The new facility is very nice. But OMG do not go with your kids and expect to jump with them. The whole point I thought was to be able to jump around from one trampoline to the next but that apparently is not what management has in mind. They have several different jump areas. Two reserved solely for dodgeball and one main jump area. The main jump area is now sectioned off into three areas one for toddlers one for young children and one for adults. God forbid you ever cross the line into another territory. From the second we got there the yelling commenced. Dont go there dont jump here dont jump with your child ....It was horrible. The old sky zone on the east side of town was much more relaxed. We had our three children with us and two adults. My youngest were yelled at continuously for jumping over to where we were because they were in the adult section..Forget that there was only one adult besides us there. They had the kids all confined to one half of the jump area and there were enough kids so there was only one square was available per child essentially making it an over priced trampoline rental as they could not move off their square without getting yelled at. Meanwhile the whole "adult" side was nearly empty. My 4 year old was yelled at repeatedly to get off the adult side for the first 15 minutes we were there and then they opened the adult side for the kids since there were no adults I guess. So now my kid has been yelled at for 15 mins only to be told never mind... Horrible experience. My two year old was forced not to be near us at all, which of course did not please her in the least. If you just want to go jump up and down on a trampoline this place is quite clean and perfect for it. If you want to jump from one tramp to the next forget it. For the price you would pay for a family of 5 you could go to wall mart and buy a trampoline that would last you a year easy and if your two year old wanted to jump with you she could, To sum it up. Over priced total control freaks limited to one square on the trampoline floor in contrast to the advertising. Not allowed to jump with your children. Waste of money.

Who knew trampolines can be used as an exercise tool, and a fun one at that?! The nostalgia of jumping in the air, pretending like your going to fly out of this world brought me the itch to come try this place out since I first heard of it! When i saw that Sky zone was incorporated into my Adventure pass I knew it was godsend! Skyzone is about 10 minutes off the strip and parking is no problem. Once you enter you must sign a consent form either written or on their iPad. After that you wait in line and you give them a bit more information and you will be handed a pair of socks that you can either toss or keep after use. They also give you a sticker with the time your allowed to be in the facility. With Visiticket we were given 2 hrs but we really only stay an hour tops! Call me old, but trust after jumping around, i promised your head will spin! So there is a dodge ball tournament courts, which were unfortunately not opened when we went. A basketball area where you can try to dunk like Blake, and also a baby basketball hoop for the kids. They have sky zone people watching out for any injuries or just making sure people dont jump on one another. One of the ladies was super thoughtful, i did some silly move and hurt myself a bit and she automatically ran to me and asked if i needed ice. My favorite part of this park was the pile of block like cushion, you pretty much jump from your trampoline and into the pile. Once you jump in its a MAJOR work out just to pull yourself out of it. They have ropes to save people from drowning into the quick sand of blocks!

I booked a birthday party for my daughter, thinking its a great place to have a party and it has to be organized right? Because I get stressed with organization. We were advised to be at the location at 2:30, we did show up at 2:30. We were ready at 2:45 with almost our entire guest list there. Checking in was smooth, however nothing about it was organized. We were never advised that we would not be able to access our party area until jump time was over. I had to ask what was going on instead of being informed. The parents all had to sit around and wait an hour to be directed to our party room. We only had our party area for 40 minutes, were not able to open gifts there and had to be redirected downstairs. Overall the experience was stressful for the parents and myself. The children had fun with the exception of my niece and her disappointment when she lost her sticker had to stand in line to get a new one... so by the time she returned they would not let her jump. I was referred by a co-worker who stated this was the place to have a party, but had I known I would be spending over $300.00 for our guests to be in the party room for 40 minutes and rushed out and have an unorganized party with a lack of communication as to what was happening, I would have chosen to have the party elsewhere. My husband and kids went to Flip N Out months ago just to jump and its cheaper and better as far as being able to jump with your kids. I will definitely go back to Flip N Out.

my husband and i took our 4 year old son . my mom met us there with my 2 year old nephew. we were signing the kids in when we saw that the kid part was closed off, i asked why it was , and they said no one can go in there and to jump in the bigger area. my mom also asked they said the same thing. first of all who lets grown adults jump with a 2 and 4 year old? ( NOT SAFE) not even 10 minutes into jumping son older kids desided to go on the same trapoline with my son and "double jump" him he feel to his knees , wen we went to stand up all i hear is SCREAMING! i go to him , and a employee picked him up and set him down , tryn to move his leg . my son couldnt bend his leg , so i took him to the ER and he now had to have surgery because he has broke his knee, now , these employees were NOT trained well , they didnt know what to do at the time it had happened , they werent watching the kids, and they didnt even try to help with me n my son . i would NOT recommend this place AT ALL!

I use to go to the old Sky Zone with my kids and had a great time playing with them. I went to this new one today, and it was bigger and nicer looking than the old one so I was excited to check it out. I went to get on the trampoline with my kids and was told I had to go to the "adult" section. I told the lady I had came there to play with my kids, and the trampoline area was completely empty so this made no sense. I went and spoke with the manager who also told me I had to stay in a separate area from my kids. This was a Monday night, and the place was empty. I didnt want to go jump by myself. I came there to spend time with my kids. I told the manager I wanted my money back, and she complied, apologized and offered me passed. I told her I didnt want the passes because I have no desire to come back. Im sad the old one is closed because we always had fun there. If you actually like playing with your kids, this is probably not the place for you.
