way they have the concession area set up. They have everything accessible for the guests to pick and choose what they may want. Not to mention the selection of items they have to choose from is like no other theatre Ive seen. Once you have everything u take it to the register and they can u out. It really makes the time u take visiting the concession stand over super quickly so u dont miss your movie. The only reason I have this theatre 4 stars instead of 5 is because they dont have the reclining chairs. That was a bummer. When they upgrade Ill change my rating.

The movie theatre was absolutely perfect. Very clean. Staff was extremely polite. Help save money by offering the better selection on which items to purchase as well as gave the popcorn refill at the time of purchase instead of having to exit the movie for more. The kettle popcorn was fantastic. A great experience in a well planned theatre outlay. I just sincerely hope the staff will remain this pleasant after they have been opened after a period of time. Not just for grand opening. Law enforcement discounts would help, cant never have too much security on hand. Overall, great experiece!!!

I love that there is a close theater near me. I dont live in Carson but its close. Im a Tuesday movie girl now. The place is new and still in good order. The staff has ALWAYS BEEN NOTHING BUT NICE TO ME. I read a review about someones horrible experience.... Some ppl with issue would think that or maybe they did have a horrible experience. I dont see how horrible it could be we didnt get shot up and in fact I dont even see that element there. All I know is like this place keep up the good work managers and employees. Lets keep this theater NICE.

Not a bad experience yet .Ive been twice and each time I pay the extra for secured seating . So it does not matter if I come early or late ,my seat is empty.As for the lady with the loud child .There has to be a time when you KNOW your child is disturbing movie goers .respect that and you wont get hushed . Take your child outside until they calm down. This is coming from someone who has worked with special needs children . Its not fair to those who want to hear the movie childrens movie or mature movie! Sheeez!

We always have an amazing experience here. Every staff member we encounter is very efficient, diligent and friendly, from the front line people at the ticket counter, to the ticket taker(s), to the employees in the concessions stands and the clean up crew. Great staff! Lobby area and restrooms are spotless. Theater seats are super comfortable. So glad Cinemark is in Carson! Its our favorite theater! Dont forget to sign up for their weekly emails for Cinemark news and concession coupons.

Great theatre worth the wait. The cleanliness of the theatre and polite personnel is key for me. I was impressed with the personnel overseeing during the movie being sure cell phones are not being used which is a real distraction while trying to enjoy the movie. Only disappointment is no free drink refills but that is minimal with all the positives. Please maintain the quality of service.

After years of driving to other communities to catch a flick I can finally do it in my neck of the woods. Comfortable seats and the latest screen tech, value Thursdays and student discounts. Plus since your at the mall, after the film you can grab a quick snack at mrs fields or if youre hungry go to olive garden or chilis. Very convenient

The place is very nice, but they NEVER answer their phone when I have a question! It is so annoying! And also, they are one of the most overpriced places I have ever been to! My friend bought one pack of candy and a water bottle and the total came up to EIGHT DOLLARS! I can get full meal at WIngstop for eight dollars! Its unbelievable!

This person talking about their horrible experience with their children for the first time is probably complaining after paying 1/2 price for tickets on Tuesdays. Seriously? This place is brand new, staff is great, lots of people on Tuesdays, but that is because it is the best deal in town. Thanks

Lots of parking although not enough handicap parking stalls. Conveniently close to freeways (110 & 405) and major streets within the city of Carson the new theater has comfortable reclining seating and fantasticly large movie screens some with 3d and fantastic sound.
