My 2 year old daughter LOVED this place. Honestly, its the most comfortable Ive seen her in water. The kids section has water that was up to her waste and I could watch her from my chair. Tons of little slides she could do alone. There is a life guard in every area and they all seemed very attentive. There are a few bigger slides which are fun, but I definitely think this is a place more oriented for children ages 1-12. I dont feel like there is as much for older kids who want more of a thrill. There is one of the bigger slides with a tube that allows the little ones on it. It was fun. Also, I had THE BEST pulled pork BBQ sandwich of my life at one of their concession stands I think it was called "the galley". Not to mention we all three ate for $25 - which was one hotdog with fruit, a pulled pork BBQ with cheese fries and chicken strips with cheese fries plus 2 bottles of water and a sweet tea. They dont allow your own snacks or drinks which sucks though if you are trying to save money. And the park is price as is. It was $107 for three of us.

First time Ive been to the water park. Always loved Miracle Strip as a kid, wish I wouldve came here a long time ago. Our 3 children had a wonderful time. Lots of fun things for everyone to enjoy. We visited for my wifes work family day so we didnt purchase any food or drinks (other than a beer for myself) so I cant comment on quality of food or prices although what I saw others with looked great. Facility was well kept and clean. The pavilion reserved for our group was always occupied by staff and maintained. Felt comfortable leaving our things at the table. Restrooms/shower rooms were clean and convenient. All the staff was very friendly. We were greeted at arrival and departure. Downfall was their closing at 5 pm. Seemed a bit early to me due to the amount of people there, summer time, nearing a holiday and on a Friday. Im sure they would stay plenty busy until dark but I suppose they have their reasons. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone!

This is a small, but very clean and well kept water park. It is always very enjoyable for our family every year. Unfortunately, you cannot bring any of your own food or drink in, so you either pay amusement park prices for food and drink, or keep a cooler in your car and take a lunch break in the parking lot. They will stamp your hand when you leave, if you ask, and you can return. The rides are well maintained and staffed and there are plenty of rides/amusement for kids of any age. Lifeguards are everywhere! There are plenty of lounge chairs and picnic tables with umbrellas throughout the park as well. Locker rentals available. I highly recommend!

Ok so Im ten and I go with my friend lane her a lot. We absolutely love it the food is great its cheap safe and the staff are AWSOME. Example: my friend lane was standing in a bench and a staff nicely asked him to plz get down so he doesnt fall and get hurt. On the tube ride with rocks their are LOTS of lifeguards which makes it very safe. And the lifgayrds are so sweet once I was next in line for the free fall with my friend lane we were scared and the lifeguard talked to us about how fun it is and even made us laugh. I was on a ride and a nice life gaurd she complimented me on my bathing suit! Love this place!!!!

First time to Shipwreck. Pros: Very clean, Friendly & Helpful staff, and some really good rides. Cons: Not large selection of healthy foods to select from, no new rides..most looked "tired". Fairly pricey...$77 for two adults. We were there on a cloudy day that scared off most people; however, one staff memberr told us the day before there were 6x as many people and the lines were very long. We didnt wait more than 10 mins for any one ride but with 6X the peeps..we wont have gotten on 1/4 the rides, and $77 wouldnt have been sufficient bang for the buck.

I got here at 11:00 a.m. with my son. There is no place to sit at 11 a.m. Parents, unless you get here before they open or you want to stand up all day, try someplace else. I just wasted $70 to find out I couldnt stay here for more than 15 minutes. I dont believe there is seating for 10 percent of the people who are in the park. When I asked management about this situation they advised me to take someone elses stuff off of their chairs while they were in the water and throw it on the ground and take their seat.

The perfect amount of sliders and water attractions for a day of fun. Some people complain that they close at 5 but its not a problem if you get there shortly after they open. The cheese burgers were reasonably priced for a water park, though a little burnt around the edges. Next time I would get the grilled chicken or a hotdog instead. It was raining off and on all day but everything stayed opened and the lines were short. Other side effect of the weather is we were out there all day and didnt get sunburned.

Went this Saturday and had bad lightning storms! The weather I know it is not their fault but we spent a lot of money to get in and rode two rides! We hid under the locker room for shelter but the weather never let up! I understand giving everyone their money back is not possible! But they could have offered people on their way out coupons, stamps, or discount of some sort! People were very upset on the way it was handled! Not going back! Park still is very 80s too! Big kahunas is way better!

For everyone wondering why the Park closes at 5 because when the Amusement Park was across the street it would open at 4 or 5 so if you where at the waterpark all day you could go across the street to the Amusement Park (owned by the same people) so please be respectful of saying it sucks, because many people grew up at this park such as myself and love it the way it is. Also if you get a season pass they will buy it back from you at the end of the day and you get 10% off your food price.

Not worlds largest waterpark, but very fun. We stayed with 5 kids, ages 4 - 15, from open until close and never ran out of stuff to do. They also have adult beverages and lounge chairs for parents to enjoy the sun as the kids enjoy the slides. Tips: - Be prepared to pay amusement park prices for drinks and food. - Arrive early and claim a table as "home base" for finding each other. - They have lockers, but they are 5$ and up determined by size.

It was a great way to spend the day with my toddler. Lots of stuff to do for little kids! We bought "discount" tickets beforehand which really werent discounted, but having the tickets in hand saved us from waiting in long ticket lines. I loved the lazy river, and didnt get a single lifeguard telling me I couldnt breastfeed my toddler. Overall it was a good day. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price.
