The Glam NYE event at this place was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE. The staff that organized this event did NOT prepare. We paid for tickets but they didnt even check for tickets at the door. What was the point of paying if they were going to let everyone in? And because they let everyone in, the place was overcrowded. It took 30+ minutes to get ONE drink!! WTF!!! On top of that we had to wait over 45 minutes in a line outside in the freezing cold just to get inside and find it was completely overcrowded and they werent even checking for tickets. We shouldnt have had to wait to get into the building in the middle of a Minnesota Winter. Unbelievable. Drinks were spilled everywhere as no one could move. It was the farthest thing from GLAM. It was dirty, trashy, and disgusting. Horrible customer service and I want my money back. We left after we drank one drink and went elsewhere to have a much better time. I wouldnt recommend going to this place EVER for an event.

Went to a fabulous wedding here on Oct 29th! Venue: Beautiful, nicely decorated, open and airy, good acoustics, perfect bar placement throughout so that people werent crowded in, and very clean bathrooms. Staff: Cannot say enough good things about the staff that night! The bartenders were lovely, the staff during dinner were attentive and the folks who maintained the cleanliness. Food: INCREDIBLE!! I had the beef roast (came out like a big steak) and it was so good! It was melt in your mouth soft with amazing flavor. My husband had the prosciutto wrapped chicken with mashed potatoes and had I not swiped a few bites right as the plate was set down, I wouldnt have gotten a taste at all! Thank you Muse for making my friends wedding so incredibly amazing!

Great place for Weddings, Partys, events. Nicely decorated and clean interior design. Good kitchen area and plenty of space for setup and teardown.
