There are 2 theatres. I prefer the larger theatre. The lobby, restrooms, and theatres are clean and well appointed. The large theatre has more leg-room than any of the other theatres. The sound system in the large theatre is fantastic. I like to sit in the middle of the 7th row, because the sound system is so great. I check what is playing at the CineArts at PAS before I check the other theatres. They usually play the better movies. Not the the typical "mindless-dribble" that plays at the Century theatres.

This movie theater shows a lot of good movies from the independent movie realm and less mainstream pictures, which is awesome. However, this theater is dying for an update. Also this is not your traditional stadium seating, there is only a slight tilt in the seating levels. It is a bit awkward, but it works. Concessions are good and staff is helpful and courteous.

Nice theater showing mostly new indy movies. They have a big sign on the street, but the theater itself is hidden near the back door to the office building. The owners keep threatening to close this theater, so show your support by going to the movies if you like these kinds of films.

Classic theater with two screen. Expect a bit of a vintage vibe here. The seats and screens are less big and less modern then youd see at a normal theater, but it gives it more of a quaint feel. Location can be hard to find as it is located in a office park

As a theater it gets only three stars due to its long lines, rather ordinary decor and lack of reserved seating. Given that it shows mostly limited run and independent movies Ill add a star as it brings a bit more culture to the south bay area.

I have been coming to these theaters for decades. Back then first run movies would be shown. Now the independant movies are shown which is great. I love the new seats. The employees are very friendly and the bathrooms are spotless.

Quaint little theater. I really enjoyed this experience on a Saturday night instead of the chaos at one of the typical large theaters. A lot of reviewers claimed it was difficult to find but I had no problem spotting it.

Small, cozy theater. Not your typical theater, looks like it would be turned into a dollar theater one day (outdated seats and setup) but they show independent films which are pretty awesome.

Wonderful small art house theater in a corporate complex. 2 screens. Never crowded. Its been on the verge of closing for years but its still hanging in there. Go and help keep it open!
