I was in Breakers last night when the Bouncer liked the same girl I happened to be talking to. Once he realized I was getting the girl and not him, he instantly grabbed me and threw me out. I called the police and explained what had just happened. Once police came, they were informed that I slammed drinks at the bar. They Went in and viewed the video, never saw any of that drink-slamming the Bouncer had lied about, but instead informed me that it was private property so the patriots of the bar could do anything they wanted to do to me. I pleaded my innocence to the officers but they sided with the bar owners and actually let the owner issue me a document barring me from the bar for life. I never got any justice, and was never treated right by either party. I do not know if race played a part in the way everything was handled but the bar tape and my friends can testify how unprofessional the officers were, and how racist the owner seemed to be. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is black and looking to have a good time.

Me and my fiance went for drinks and a late night snack and the environment was very nice. Plenty of space to lounge, dance, and plenty pool tables downstairs, food and drinks were very good, Ive been looking for Southwest Chicken Egg Rolls like the ones I had for a very long time and they were very close to being exactly what I wanted them to be. We didnt play pool or visit the upstairs area but well definitely be back so we can try it. Only issue I honestly had was my rolls wasnt HOT to the touch as I like my food but the fries you can tell came straight out the grease to me but Im definitely going and getting them egg rolls again. Ill just ask to make sure they hot like my fries lol, but I bet on they good nights it be packed with a good crowd, we went on a Sunday so it looked like people was there doing what we was doing, just getting out the house to go chill somewhere and have drinks. Highly recommended.!

My friends and I visited the Breakers Sky Lounge for the first time. The bartender was nice and it was a cool setting (with a good DJ). However, the server had an attitude. When my friends and I started playing pool, the server (in a very rude tone) explained that the table was taken and we would need to be added to the waiting list. We added ourselves to the list and began playing again later on. Halfway through the game, the server asked one of my friends when we would like to pay the $15 an hour charge (which she hadnt disclosed before we began playing and wasnt advertised anywhere in the club). Thankfully, we were only charged for the time we played (45 minutes) instead of the full hour. I understand that not everyone is going to have a great day, but the server could have been more friendly. She set a poor example for the business, which my friends and I do not plan to return to.

This place has sooo much potential. The layout is setup in 3 main areas. The billiards area, a separate upstairs billiards area for smokers, and a stage w/ dance floor and tables. You can come, play some billiards, have a few drinks and get your boogie on (if you like slow r&b - Ill get into that later). The food was great for bar food. Service was great for a pool hall. Nice tables. Clean restrooms. Reasonable prices. The only downside was the dj. The playlist was as if he had just broken up w/ his gf. The dance floor would fill up when he played an upbeat song, then empty right back out when he played his slow jams. It was probably a 5:1 slow music to fast ratio. My wife begged him to play something less depressing, but he ignored her. It was a buzzkill... But other than that... I would give it 5 stars, but the dj just totally killed any vibe.

You couldnt pay me to return to this horrible establishment. They have super thugs as security that are violent and prejudice. I work for 6 promotional companies and spend my professional and personal life learning the inner workings of what makes a great party in a safe atmosphere, and I wouldnt wish this venue on my worst enemy. The "security" cursed at customers and shoved them into an elevator where they trapped them and held them until the situation escalated so far that police were called to interfere. Fortunately, no one was charged with a crime because no crime had been committed. At least no crime by the customers. I have never seen any establishment treat people so cruelly and objective. Security should be utilized to keep patrons safe, not to act like thugs and be violent.

This place was great they had pool tables and then the place filled with people that were taking a painting class. If you are a social butterfly you would certainly meet people that had more in common then just having a drink. Very entertaining! We had some pretzel appetizers and a spinach artichoke dip which was fabulous. I cant say enough about them. I am not one to eat bread. The two appetizers were ordered by someone I was with and they were a great choice! would have never ordered those and I can say that I was very impressed. It was simple and very satisfying.

I love this place. APA league play on Monday nights adds some excitement to my week. Food is great and varied. Specials are spectacular. Wednesdays I frequently get 3.50 steak or chicken quesadillas and dollar domestic beers. After 9 on Wednesday and Thursday is free pool with $10 purchase which is almost hard to do with the cheap prices. I usually get out of here under $20 for 3 hours of fun after work.

Great environment, excellent wings, and fun atmosphere. Whether you are looking for a bar-friendly environment, with great wings (I recommend the Jamaican!) to watch the baseball/football game, or a night spot to take a date, Breakers is the place to be! DJs always play the latest and greatest, and have an eclectic variety of music; Ranging from Top 40, Hip-Hop, Dance, and Pop.

A chill place that has a stage, dance area, a huge bar area and pool tables and the good people of Herndon. There are pool tournaments, comedy shows and a club like vibe during the weekends. The lounge is two floors and the top floor is for smokers. The bottom floor is bigger than the top floor and it has now become a symbol of the Clock Tower area in Herndon.

Was in Reston from out of town and wanted a fun way to spend a few evenings. This place fit the bill perfectly. A nice bar, really nice pool tables, darts, and karaoke. Rowdy and fun. Theyre a little overzealous about carding -- I walked out to make a phone call and was carded upon walking back in two minutes later.

Id been there a few times and the place was great. Customer service was excellent. Security was good. Come back into town and the manager is gone, replaced by the owner, I was told. Well, the manager mustve taken the customer service with him cuz it was horrible. Food went downhill too. Will not be returning.
