First, it smelled horrible! Then, we found out that my daughter (2) could only play in the back area where her brother (just turned 8 two weeks ago) could not play in the same area as her unless he was 7. That makes it hard to keep an eye on both kids. I might understand if I were able to assist my 2 year old but the employee stopped me. The slide, which is a big scary looking alligator with an open mouth that looks like it is going to eat you, also has a big dark enclosed path up to the top but you are not allowed to lead your kids up the path. You are also not allowed to help them on the trampolines. Other places like this that we have been to did not have these ridiculous regulations. The employees reasoning was that adults were harming kids while jumping. Well, then regulate those dumb adults but I should be able to assist my 2 year old. My daughter loves places like this but stood around looking scared and confused. My husband had to go with my son and the way it is set up, I wasnt able to enjoy watching him play. My son also came back terrified from the foam pit explaining that he was stuck at the bottom of it and couldnt get out. The employee who was supposed to be watching didnt even know. The employee is supposed to allow two kids in for a small time and then guide them out. My sister in law couldnt find him and after a while went back to the ball pit and found him crying because he had been in there a long time. The place is not very secure either. The way it is set up makes it way too easy for kids to go right out the door (no one monitors it at all) or for someone to come grab a child and take them right out. This was my first time going here and we will not be going back. There are other places i.e. Pump it up and Sky Zone that are far superior.

We just did my kid birthday party there today. Awful costumer service, the host Taylor when I was clarifying to her about one of the kids drinks was missing and that she didnt give it to me; she give me attitude. Also, the party was from 4-6:30 p.m. and we only saw her 3 times...if we needed something was nobody there to help us, the excuse was she was busy in other parties. Two people that I invite had to eat the pizza without any drink because she forgot the drinks. She bring it to me when the adult was done with her food. She went to break, without letting me know what to do or with whom To talk; if I was in need of something extra in that frame of time she was in break...when went to the counter; one of the ladies there told me; "Sorry Maam what do you want that I do if I dont know where she is"...awful answer...minimum I am running that party in tgat place for free!! My guest needed drinks, etc...and she wasnt there to help us. I did other party in Sky Zone last year and I can tell a huge different between those two places. Jumpstreet has a bad smell, the room was dirty from the party before mine, lack of Costumer Service, Rude people working there, when I did my reservation they didnt give me the invitations, waivers, etc... Sky Zone 100% better!!!

Absolutely awful! The staff at the Glendale location tonight were using obscene language in front of the children playing there, they were on their phones while working, completely ignoring the customers, and distracted with the other employee that was visiting off the clock, who would walk to each station distracting each individual one. It was nearly impossible to get anyones attention when you needed something. When i brought it to the manager Travis attention, he then walked over with the other employees and starting talking to them, pointing towards me and laughing with the other workers who were goofing off, allowing the off the clock employee to stay and even keep him distracted along with the rest. Best part is i have it on video! There are never any employees by the stations and half of the time you couldnt even find someone to help or monitor the stations. It got to the point where i was directing the kids and helping them out. My 8 year old daughter said she wanted to go home, thats sad. NEVER AGAIN!!! Dont waste your time or money!

I was extremely disappointed today. I have been here one other time and it was not like today. It was busy for a Monday especially when kids are going back to school. I had to leave after 45min. An employee washed the carpets of the toddler area including the stairs the children use to get to the trampolines. My socks and my childrens socks were socking wet with water and carpet cleaner. I went up to the employee and asked," Why are you cleaning the carpet in the busiest area? He said,"I am not in charge go up front. Please keep in mind nothing was visible on the carpet and he was not spot cleaning but using a machine and a bucket of dirty water to clean the carpets. I brought both of my toddlers back up front to report that the employee was washing the carpets. The manager said,"Sorry I didnt know he was still doing that." Still? The majority of the children took their socks off because they were soaked. After a little while I just grabbed my kids and left with our shoes on without socks feeling disgusting.

Probably one of the worst family fun centers Ive ever been to.. First waited in line for half an hour..After Paying for the additional cost to play on extra things my five year old was not allowed to..would have been nice to mention the eight and older rule at the register before paying for it, Second the things that she was allowed on she got kicked off and was crying cause she couldnt go on anything..A pink wristband is needed which we were not provided after we had paid for it..So another half hour in line to get it..When my daughter asked me to watch her play I was not permitted to even stand in the area.. So this family fun center does not allow diff age groups to play together let alone let the parents enjoy it with their child. I would not recommend this to anyone nor will I ever be coming back.. There are other places like this that are 100 times better and support family togetherness..

Good value,but value not worth the lack of safety,security, and staff. I was behind my 7 year old the whole time and glad i was. In the giant jumping area alone"Earthquake " there was only one staff member regulating the whole area,about 50 kids at a time. Carpets are indeed filthy and possibly not sanitary, especially when socks are not required. The inflatable bouncers and not monitored and over capacitated, this is a fact as the max "players" on one bouncer is 4 and more than 6 kids are on at one time. Again great value compared to others but at the cost of what a mentioned in the review. I will not be bringing my kids back here. I hope this can help make things better. I wish for the best in the future of this business. -As Im writing this i noticed personnel vacuuming areas-
