Great prices to take my kids but horrible service. The people spilled a huge cup of soda all over the counter and my 5 yr old and my brother and I cleaned most of it up ourselves and then they didnt even offer so much as a discount and forgot our butter on the popcorn. My kid sat thru the movie soaking wet and no one seemed to care to offer so much as a discount.

Yes, it is an old theater but for $3 each ticket and lower concession prices Im able to go to the movies and enjoy myself and get my tickets and popcorn and drinks for the price we would pay for just the tickets at the malco. They could update the seats but its still a good theater. I enjoy it and am glad to have it in fort smith.

YES, THE THEATER IS OLD, BUT YOU CANNOT BEAT THE PRICE!!!! WHY ARE YOU LOOKING AT THE SEATS? IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE, MOVE, THE THEATER IS NOT GOING TO BE CROWDED. WE WENT, TOOK THE GRANDDAUGHTER, HAD POPCORN AND DRINKS (WITH FREE REFILLS) FOR ABOUT $20. EVERYBODY HAD FUN. QUIT WORRYING AND ENJOY THE ENTERTAINMENT.

Great Prices! Friendly Staff... You wont find a more affordable way to engoy a movie in ft Smith! $3 a ticket! The seats are not up-to-date but still very comfortable and the theatre is never crowded... Very good place to take the kids..

Other people that review it complain about it being an old theater but if it was a new one they would charge normal price so I am perfectly ok with it being a little worn to only pay 3 dollars to go to the movies.

a great place to go with friends or family. very friendly place to go and great price on admission. they usually have special movies and prices when school is out. i am a dedicated customer.

Uncomfortable seats, they forget to turn the floodlights down, and my friends contracted lice last time they were here, the price is great but not for the health issues here

The discount theater was not comfortable or appealing! The seats sat too low and werent comfortable. Seats looked so horrible. Its a pity that they could care less!

You need to replace the seats. You also need to get those young workers to be more helpful and friendly. Other than that it was okay.

Its pretty hard to beat the price. Is everything brand new? No.... but it is definitely well worth what you pay.
