they updated this theater with nice new seats but now you have to reserve seats online ahead of time, which kinda sucks because you cant just be spontaneous and see a movie on the fly and expect to get decent seats. also the online image of the seat reservation is not accurate to where the seats actually are, in the image it can show you are in the middle and when you get there you will be offset to a side to various degrees depending on the theater. the seats are nice but honestly this reservation crap just ruins it, since people add padding to their seats (leaving one empty seat between their group and the next closest) so it leads to wasted seats. the idea of it is nice, but if I wanna get up and go see a movie Im going to have to go down the hill to amc which kinda sucks, unless I had the foresight to plan a trip to the movies a week out, which in my opinion just ruins the fun.

Reclining chairs: plush padding, faux leather, high back, comfortable, fully reclining, push button adjustable, wide seat, lounge chairs w/ automatic legrest & common drink holders in armrests. Im 62", 200+ lbs. These chairs easily accommodate me supporting both my legs & head. I love these chairs. The theater has a large number of screens always showing good variety of film releases often in both 3-D & standard versions. Good sound system & a/c. Staff are generally friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating... A small team clean every theater after each showing. Adjoining, well lit, multi-level parking structure is more than sufficient. Neg: Limited food (not candy or popcorn) selections, food/ drink prices are v.pricey $$$.

My wife and I love this theatre we use to go to AMC but change to this location, the new seating arrangement and also the seats are really nice. They are recliner seats gives you enough room in between each row, also there isnt that hassle of squeezing in between rows saying excuse me, excuse me all the way out. You can just simply walk faster down the rows. Like I said space. I been here on busy nights and downtime days. Doesnt make a difference I always feel comfortable sitting and watching moving here.

Went there to see planet of the apes, movie was good but whole movie theater experience for being my first time was terrible. Employees there were rude and stuck up. Ticket girl at the window was rude the whole time speaking to me. food was really overpriced compared to others. ($10 for a large popcorn) and one clean up crew guy was being stuck up. after the whole experience, the theater and seats were nice but the employees there are not the greatest. will not being going back there anytime soon.

I walked into the theater, cinema falcon perched on my shoulder, and walked among the lobby-bazaar to get some crab legs from the local caravans that pass through here every fortnight. Once I got my crab legs, I sat on the cinema-bicycle to power up the movie. Everyone around me was cycling as well, powering the projector. I saw sent a parcel to the projector operator after the film with a tip and thank you note attached. Very nice experience, lost like 10 pounds cycling to see Hateful 8

Its a great movie theater. The hospitality is amazing, as well as the atmosphere. The recliner seats are amazing, and the movie quality is great. The 3D effects are a bit trip sometimes, but thats not the theaters problem. (At least, I dont think so.) The food is slightly overpriced, but great. Last time I watched a movie here I bought popcorn and it was great. (Too much butter. But that was me. Whoops.) I love the place.

Yes, it is a comfortable theater mainly due to its upgrade to "luxury seating", but along with that has come no more $6 Tuesdays and a rise in the overall ticket prices. To me it is just not worth it for a two hour movie, especially considering I can go to Starlight Terrace cinema on Western for $5 all day Tuesdays or Thursday and reasonable prices the rest of the time. Ive been going to Regal for 20 years, but no more.

I love this place, beautiful location, great staff, good deals with your card,(which is free btw), discount day once a week and good prices ..much cheaper than amc... this is such ahidden gem ..love it! love it! love it! I think the only reson you see reviews that arent 5 stars is because people dont want this wonderful theatre to get over-run like so many amc theatres!

Our favorite theater by far! LOVE LOVE the seats. LOVE that you can reserve seats in advance, so you can go to dinner first without feeling rushed to get there early for a good seat- AND youre guaranteed that seat if youre a little late! Its also possibly the safest theater in the southbay. Had some sort of craziness at every other theater - we HAVE tried them all!

Tonight my girlfriends and I went to see Greek wedding 2 and accidentally bought tix for Fri night instead of tonight! However, the manager Koll went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated for the next showing! He turned it into a positive experience that could have been a negative and we had a great time. Thank you so much Koll!

The theatres are huge, and lots of movie choices. There was also tons of theaters to show all the movies. The snacks were decently priced and the popcorn was delicious and warm. The bathrooms are on opposite ends which was rather strange, but no gripes overall

Assigned seating, fully reclining large seats you could easily fall asleep in if the movie is boring. Day time shows are empty, night time is never crowded which mean short lines (if any) at the concession lines. Parking is easy and plenty as well.

Honestly I love seeing movies here, usually the theaters are not full, the seats recline, you can reserve the seats you want ahead of time, and there are no lines for snacks. I guess I could want all iMax theaters but that would be unreasonable...

I really like watching my movies at this location, I like the assigned seating. Allows me to keep shopping or arrive just in time and not worry about finding a seat. I also like the seats themselves and they are very plush and even recline!

We love this venue because this venue is secluded, plenty of parking, easy access to the theater. 2015 renovations with recliners seats make this movie very desirable. Comfortable seats, excellent sound. Price is right on Tuesdays.

This is our preferred theater. This is one of those all recliners theaters and the place is good. Of course concessions are way overpriced but no different than any other theater. We usually buy tickets with assigned seats online.

I love going to the Regal Promenade. The staff & the Night Manager are wonderful. So very helpful. I also love choosing my seats and paying ahead. That makes it a lot easier to get in and to our seats. No waiting in the line.

Hours on Web site are wrong. No sign at box office showing hours. Theatre does not open until 11:30. Spoke to manager and requested sign be placed on box office and website hours be corrected.
