I did the Da Vinci room here, and the thing that stood out the most was the decor. A lot of time and thought went into building the room for a very immersive feeling. The puzzles flowed well and we had a good time. I have two criticisms that I will attempt to explain without giving any spoilers: 1. There is (as you might expect) a puzzle related to Leonardo Da Vincis paintings. There is also a reference book to help you, but we found that using Google was quicker and more accurate. It doesnt appear that the puzzle designer used that particular reference book. 2. They dont use regular padlocks, which was interesting and different, but neither did they provide instruction on how to use them. Dont be afraid to ask for help on these if you get stuck.

First escape room experience, but went with experienced friends. Had a great time, well done puzzles that were a decent variety. Ambiance was great. Issues: 1 puzzle had no indicator how to solve - required the use of a clue and 1 puzzle was light sensitive, and we werent told to avoid using flashlights above a certain level. Otherwise great! Suggestion would be to cover the table that holds the clues so it isnt a constant reminder and breaking the experience.

We visited the Quest Factor Holy Grail Room as a group of six of varying skill levels and had an exciting time! The room had wonderful ambiance and the puzzles were challenging and rewarding. We didnt manage to solve the last puzzle, but still left feeling exhilarated. I would definitely return to try their other offerings.

Great, meticulously done detailed rooms that follow the legend. Non-trivial puzzles and locks. Awesome ambience. One of the few escape rooms in Seattle area that doesnt require you to have a party of 10+ ppl. We had 4ppl in our party and it was just right! Definitely recommend!

It was really fun for a birthday party with friends. Great for teens and friends. They had the opportunity to use teamwork skills and they became closer as a friend group. Great Experience!!

The puzzles were actually pretty challenging. The operator was friendly and helpful. The room decoration and props were nicely done. Definitely recommend.
