I love the special price on Tuesday and Thursday! Makes it possible for a Family movie night. Not a huge theater so its never impossible to get a good seat. Love that I can watch new releases without feeling I need to get a second job just to enjoy a couples night out at the movies. Love that its near by. My husband find ourselves saying "hey! Wanna catch a movie? " way more often than weve ever had before since we found this little theater. Hope it never changes!! The staff has been really friendly and never a line for tickets, even for primer nights. At least thats been our experience.

Great little theater. What I like most about it is that on Tuesday and Thursday the tix are only $5! Plus if you want to go any other day they offer a great Groupon deal that comes with 2 tix and a large popcorn for around $17. My most favorite thing is they offer free toppings for your popcorn! My favorite is the Cheddar, sometimes the only reason I go is because Im craving Cheddar popcorn haha. Besides that, the staff is very friendly and its always clean and organized. Oh! Almost forgot, they also have a free rewards program that gets you free concession items.

This theatre is one of the last few houses that reminds me of the days one could go out and catch a flick on the cheap and not have to take out a loan to see the latest blockbuster. Yeah, granted it isnt glamorous nor does it have some of the niceties that even AMC or Regal provides, but the price cant be beat. When I can go out and see three movies in a single week for less than the cost of one ticket at the alternative I wouldnt trade it for the world.

Went to see Spiderman recently.lost my wallet Came back the next day and an employee saw me and ask me if I was here for my wallet. I had 80.00 dollars and every thing else in it. The money and every thing else was their. He said he knew I come here a lot. And told me an employee had found. I always come here . One time I complained about the butter and the manger gave me 6 free popcorn tickets.

I just moved to San Pedro and was super stoked to find this place. Its a privately-owned value theater for those on a budget. $5 movies all day Tuesday and Thursday, and $6 all the time for seniors. Staff are friendly. Smaller screens, but the sound quality is good and the auditoriums are kept clean. My only complaint is that the chairs arent super comfortable, but its not a deal breaker!

I was really upset when I went to your theater and found no "Gone Girl"! It was only there for a week? What is wrong with your management that you would take the #1 Movie off your listing. Makes no sense as it was #1 again this weekend. I went to another theater and spent 3 times the cost that would have been spent at your theater. Please consider running this movie again soon!

Love that this place has family discounted days on Tuesdays and Thursdays :) The Nachos are a must!!! Popcorn is okay sometimes taste a little stale well actually most times it is stale. Also the place is a little dirty but I guess you can expect that from a cheap theater but they should try to keep the place cleaner...but overall its an ok theater...

Looks pretty nice inside the theater. Albeit a bit small, the theater looks to have been renovated or kept up pretty well. Glad I got a deal for free popcorn with my tickets as the concessions are a bit pricey I side (about 6$ for a small soda for reference). Overall nice staff and great seating made for a nice trip out with my wife.

This is my go-to theater. Not only do the chairs recline, but the movies are awesome, the prices are low, and the customer service is great! Tuesdays and Thursdays are $4 ticket days and if you watch a movie before noon then the ticket is only $5. Not to mention that the midnight premieres are always exciting here!!

$5 Tuesday and Thursday is hands down the reason why I give this 5 stars since most of the other movie theaters are so expensive nowadays, this place is perfect. The only thing is that it is crowded and the tickets get sold out fast so this needs to be a planned event, not something you decide 5 minutes before.

I absolutely love this place. I come all the way from Gardena just to watch a movie. The prices are good. They are very clean and always friendly. Ive been coming here regularly for almost 5 or 6yrs now. I love it here. My family always comes here as well. ♡ This theater. :)

There is nothing better to have a local theater in your neighborhood especially if its across the street. The workers are always happy and helpful. Incredibly reasonable. The screens are nice and the sound system is very good. All in all a very nice experience.

Extremely reasonable, nice Customer Service. The arm rests need upholstering. People should not be allowed in late on Big Movie Days, at Pirates, people were standing in front of me most of the show. This was the Best Written of the Series, I hope not the last.

Perfect for a great movie without a loud audience. Very subtle during movie play. Have a great time with friends and family and add some flavored powders to your popcorn. Not to mention the fun to play machines for a dollar. Go watch your favorite movie there.

My tickets never got emailed to me and there is no number to call to ask how i can fix this. Pretty annoying. If there is a customer service number please someone post it. I can only find a movie time number. How is there not a business number

Good cheap theatre. The facilities reflect the prices so seats are usually worn. But in this day when movie tickets are usually $10+ and popcorn and drinks require you to tap into the kids college fund, the low prices at Starlight are great!

Very good movie experience. Cheapest theater around. Good popcorn. Friendly staff. Located in busy mall with lots of parking. Buy your healthy movie snacks at nearby Trader Joes and ask your date to bring a big purse to conceal. :)

Prices are great, but the people who go there are so ghetto..parents allow their kids to scream and or talk all during movies, adults texting and answering calls, staff either dont care or just cant handle this population
