Perfect for that large family and busy college student who missed a few movies during finals and such. Quality isnt as good as regular theaters and the seats are only on an slight incline so you will be looking up at 45 degree angle which can be uncomfortable. I recommend sitting further back so you can look more straight naturally at the screen. And the volume can be a bit too loud as well. Never bought food or drinks here. There is a small generic movie theater arcade and a handful of candy coin machines. Only 1 bathroom for men and 1 for women. I love this place. Edit: Also uses rewards systems if your in to that. There can also be very loud families at times during busy hours so try to go when its not busy so whining children wont destroy your theater experience.

It is so rare to get really good customer service these days, but the Clovis Town Centre UA theater really surprised us. From the ticket sales person to the worker at the counter getting our popcorn, everyone seemed focused on making it a good experience for us. They did more than the task at hand -- they engaged us. To us it felt like management had made sure that the workers really knew the difference between perfunctory service and heart-felt service. We have never felt this from any other theater in Fresno. Thank you. We will definitely come back. Many Blessings to you all.

Place is a little old but theyve done well keeping it comfortable. Dont come during busy times like Friday/Sat evenings it is a mad house, however, if you come during off hours the place is great. No lines, plenty of seats. Its not a bad place during off hours and the price is right. The seats are flat on the floor so you have to look up which is different from modern stadium seating. Again, its old but not bad during off hours. Worth a shot for a cheap date or to catch a movie you missed its run at the major theatres. Support this place so it dont go away, its worth it.

I used to love this theater. But the last three times weve been here there have been issues with the movie. Once the movie had to be restarted several times due to it freezing, another the sound was out of sync. Just recently the movie was so dark you couldnt see anything in the darker scenes. If you can, its better to just go see a matinee at the "regular theater", though I can definitely see the savings appeal if you are taking a large group. I do have to say, the concession stand is always fast compared to other theaters!

Great ticket price. Concessions are a little high. I understand that mainstream theaters charge high concession prices because the studios get most of the ticket prices during the first week or so. I would not think this would apply to a heater that shows older movies. Theater seems clean enough. This theater reminds me how theaters were in the 80s and 90s which I like for nostalgia reasons. I would recommend this theater.

$3.50 is a great price for a movie, but the food prices gouge the wallet. I sincerely believe a lower price would result in higher volume at the concessions, which is where the money is. Skip the free refills or charge a dollar for each. My main concern is some of the people loitering near the theater. Be sure to park in the west parking.

I have gone to this theater for many years and have always enjoyed the place. Now that it is a discount movie theater, we can afford to go to the movies more often. I dont mind that it shows older releases since we dont go see every new release anyways, unless its a huge blockbuster. Great value and fun place to take the whole family.

Movies that are no longer playing at other theaters, but have yet to come out on DVD/Blue ray can be found being screen here. Often nick name the $3.00 cinema. Movies used to cost $3.00 all day every day. Since Regal bought over the theater, movies are now $4.00, still extremely affordable and a local favorite.

I love that I can go to the movies for less than half the price of a normal ticket! Good snack bar still and its a regal theater so you can use your gift cards. My only complaint is that during the pre-previews (ads) the sound was crazy muffled, but once the regular previews started the sound was great!

Great family place. They should make a deal to watch a couple of movies for a price. Rather than preventing a family of 5 pay over an over again. I paid 85 dollars to go watch 1 movie. Helping their consigment make a profit. Hate why they removed the names of the movies in the theaters.

If you are able to wait a few weeks to see a movie, then this is the place for you. For only $3 a piece, my family of 6 spent less than $20 to see a movie. Try taking six people to Riverpark. Aint gonna happen. Well-maintained and friendly staff, UA Clovis Towne Center is the theater to beat.

This place has great movies for cheap but there is a catch. Old small theaters, old uncomfortable seats and it smelled like the rug had been cleaned and not dried. Smelled musty in the theatre .. but yeah Id go again, lol for $4.. cant beat the price, you get wat u pay for.

Ive been going to this theatre since I could drive. Its a good place to take the kids to see a movie without feeling like you need to morgatage your house first. Highly recommended if youre on a tight budget. Its old, but still a great place to see a second-run movie.

UA Clovis 8 is a discount theater that shows movies that other theaters have just stopped so expect to see movies that are 1-2 months old. Its a great place to take the kids and a great place to catch those movies you didnt have time to see at a bargain price...

Cheap matinee tickets for slightly older movies, popcorn not fresh and seats are the old school ones with immoble armrests. If you are on a budget its great but if you care for big comfy seats and expensive everything then this is not the place for you.

Its a low cost theatre and that comes older movies and maybe a little less money spent on maintenance but its an enjoyable experience for the price. They have a few arcade games and they do have concessions. The seats are on a slight incline.

Nice park with a splash pad. Our family enjoys this one. has a nice skate park and b-ball hoops, work out track, fenced in dog run area, and football/soccer field. only downside is not a lot of shade for sitting in and typical graffiti.

Took the family to see Turbo. For the four of us it cost $15 plus we earned a free small popcorn with our Regal Crown club card and up-graded to a large for $2. A fun family night for $17.00. We love going here. Affordable and fun.
