Recently went to Wild Bills for a birthday dinner with my family. Our server was Nikki. Bottom line, shes horrible. Always loved going there but after my latest experience, Im never going back. Had a party of 10, usually youd think the larger the party, the bigger tip youll get by doing a great job. Nikki hadnt come to our table for about 20 minutes after we were seated. She took our orders right away. Drinks came about another 15-20 minutes later. Some of the drinks were wrong. Instead of leaving the wrong drinks there and coming back with the right ones, she took them away and disappeared again. Didnt come back for close to an hour. Other servers had to bring us our food and the right drinks. By the time the food had arrived, the rest of the people were through with their drinks and needed refills. Nobody came to give us refills. A guy in our group received the wrong burger and had taken a bite when Nikki came by and took it away from him saying that its someone elses. Well, hes already eating it! By the time that the second burger came, the rest of the party was almost done eating. His burger came back sloppy and looked like it had been sitting in water for 30 minutes. Enoughs enough, we got the manager. He did a pretty good job of trying to make things better for the group but at that point, it had been 2 hours, wed seen Nikki once or twice, and we were holding our credit cards ready to pay and get out of there. She put the whole party on one tab. Needless to say, she ruined the experience there, made it a frustrating night, did not receive decent tips. If you go, ask to NOT sit in Nikkis section. Shes probably napping in the back.

Free does not actually mean free here First off I love the food at Wild Bills. Agree with others on service but the food is worth it. The issue here is the coupon I received in my email for my birthday. It clearly states "WANTED: ONE FREE ENTREE. Visit any Wild Bills restaurant and receive on free entree with this coupon*" Once you get into the fine print however, it reads like a Best Buy coupon "Valid for one free entree up to 8.99 or greater with purchase of two entrees of equal or lesser value and two drinks." Lame but par for the course so we figured we could get a nice small entree to split along with two plates of our choosing. However upon looking at the menu you find no entrees less than 10 bucks. Thats right kids...free is not free. Flagged down the manager on duty to enquire how to use this "FREE enteee" and she admitted that the wording on the coupon really meant an 8.99 discount on one of the three entrees. Happy birthday to me indeed. Usually love this place but this visit felt like going to a car dealership vs chowing down on some tasty grub. Will be removing my email from their marketing list asap. BTW no coupon needed for that, Bills. I wont charge you anything or require you to a single thing from me while I send an unsubscribe notice to your e-marketing team. Update: Manager did comp one of our two entrees and no third purchase required. Food was excellent but i am still removong myself from their mailing list.

The atmosphere has always been good when Ive gone. The weekends are much more mellow and I have yet to have a dish I dont like. I recently got the Cajun Ranch burger and I plan on getting it again. The dish I had on fathers day was the new enchilada (It was western themed, I cant remember the name) and it was fantastic. Very large portion which isnt a bad thing I suppose, but definitely made it difficult to put down. The beer selection was decent as well. There were the basic tap options (Mich. Golden, Miller Lite, Bud Light, and Leinies). Our waitress was Vivian and she was a blast! She joked around, was very upbeat, and was prompt with the food and the drinks as well. Greg also came around chatted with us as well. The staff took good care of us and were fun to be around and chat with. They were there enough to make it seem like they were genuinely interested, but not there enough to annoy us either. I highly recommend people check out the restaurant potion on a slower day to get a real feel for the food. If youre into the clubbing/dancing atmosphere stick around after hours as well! It gets pretty crazy and pretty fun!

I went to Wild Bills for my buddys birthday to have a drink or two and relax after a long weekday. We were seated right away but our Waitress was very rude and barely said a word to us while taking our order, it was very obvious that she did not want to be there. The drinks were very expensive and the burger I had was very bland. After 11 one of the security people came to give us over 21 wristbands. He gave us very little explanation why we needed wristbands and did a half assed job and put mine on all crooked and the adhesive got caught in the arm hair. After we ate and drank about half of our drinks we went outside for a quick smoke break. We didnt stand but three or four feet from outside of the front of building and after about five minutes our waitress came storming out complaining that we didnt pay for what we ordered when we made it very obvious that we were on a smoke break and were going to come back in. Sorry Wild Bills I am not coming back.

Went there for the first time a few weeks ago and everything was great. Went back 2 weeks later and my 54 year old brother in law could not get served because he didnt have a drivers license ( got served the last time ) so we left. Decided to try it again the following week 12-26-15, my son was told the $65 Nike pants he was wearing were against their dress code he needed jeans so we went back to the hotel and changed and when we got back we were told he could not come in with a flat bill hat so he took it off and we went in -had to ask for a drink and had to ask for menus. We will not be going back obviously we werent the type of people they wanted to serve.

Went here yesterday (Saturday) with a couple of friends for a fun night out. Was nothing like we expected. First off the floor was covered in peanut shells which caused my friend to slip on many occasions. We ate dinner, the food was OK. After dinner we mad our way over to the bar. There was one bartender who was super rude to us. Also her butt checks were coming out the bottom of her shorts and you could almost see nipples because her top left nothing to the imagination. I just feel that is really tacky. I never felt welcomed or that our presence was appreciated. I will NEVER go back and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Used to be a great spot on a Sunday after 2. But after today I wont be returning. Ordered a beer and the glass it came in had lipstick all over it. Asked for a new cup and got attitude like it was my fault. Got a new cup and finished it and decided to have one more. Waited for over 20min for a new beer. At that point I said forget it and left. It was slow and no reason to have to wait over 20 min for a new one. You would think since slow getting a new beet would be easy!!!!! To bad such a bad exprience cause I liked the patio and food but I wont beg or wait for a super long time to get a new beer.
