Although there is some congestion during prime times at the concession stand, they dont have all cashier lines open. The theater offers electronic ticket scanning from Fandango, so you can purchase tickets at home and skip the box office. There is a Cinemark rewards program, so download the app before you go and make sure you tell them--they wont ask. The theaters and screens are nice, although at one point in our movie, an overhead light came on and stayed on for about 5 minutes for no reason. After the movie, exits from parking were inexplicably blocked, increasing traffic and frustration. Overall, good but not great.

realized I didnt have my phone as soon as I got home. The manager was on it. They told me they found it. when I got back to retrieve it. Wrong Phone. the girls in the front rechecked with manager, in the meantime my phone was turned in. they were great, sincerely caring. They found it in the dark, I have a black case. Great place to watch a movie

Its our go-to place for the movies. We had popcorn, coke. Lots of butter (a treat), the coke was syrupy not watery. The theater was comfortable, no lines, temperature was cozy, people were polite and orderly. Sound perfect, not too loud, not too quiet. Well be back!

Nice theatre and nice people here. Usual crowding on the weekend as you would expect with movie releases and such. Plenty of parking and since its at the mall, shopping and eating are super convenient. I recommend this place, so check it out!

When my wife saw a show here and ended up being the only one in the theater, the projectionist yelled down do you want the show stopped when she got up to use the restroom. Good food, expensive like all of them. People are friendly.

Theatre good. Concession good. Prices high. The people are not helpful. Example..you have to use your phone to get rewards. If you forget no one asks you. Same for concession.. I go quite a bit but never get anything.

Good not great. No reserved seating like other theaters so you have to waste a lot more of your time standing in line, but a typical theater experience - not much to brag about & not much to complain about.

This is a nice theater and we have come several times. It is a bit on the expensive side, but their refreshments stand serves ice cream, Starbucks coffee, and you get large popcorn with free refills.

Great theater, great place to watch a movie. But whats with the oil used to cook the popcorn? It smells like bad margarine. The smell in the lobby is so bad that weve never bought a snack!

The theater as a whole is fine; I was just a bit disappointed they had so many ads before actually starting the movie and the movie started like 20 minutes after the scheduled time.

This is the only other Cinema (the other being the Maya in Salinas), that I go to on a consistent basis. Clean restrooms, sitting area, and concession stands. Love it.
