Worst experience I have ever had! We went during the week to watch a 3D movie so we didnt have to deal with the crowd but unfortunately we had to deal with a couple that snuck in toward the end of the movie to touch themselves inappropriate! ( pribvates were out and hands touching and stroking) Not only that they decided to be inappropriate but they wanted to do it a row behind us, right by us! Just disgusting! the person that came to check looked at them twice and didnt say anything so I got up and had to tak to the manager! The manager came and saw and told them to stop but they were allowed to stay! I will definitely not be back again!!!!

Its decent considering Regal is all thats in town. The past few times Ive gone its smelled like weed. Personally Id rather go to the Galaxy Theater in Tulare. Little more expensive but significantly better experience. If you cant go to Tulare then this Theater is significantly better than the one in the Sequoia Mall. However movies only play at one or the other. If you have a Costco membership tickets can be purchased cheaper from there. Also they do offer a military discount which is the same price as purchasing tickets from Costco. Military discount is used at the ticket counter.

I was never so embarrassed as they day I went here to watch a movie my husband I walked in got in line to buy popcorn and this girl called me back and asked if she can check my purse right in front of everyone I was the only one they did that to. She judged me by the way I looked n cuz of my tattoo the ladies before didnt get their bags checked never again will I go there !!! And as for giving them a one star I only did it cuz it wouldnt let me post my comment unless I rated it this place doesnt even deserve that!

The best movie theater in Visalia. I like how I can reserve tickets from Fandango from there. The staff is friendly, and quick when I needed more popcorn. The manager came to me when there was a huge line and says that he will help me get some popcorn now instead of waiting in line before the movie started. The seating arrangements are nice in the far back of the theater, where you have about 5 feet of leg room. I always go here when big movies come.

Ive been there three times, and only once there was someone who checks tickets. Two other times we just entered and there was no one upfront. I asked the lady who sells popcorn, and she said that the person is on his break. Second time was the same (and it was like 6-40 pm, pretty busy time for the movie theater), still no one to check the tickets or bags.

This place sucks we drove all the way from hanford to see a movie (compadres) and we wasnt allowed to see it because we have a 10 month old baby....their stupid excuse was that the movie its rate it R ... 10 month old baby!! Are you kidding me!!! What a waste of time and gasoline and 35 miles round trip to get to this dump

Customer service was extremely excellent! The popcorn is very delicious, Id say the best in Visalia and Tulare. Workers were very fast. Good sound and picture. Stadium seating was comfortable for a 2 hour movie. Bathrooms were clean. No popcorn mess that was visible. Curious why this place only has 4.1 stars.... 5 stars!

Nice theater with clean restrooms. When I mentioned to the person at the snack bar about nachos that were spilt in the theater they were very quick getting it cleaned up before the lights dimmed. The only downside to our visit was the 20 minutes of previews before the movie started.

Went to the first show. There were a total of 5 of us in the theater.. good for us.. not so much for business.. hopefully the $8 popcorn and $4 sodas helped. The ticket guy was friendly and the snack bar crew were as well.. The place was very clean. Thanks

Great staff but should have better prices for seniors and matinees. Also popcorn drink package at these times. Take example from theatres in LA area. Just moved here and miss the matinee and senior discounts. But you have a very friendly staff!

The theatre is aging, the stadium seats are starting to wear out and not very comfortable. Prefer the seats of the tulare galaxy more. Popcorn was adequate. Employees are young bubbly adult kids that brighten this quickly aging downtown relic.

Clean, efficient, easy to find.. The employees were great and really put in work when our stuffed animal got stuck in the arcade. And the least packed place we found between Fresno and Tulare. Well def be going back.

Great location in main street across from craw daddys. Its hardly ever packed, only was has there been a sold out showing. Service so far has been great and the theater is pretty well maintained and clean.

Its your typical theater in the downtown area. Lots of screens and plenty of parking across the street. Seats are not updated like other theaters in the area. Luckily there is a nice bar near by.

Come here often to see new movies. Like the stadium seating & theater is pretty clean. Prices are kinda high on snacks but I think thats typical nowadays for entertainment.

Pricy, seats are a little cramped, arm rest dont fold up, but after the movie you have a wide selection of restaurants to select from being in downtown Visalia.

These cinema is alright close to Galaxy Theater but Galaxy is one step ahead with the seats but what I like about it is that it has an arcade for the children

Regal Cinemas has a great shared parking structure. Aside from a few cucumbers on the floor, and those obnoxious viewers, we had a great time.

Everything is great here except the seats they are very uncomfortable they dont recline at all hard arm rest ect, need to upgrade their seat
