I wanted so much to like this theater. Alas, when I am trying to enjoy the brilliance of Jane Eyre on the big screen and I can easily hear traffic on the road next to us, that is a huge problem. The soundwork of so many films is a big part of the experience of seeing it in theater! We dont have dolby digital surround sound THX at home. And during the nail-biting suspense, suddenly a firetruck goes by. Then five minutes later, the sound skipps, falls behind, then stops entirely for a few minutes. What the hell. I had to exit the (full) theater, hunt down someone who worked there to tell them to fix it. Do not go here. Enjoy any of the other wonderful Landmark theaters in the area. The Metro is amazing. The Varsity is great. Also sure the seating old and lumpy, but this theater was so cute I didnt care, as long as I could enjoy some beautifully-made limited release films.

I absolutely love this quaint theater. Very classic with just enough grundge to set them apart from your more modern spot. The decor is cool and the concession are good. Always a great documentary/indie film showing. I only wish they had more screens. But maybe that would ruin a good thing!

Just viewed The Eagle Huntress! Very nice staff and a well kept interior, good sound and concession stand. Dont let the somewhat shabby exterior fool you - historic charm and a GREAT lounge area await, inside.

There are a few golden nugget of theatres in Seattle - and this is one of them. Easy to get to - but parking can be a hit or miss. Make sure you grab some pizza next door - its awesome!

Love the range of movies from classic to obscure, foreign, etc. But these are the most uncomfortable seats in all of Seattles theaters. My back and butt still hurt from last week.

This place does not look like a theatre, but thats part of its charm. Located right next to some delicious food, this independent theatre is a hit. Good movies, good theatre.

Had a pleasant experience here. It is a cute theatre and great for fun and cozy watching. Not the best sound or visual quality, but a nice place all the same.

Great cozy experience, though the small screen probably isnt for watching the latest action thrillers.
