Generally this place is good. No problem with the places, certainly no problem with concession.....HOWEVER, whenever I decided to bring one of those miniature purses that change into a backpack, the very rude assistant collecting tickets told me that there is a policy regarding bringing in a backpack and wanted to know if I would like to discuss the policy with a manager. I didnt have any desire to discuss the policy with a manager, nor did I have a problem with their policy. So "now that I have been informed" I wouldnt bring this particular purse in again; but obviously, coming not prepared for a prepastrous policy such as this, I obviously couldnt "swap out a purse" at last minute. I go inside, find a seat, and with no warning whatsoever, the assistant walks in with two security guards who take my purse away!! They followed my husband to the car to make sure my purse was indeed, removed. They never once told me that I MUST speak to a manager about their policy, they didnt tell me that they werent going to let me in if I had this purse, (I figured that they were just informing me for future reference)....heck, I would have gladly dumped my small bag out to show them my contents if they had asked! But they never did. They handled the situation VERY poorly, and they lost major points on our grading system. Malco, you are VERY VERY tacky. And this situation should have been taken care of VERY differently, and should have been corrected IMMEDIATELY! My husband and I BOTH deserve a MAJOR apology from your pathetic behavior.

I felt like I was discriminated against because I was black, I had my Kavu sling rope purse and I was told I had to put it back in my car because it was considered a back-pack. There were many women there with huge totes, and purses but I wasnt allowed to bring my bag because it was "their policy". So after the movie as Im walking out the movie I noticed it was a white girl with the same exact bag as me that got to enter the movie. So I was really offended. ~ Megnon Parks

Streaming , big screen TV, and awesome sound systems available for home theater. It really kills my desire to pay more for a box of popcorn than the purchase price of first run movies from Amazon , Hulu or other movie apps Then there is the idiot comment section and fools on cell phones with their little glow boxes. Not to mention you are a sitting duck for a psycho-gunman. Not my idea of a night out for entertainment.

They have the new movies, but the place is getting old and its easy to see. Sometimes they forget to turn off the flood lights. Very often problems with the projectors. Their pricing strategies are ridiculous, between 4 & 6 they dont call it matinee anymore now its an extra 50 cents. Worst profits method ever, dumb.

I love the popcorn and food but the prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!! If they can lower movie prices I would go to it more often. The employees are not very courteous. And the bathrooms are filthy and dirty. They need attending to. The movie itself is good but they need more work and better management.

Was bs that could not go watch movie with family cause supposedly there a stupid policey that a child under 3 years old could not go in an watch a pg movie with parents is ridiculous never spend money at place again over price n poor additude from employees need refund!!!!!!

Wait 6 month for the DVDs. Prices, employees, etc. extremely overpriced for product/service rendered while basic training in service for ensuring repeat customers completely lacking. Hugh disappointment, overpriced, and rude. No recommendation for a zero available :-(

Probably the best movie experience in the River Valley. Need some expanded bathrooms. Arcade is dated and needs updating. Most theaters are cleaned well and concessions are trained well. Good place to watch first run or opening night films.

HUGE ROACHES!!! I KILLED 3 OF THEM WHILE TRYING TO WATCH TRANSFORMERS 3. IT COST ME 31.00 FOR MY WIFE,KIDS AND MYSELF TO KILL ROACHES.I PUT THE 3 I KILLED IN MY POPCORN BUCKET AND SHOWED THE MANAGER.THE MANAGER BLAMED IT ON CHUCKY CHESSE.

Quit complaining that this business is following the rules requiring ID! This is why they get 5 Stars as well as not letting babies in the theater. (People 3 and younger.) Well done guys and thank you for protecting my theater experience!

Liked the movie, seats need updated. But could do without the 2 douchebags in the row in front of me on Facebook throughout the movie. One of which threatened my husband when he asked him to go out of the theater to use his phone.

Went to buy 2 tickets for an R rated movie when over 25, but was told by management I have to have the ID of everyone, and not just myself (the purchaser) . They were very rude. Went to Carmike where that made up rule doesnt exist.

Prices were affordable (compared to Chicago) I dont know why people think it is expensive. The theater had a bit smaller screen then I was used to but plenty of seating to move up a few rows. The sound was excellent in Godzilla.

I would give this a four star only because of the prices. The video games are even a dollar each. But call and check movie prices. Very clean comfy seats, popcorn was soooo delicious. Very light and crunchy. Will be back.

Very clean movie theatre with plenty of screens. This is our "GO TO" theatre. Great buttered popcorn but as with all movie theaters, expect to take out a mortgage on your house if you have a family of 3 or more.

I just went to this theater today & I was impressed with how clean the facilities were. Bathrooms were clean & my mother & I really enjoyed our experience. I will definitely come again.

Great screens! The ticket prices are nearly identical to the other theatre, but the seats are more comfortable. The popcorn can be a little stale at times, but thats a minor complaint.

Comfy seating and the newest movies. It isnt IMAX or the Warren, but its one of the better theatres in Fort Smith. Pricing on popcorn, soda, and snacks is typical of movie theatres.

Lines for the concession for long and it took 30 minutes to just get to the front of the line! Movie started at 1 and its now 1:10 and I been here in line since 12:40

Went here twice, both times had to get someone to tell people to shut up. Why do people think they should explain the movie while your watching the damn movie

Shown up for a 9pm show with my kids and was told that kids cannot enter theater past 7...wtf!!!??? Either way carmike is where I go from now on!

Very nice theater, the employees were nice and did their jobs quickly moving people through the snack bar. The prices were very high though
