I went with my 16 year old cousin to watch Atomic Blone @10:45p.m. (Rated R). My parents had purchased the tickets with a gift card for us since Im not 21 (Im 19). My parents were going out to eat dinner while we watched the movie. They ended up letting us in without my parents walking in the theater since they were going out to eat. They scanned our tickets and didnt bother asking for our IDs on the inside, but when they told us what theater it wasnt so clear. My cousin and I decided to go to the arcade since we still had time till the movie started. Then at about 10:30 we decided to go ask what theater it was. I went and it was a different person this time. I asked and the lady asked for my ID. I showed her mine but then she asked for my cousins and I told her she didnt have one. I explained to her that my parents had bought the tickets and they had already lets us in and scanned our tickets. She told me she cant let me go and will give me a refund or a free pass. I asked for the refund and she called her manager up. I explained to her what happened and she asked if I had the gift card. I showed it to her and she said she couldnt give me the refund on it only 2 free passes. I explained to her I wanted the refund because my only other available day to go to the theaters is on a Tuesday and since I have AT&T I can take someone for free. So if I was to accept the free passes I would still be losing money. Both tickets costed about $23. For two tickets on a Tuesday it would cost me about $8. They had scanned my tickets already so I couldnt call the gift card company and ask for a refund. She ended up telling me she cant help me and we ended up loosing money.

I really liked this place at first but my husband and I went for his birthday, the movie was so loud it was hurting our ears, there was only us two watching ,I went out and asked could someone one please turn it down no one did, my husband asked a guy basically argued it wasnt bad and did not turn it down until my husband finally asked him again so I am not that thrilled about this place.

The marketplace is a beautiful shopping center and Edwards is the center of it all. The theater has updated screens and seating. Prices are a bit high but just like most theaters. I enjoy there pizza and slushies! For parents check out the summer movie specials. Friday nights are pretty so show up early. And I would definitely join the rewards program if you go often.

Went on a Saturday morning and it was pretty empty. Popcorn was ok and the prices were decent. They asked me twice if im part of their club, I replied no, but no one seemed to offer or tell me how to join. Movie was suppose to start at 11am, it started at 11:05am (rolling begining previews and such). Its no ArcLight or AMC, but for what it was, its pretty ok.

Went for the private screening of hacksaw ridge. The theater was over booked and the management was no where to be found. When we complained they refused to do anything for us and 20+ people walked as a supervisor said this. When asked for their corporate number they didnt want to provide it. Dollor theaters have had better customer service then this place.

It used to be good. After 2 years withouth coming to this place. We were waiting for the movie to begin, the screen was turned off after ALL tge comercials and previews of other movies, and the movie didnt begin. After 10 minutes waiting, someone came to say there was a projector issue.

The movie theater is very clean, a cool temperature, and has great customer service. Movie starts on time (except when commercials go long) and there are plenty of seats for most people to get their preferences. Despite the markups for food, it was a good experience.

My husband and I go almost every Tuesday for date night. Its cheap movie night! The only thing that keeps us away is if the Maya has a good action movie playing in the D-box! If the Edwards steps up their game and gets one, wed never go anywhere else!

Okay Edwards is a great movie theater that is highly overrated. Despite its great location and nice atmosphere the theater does show its age recently and is highly overpriced. All cons aside this is a great movie theater:)

There were people all around us, talking on their phones and ZERO ushers walked in the theater to notice. I dont understand why people purchase tickets to go in there and ruin it for the rest of the PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!

The location here is great because its right in the center of lots of great places to eat. The theater is well maintained and staff is friendly. Bathrooms have been know to be in small need of attention though.

Always a nice experience. No sticky floors and clean seats along with friendly and courteous young staff. Come early this place gets very full on the weekends and it may take some time to find good parking.

Love the location, love the people, beautiful theater, seats were horrible, my tailbone was killing me by the end of the movie and I was trying to re-adjust over and over again. We were in theater 8.

Staff told my wife and I we couldnt see an R rated movie because we had our three month old with us and he wasnt allowed. Thanks for trying to parent my child that wont remember the movie.

Good clean place. No "hood rats" hanging around the place like the other theaters in town. Security guards in the parking lot to prevent car theft, and nice dining opportunities around.
