Terrible First (and definitely last) Experience. Lets start the night with no parking whatsoever. I understand neighnoring businesses have the right to refuse theatre parking. However, if parking is a problem (as is talked about in many reviews), why can you not work out some solution, Cinebarre? Next up, the seating. In a normal theatre, Id understand that there might be a few single empties, but with the novelty of full dinner service, and the common sell out of seats, youd think you could have staff directing people to fill the gaps by scooting to the left or right. I dont know many people who go single to a movie. Empty seats = lost money, Cinebarre. I also found the waiters more distracting than enjoyable. Good idea on paper...... person walking in front of you in reality. Finally, the straw that broke the camels back...... Unless you are planning to get drunk and wont care about the movie or anything in general, be prepared for unruly, inebriated adults. Ive been in theatres with screaming, whining children and thought it was bad... That would be a relaxing day at the beach compared to the adults at Cinebarre. Apparently, screaming (or what they considered laughing) obnoxiously through the whole movie is perfectly acceptable. The attention-seeking woman who was force laughing every 10 seconds (literally, not an exaggeration) completely ruined the movie experience. And nothing was done about it. Ive seen children have more respect to others around them. I was determined to not let her ruin my night. I thought, "the staff will surely do something about it." Not so! I wish I would have left and never looked back. I understand people have a good time at the movies. I dont expect utter silence. Laughing is great! What I do expect is to pay money to watch a movie and be able to hear the majority of it. Not pay money to hear some drunk, insecure woman desperately seek mine and everyones attention by screaming/cackling during every silent lull. And it wasnt even during any funny parts!!!!! I literally could not hear the dialogue of the movie over this womans cries for attention. And everyone just accepted it, including me (regretfully). Now I understand why the majority of theatres do not serve alcohol. Not for the childrens sake..... its because people cannot behave themselves in a public place. Moral of the story....... dont go to Cinebarre if you enjoy watching movies. Go to Cinebarre for the drinks and hanging with your friends.

Questionable history with the Snohomish Food Health District, horrible customer service, and filthy theaters...Needless to say I m not going back. They have a good concept, but ruin it with their horrible customer service. I wanted to see a movie here, but when I heard how loud it was getting, saw a couple people who appeared to be intoxicated, and heard a waitresses telling people they could order throughout the movie(Which meant they would have been walking in front of me and talking throughout the entire movie), I thought itd be best if I just got my money and left. When I requested a refund 30 minutes BEFORE the movie began, I was informed that there s a no refund policy by one of their employees named Sam who stated she was a manager. I spoke to another manager and was informed that refunds were given on a case by case basis, whatever that means. I pressed to get specifics from yet another manager by the name of Alicia who claimed she was the Assistant General Manager as to what their policy is and couldnt get any specifics. So if they don t like your hair? Your Skin color? Your clothes? The way you look? They can withhold your refund? Whats their policy? It makes absolutely no sense when employees can refuse refunds based on their personal whim, and since I can t get any specific answers from them as to what their policy is, what am I to assume? I requested the refund about 30 minutes BEFORE the movie began, this movie was basically sold out 30 minutes before the movie so I have no doubt they would have sold my refunded ticket. This is nothing more than a scam to make sure they don t have to be accountable for loud drunk people in their un-kept theaters and to make sure they keep peoples money who don t want to watch a movie with loud drunk people.

Im not normally one to write a bad review after one bad interaction but I felt that it was warranted. I was doing my civic duty of pre-ordering tickets to star wars and this relatively young blonde lady literally yelled at me "ABSOLUTELY NOT..." and continued to yell at me for even asking such a question. Coming from someone who has worked at a movie theater, I have never seen a theater employee act like that. I didnt really understand at first why I couldnt pre-order tickets and the reason was that they dont want to have tickets fall into the hands of underage viewers at a 21+ theater (Im 22 for the record). That makes sense from their perspective but I asked if they still allow for fandango pre-ordering. They do. How contradictory/nonsensical/extremely hypocritical is that? Literally anyone of any age can theoretically pre-order tickets online through fandango but I cant do the same at the box with my drivers license in hand? That doesnt really make sense to me. I should probably talk about the theater itself too, as I have been there multiple times. The food is meh and extremely expensive so they meet the standards of your average movie theater. Cinebarres brand beer on tap is kinda terrible. It tastes somewhere in between Natty Light and cat urine. Maybe it will be up your alley. The theaters, themselves, havent changed much since Mountlake 9 (baby come back). The movie screens are relatively small and its pretty distracting watching a movie with waiters sporadically blocking the screen, but the Cinebarre brew should help you forget about all that.

It took almost an hour and a half to get 2 burgers. We ordered before the previews even started, so we were both very hungry and increasingly angry throughout the first half of the movie when we were the only people who did not have our food. When we did get our meal, it was not quite satisfying considering the wait and we were still hungry after, so we tried to order again but the guy just dumped the check on us and was gone without taking any notice of our new order sheet. When he finally did come back to collect the check and saw the new order (45 mins after he missed it the first time) he said it was too late for more food and just took the check. The floors were sticky and dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting, the burgers were below our standards, and the service was so bad it would be laughable if we hadnt been so miserably hungry. The best compensation was an insincere "sorry" from the waiter as rushed past to grab our payment; well, sir, it is not ok. We came for a late lunch, not an early dinner. We did not come to listen to everyone chow down around us as our stomaches growl; we did not go to the Hunger Games to starve. We came willing to spend more than average on a meal and a movie because it should be fun, but when the service is so bad it actually takes away from the movie and you cant even get a decent meal, the point is entirely defeated. That is the kind of situation in which the server should have comped the food or offered the second order as a free to-go order.
