The Good: Reclining seats Plenty of space between seats Cleanly Beer, wine, & mixed drinks for the movie! Wasnt too crowded (on Wed night) The Bad: Awkward layout in the lobby Honestly went through to the movie without a ticket taker taking my tickets (bought them online) The Ugly: Not too many stalls in the bathroom (from my wife) To expand on going though without any ticket taker. We went in, waited in line to talk to someone and make sure we didnt need a printed ticket, but we double checked her e-mail and it said to just go to the ticket taker..... so we walked through to where the food court was and figured maybe the ticket taker was further in closer to the theater rooms. Nope, we walked all the way to the movie, no one ever checking if we had tickets (good thing were stand up citizens who prepayed for our tickets, lol) Side note, theres multiple stations for tickets but the customer service there was so focused on one person at a time that none of them even told us to go to an open station and/or help us, which led to the previous stated event. Overall, its a nice theater and I will be back. Its really nice having so many theaters close by now and spreading out the crowds. Also, Im thrilled that there is a wall behind each line of seats!!! The last three times Ive gone to Century, Ive had a little kid kicking my chair the WHOLE movie. Parents, smack your child in the leg please, thats just plain rude and they need to be checked into place. Thanks!

This theatre upon first gaze looks impressive. It has a large window that gives you a peak inside at their bar, food station, and entrance. I was pretty excited to have this theatre open up since it boasts a bar and comfy recliners for seats. Also the booking your seats in advance is awesome!!! But after experiencing this one, I dont think I would pick this theatre over the century theatre about a mile away. 1. Cleanliness is apparently not important? This theatre was a mess. There was popcorn on the floor and trash piling in the bins. It was just not well kept. 2. Understaffed? I honestly felt bad for the staff here. The lady in the front had to balance ringing up customers and checking tickets. She would run back and forth trying to do both. There was a pretty big line and I almost wanted to jump right in and help her. she wasnt the only one struggling to do multiple jobs. The food stations also seemed understaffed. For how big the station was, the staff was scarce. AMC is also teensy bit more expensive than Century. This is because they have the reserved seating and the comfy recliners. Im okay with that and I would pay more to have the comfortable reserved seating. Overall my experience here was less than impressive and theres much more that could be improved before I would consider coming back.

popcorn was dry and had seeds and kernels; most of the workers were on iPhones or such and were a little more busier with there status updates (i assume) then working; While I was "carded" for the bar - the people ahead of me were not - my fault for not bringing in my I.D. - although I look ever bit of 47 unfortunately. Not a huge deal per se because I viewed it as saving myself from paying for an over priced beer. Even though I an a Stubs member and have been for several years; really makes me continuous rethink the theater situations in fremont. but definitely a slow spiral for th is theatre; as the staff that is trained are trained to get someone who knows what they are doing - which seems to be no one...

We watched a movie in iMax 3D and the screen and film was great. The seats are awful - we are tall, so the seats are too short and too squishy and after an hour we were uncomfortable. The snack bar is a serve-yourself-cafeteria setup so its a mad house and a mess. Then there is a long line to pay (even with 3 checkers). And, the food was way overprices - even by theater standards. On the plus side - they do have a bar and at $12 for a gin and tonic, it wasnt cheap, but hey, theres a bar! Bathrooms were as much a disaster as the snack bar. Looked like a walmart on Saturday night - it was a mess, towels everywhere, toilets overflowing. Thanks, but Ill keep to the Century theaters.

yes the seats are comfy, period. staff very friendly which is a miracle, because they are all trying to do about 3 jobs. not very clean, again, my guess is no staff available. unless you go when there are lots of people to follow, it is difficult to figure out where the theaters actually are. the ticket and food areas are way too large, open, and undefined. a lot of wasted real estate just to have large bright windows looking out over the parking lot. i have 2 passes from going to see jungle book, and it wouldnt play in either imax or standard(corporates fault, not the location) and staff was very accommodating, but once my 2nd pass is used, i wont be back

Rude management. No courtesy for their customers. We were a little late for the show as the movie was into ten minutes and we thought we could get an exchange for another showtime, but, boy, they all ganged up on me and we left the theater embarrassed in front of other customers. I will never return to this theater and you can keep the money for the movie we never watched. The manager we talked to was so rude, that he did not let my family sit in the area after the ticket check though we had tickets in our possession while i could deal with the refund issue. He plainly told us to sit outside.

WAS A HORRIBLE IBLE EXPERIENCE. DROVE FROM SAN FRANCISCO WITH MY FAMILY TO GO AN WATCH ZOOTOPIA. I HAD CALLED EARLIER IN THE DAY TO SEE IF WE HAVE TO RESERVE SEATS THE GUY OVER THE PHONE SAID NO THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO. WE GOT THERE AN WE BUY THE TICKETS TO FIND OUT WE WILL ALL BE IN DIFFERENT SEATS .. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. COSTUMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL. THE DRINKS WERE HORRIBLE AS WELL. MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE . THE SEATING CHART IS BULL MAKING A FAMILY OF 5 SEAT IN DIFFERENT SEATS WHEN THERE WERE OTHER PEOPLE SITTING WHERE EVER THEY WANTED ..

Great venue to watch a movie but the front of the theater needs a good power washing. The food is ok, snacks are a good variety, parking is good, not to sure why AMC needs an armed guard though? The guard keeps looking at the customers like if we are suspects. Not really a good look for AMC at all. Ticket prices are high and not all the seat recline especially in the IMAX, kind of sucks. After the movie was over not a single employee was to be found except for the armed guard, really, fool was trying to flush everyone out. Will I go back, yes, well maybe!

This theater is new and shiny, and I love their reclining electric seats in every theater (except IMAX oddly enough) but where they really struggle is in cleanliness. Whenever we go there, which is often, there is always lots of food on the floor and everywhere even in the hallways. The concessions and registers are perennially understaffed even at peak times. I wish management would get their act together and hire a few more workers to run the place. Id rate it lower if it wasnt for the excellent seating.
