This place has the potential of a fun center but I think the owners need to know what really goes on here. Today I spent $100.00 on 3 hr passes, but only had one race on the go karts due to the young workers apparently letting their"friends" bump people, make people crash and spin and have one of 3 dudes go in front of cars and 2 behind to close in cars ,make them spin, crash or severely bump them from the back. I spoke to the workers several times, because the rules clearly say that if you bump or act inappropriately, you will forfeit your card and asked to leave. But apparently the workers never denied that these were friends when asked repeatedly why they let these people ruin everyone elses rides for 2 hours. they took these same 3 guys first instead of my kid(these guys were behind my kid in line) and made my kid wait 16 minutes for the next ride till his pass ran out. the ride was supposed to end when the red light came on but when these 3 guys were on the "workers" ignored the red lights and let the people waiting in line wait 16 minutesfor a 5 minute ride. the same thing happened on bumper boats where these bullies" attacked a mom by continually spraying her in the eyes even though the mom asked repeated to stop. there were many kids to spray but they only sprayed the mom in the eyes. again the "worker" appeared to know these kids and did not follow rules and tell them to stop.teenagers that cant follow the rules of the park should not be working there. This guy wearing a red shirt should be fired for letting his friends run adults, moms with kids and others off the track. i love bumper cars, but bumping hard into gas powered go karts is dangerous and stupid. The owner should immediately fire these employees before she has a major lawsuit on her hands for injuries. The arcade is fun but way too expensive.I would return to try the go karts and bumper boats again without "bullies", but if they appear next time, I will invite the newspaper to do a story on this place. The videos of the "incidents" today will be posted on utube, so you can see how the worker never denied they were his friends and admitted these people made others spinand crash hrs before but were not asked to leave and allowed to do it over and over again.

We had a large group of co-workers and their spouses/significant others celebrating x-mas & a birthday. Our pizza was ready, but it wasnt being brought to us...so we moved to the dining area. The only table that could accommodate our large group of the area normally reserved for parties. The place wasnt very busy at all and we were by far the largest group/order and the reserved party area was otherwise completely empty. Some kid employee told us we couldnt sit in the reserved section, and had to move to a group of tables in the arcade. On my way out, I spoke with a supervisor to tell him how pathetic and irrational the customer service was. His reasoning was that it was a policy they had to blindly follow from the higher-ups. I told him someone like himself, at their next meeting, should ask if they were aloud to exercise some discretion & common sense in a situation like ours at which point he found a new excuse, which was that the servers are told not to serve there...which would prevent us from getting served our food. My wife then pointed out the fact that we werent served our food anyways...and that it sat there getting cold until we came over and picked it up...even when we were waiting in the arcade. From my experience, it appears the folks that work here are a bunch of kids without a common sense approach toward customer service. This was the 1st time to Mountasia in about 12 years...and itll be the last.

My three-year-old son loves water fountains! So the giant water fountain that its a part of their miniature golf course cut my sons I as we drove by. My wife and I made the trip to visit the large antique mall next door and were about to set off to find an ice cream place for my son because he was so good. What we found was much much more! Outside this family fun center has go carts, miniature golf and even bumper boats! Well we didnt actually do the miniature golf, we walked over through the course so my son could get close to the water fountains. The golf course looks really fun! Inside there is an arcade that also includes a handful of kiddie rides. I loaded a card with just $10 and my son was able to go on all the rides and even play I handful of games. He had a wonderful time. To top it off, they have a restaurant that has an ice cream place! So we were able to get the ice cream we had seeked out. The staff is friendly and the inside area is all very clean and has many cool details to look at. Outside couldve been better kept. I did notice quite a few cobwebs when walking up the stairs. But on the whole, this is a wonderful place to take the kids for a treat!

For anyone wanting to take the drive like our family did, keep this in mind. This place does have the potential to be a fun place. We started at Farrells for dinner and ice cream. The food was average as well as the ice cream. The price was way to high for the standard of food. The service was very friendly and helpful, the employees all had smiles on their faces and were eager to help. Now, we went over to the rides, here was a different story. The employees seemed bothered that they needed to help anyone except for friends (was clearly obvious) Using a credit card type system for games would work if all the machines were kept up and didnt break and take your money. After winning some tickets for prices the girl that helped us greeted us with "which toy do you want", we told her which one, she retrieved the toy and said "thanks" and walked away. One would think we did something to upset her, maybe when we interrupted her conversation to other employees? So, recap Farrells is great service average food, and do not bother going to the games. We did not take a chance on the rides or miniature golf after that experience.

This place is a major rip-off! $6 each for 5 minutes on the bumper boats!!! What? No wonder we were the only ones there! They use the credit points system for the video games to help them hide the fact youre paying over $1 for each game! What a scam! I had a coupon for unlimited free outdoor play that I had to pay $32 for as part of a package of coupons. We were there on a Thursday afternoon at 4:00 and were the ONLY ones there. I presented the coupon and was directed to the fine print which said its only good Friday through Sunday! How does that make any sence? The guy at the counter was also confused about the logic behind it! The employees are minimum wage kids without the friendly attitude you would expect at a place like this.

this place is nice to bring friends and family and pass the time there is laser tag a rock wall, mini golf, and a arcade. their is also ice cream and pizza as well as snacks and drinks. my personal recommendation would be if its raining or if the weather is not nice is to get the unlimited indoor package it gives you lazertag , the arcade, and the rock wall, its also a great alternative to what alot of people get. alot of people get the outdoor package and will likely get it for the go carts so be prepared to wight in line and if you go with other people be prepared to wight longer if you all wish to go in the same turn. their is also batting cages and bumper boats. overall its a great place.
