Cinemark are a chain of theaters that judging by the Cinemark in my town give you the experience of a locally owned theater decades ago. The look and feel of the theater really takes you back to a time when movies were important. Not only are there posters for classics like Casablanca, Rebel Without A Cause and other films of The Golden Era...........but in the front lobby in my theater there is also a poster for La Dolce Vita. These posters are just one example at how Cinemark cares about the history of film and giving the viewer a quality experience that is rarely ever seen anymore.

Great theater, friendly people my only complaint is when there are really long lines and you finally get to cashier you have to get in another line because your paying with credit card or vice versa. If your going to have certain lines for cash and credit let us know what line is what. Also, if movie sales out can you announce it , so we want buy drinks and popcorn only to get up there and find out its sold out.

I guess coming form Colorado I am used to q bigger theater this was small and I did. Not like the seating. The staff was rude and shirt the popcorn was stale unwound take the drive and go to another theater place deff pass on this one. Two familys of three would could not sit together due to some lazy fat woman who wouldnt move down one seat it was for her purse. Smh. Like I said I was here on vacation

When we walked into the theater with pre ordered tickets....there was no one there to scan our tickets or help. The girls behind the counter were too busy talking with friends and gossiping to help us. When i finally got someones help, she snatched my phone to scan the tickets and was very rude. Didnt tell us which theater to go to. When we found the theater, it was DISGUSTING. Food and trash everywhere.

My wife and I went to see Petes Dragon, 1:50 PM, 18 August 2016. During the movie my wife was stung by an insect 2 times. She informed the manager who showed little concern not even asking her if she needed medical assistance. The manager merely thanked my wife for informing her and said " have a good evening". This theater needs to train the staff regarding customer service.

The workers told me it was alright if I ran out to the car to get something and said theyd keep the doors open for me. When I got back I knocked on the doors for 15 minutes while they paid me no attention. I ended up having to enter through the exit doors. This was during the last showings so it was around closing time but they were very inconsiderate

The food and concessions are expensive, but thats par for the course at a Cinemark theater. I wish that when Cinemark had chose this location they would have constructed it with stadium-style raised seating as it improves the movie watching experience. It is a good theater in most of the other aspects, just like many other Cinemark theaters.

Definitely one of the best theaters around the area. Its still new, so its easy to hold that title for now. Hopefully it stays that way. Seats are comfortable and positioned so that its hard for someone to be blocking your view. Sound quality is great, as expected. Concessions is pricey, as expected.

Good sound and picture. The concessions is one of the better in the area. Had someone talking throughout the movie, went to grab a manger after our attempts to solve the issue on our own failed; he took action immediately. Problem solved. Needless to say, good service! Too bad I do not live in Richmond

We arrived for a 9:45 show, which we had checked multiple times during the day. They had cancelled the showing and offered us no real apology or any kind of compensation for the change. I was apalled at the lack of customer service.

Went to pay for a water in a cup, and the manager told me that the cup was worth $6.50 and I had to pay for the cup, and that I wasnt paying for the water. Absolute terrible service and terrible customer service.

The picture and sound quality is excellent. The concessions are pretty good, as is the movie selection. I would recommend recruiting more staff to help run the place, but overall, I love this cinemas.
