I was invited with a girlfriend of mine to a sneak peak of the movie "Guardians of the Galaxy" at the Regal Manchester Stadium Theater and, the movie was very entertaining, BUT......... Id have to say the highlight or should I say low-light of the evening was when we arrived to the theater gave them our promotional tickets, they stamped our wrists and we stood in line for what I would refer to as almost total NAZI treatment by the theaters staff. As we got closer to the door of the theater the staff/security (NOT sure if they were anything but minimum wage theater staff) RUDELY informed us to hand over our cells phones as they placed them in individual brown bags and placed them in a box, wanded us for weapons and went through our purses. They stated that if we didnt want our phones "kept" by them then we were more then welcome to go put them in our cars. They ran out of the paper bags and started putting stickers on the phones to ID them for later. The only thing missing was the cavity search but Im sure that will be coming to a theater near you! Then inside the theater, just before the movie started, the staff WARNED US that if they see a cell phone that IT WILL BE TAKEN AWAY. Throughout the entire movie they had a staffer in there KEEPING AN EYE ON US for cell phones. At the end of the movie we retrieved our phones (they had the stickers on them) but sadly the stickers did NOT peel off cleanly and we informed them that they should have had a notice at the door about cell phone confiscation. They stated that they announced it. We informed them that we DID NOT hear an announcement and that they should have a written post out front. They said rudely, "You could have left it in your car." I dont think well be going back to that theater EVER AGAIN!

Ugh I gave this place 3 tries.. and each time keeps getting worst!! First time... Was ok. Second time I got a new employee that took 15 minutes..to ring me even though manager was helping him. Poor management choice placing a new employee in the middle of the lines. When I did get my food previews had already started. Today I reserved NY to let early a.m to get best seats. I get there at 3:50 to power outage and no shows. Only paper on window and locked doors nobody to speak to. No customer service there.. I called repeatedly 4pm-5pm non stop , just kept ringing. Called 1800 number which was closed. Called corporate also CLOSED!!! Finally around 5:10 alley answers Im customer number box office. She was nice and understood. Smile with manager Mayra which was nice but unfortunately she couldnt help Mr because I reserved online. NO HELP!!! CALLED 1800 one more time and left voicemail. They returned call (after-hours support)mind you heavy accent tells me support is overseas. No help .. I have to call and wait until tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.s maybe a backup generator might help.. Fresno heat is always going to give power outages.

I was very disappointed with the manager she was very rude. They had two registers open and a long line of people waiting to get they snacks and some people were waiting in line to get refills. The Manger as doing something at the one of register people with the refill were coming up to her asking to refill their popcorn and all she said was register was closed. I ask to talk to the manager she took her sweet time I told she needed to open up another register that I was missing the movie and ask for a refund on my ticket she ask for my ticket and said that I was 5min late I told her I was not cause I wastexting my husband if the movie started he said yes. She basically ignore the problems that I and the another people had. Then she come up to me aging and said I was only miss 3min of the movie. I just ignore her but told her that I miss more then that cause I was texting my husband. She need to go customer service class cause she was rude and not friendly.

The upper management at Regal tends to be very childish and rude to customers Ive experienced it first-hand if an employee gives a two week notice and their normal work shift is approximately 30 hours a week after the notice is submitted childishly her hours are dropped to 5 hours a week and still at that they call within an hour of the shift to begin and they cut her shift completely, also I think upper management needs to take a lot of courses in customer service and how to treat employees the movies are fun~ prices are crazy ~but when you treat your employees bad youre going to get bad service to customers and thats what I see happening at your establishment… it will continue to reflect on your business badly when your company treats employees in such a childish and immature manner. One of your best employees quit because of your lack of professionalism. Your loss Regal not hers!!!!

I had to wait in a line for half an hour they scanned my dads regal card because he had a free popcorn on his card, and i got a large soda, they got my stuff and i saw the display and it read $13.75, so i told them that i had a free popcorn,they scanned it again and they said that i didnt have a free popcorn they asked me if i had the app and I said no so they couldnt give me the popcorn.so in the end i got a large soda and the movie had already started. So i was pretty mad and that the app was bs. So next time your at the box office and get a free popcorn on your card, make sure you really have a free popcorn on your card and not the app pr just dont get the free popcorn at all.

Ive been coming to this Regal for many years since it first reopened as a Regal. I feel it is definitely time for them to upgrade the seating, etc. However, movie prices here are very reasonable in comparison to other movie locations which charge way more. They also have a "twilight" special everyday and Ive never seen other theaters with big screens offer a movie at such a great price. The snacks and popcorn are always great and of course overpriced like any other movie theater. They do have specials sometimes and the rewards program helps get you free items. Plenty of parking and in an easy location to reach.

We saw a late-ish (20:30) movie, so maybe its a better time at night. Pre-purchased my tickets before arriving, so we scanned them and walked right in. There was hardly any line at concession, no problem finding our seats, the isles were nice and wide, and the seats recline. Youre not sitting so close to other movie-goers so it was all comfortable. Sound was at an appropriate level, and I was able to see clearly even though I was sitting closer to the front than I normally do. Only thing was the temperature was a little on the chilly side, so Id bring a throw blanket or something next time.

This particular Regal Cinemas was my hotspot to go anytime I needed a short but necessary me time moment. However it got a little rundown so I movie hopped but today I said, " what the heck, Im going to check on my movie matinée hotspot. OMG!!! I FELL IN LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN!!! Wow, the seating was easily accessible but best of all, THE SEATS!!! Watching my movie tilted back with my feet up and my favorite snacks means this is my one and only "me time" place. Ill never movie hop again. Thank you, really!! Everyone was super friendly too. Amazingly clean as well. WOW!!!
