This is Adriber I will always provide the best and honest reviews. This is a beautiful big park. Great place to have a picnic and ride you bikes, skate or run, Lots of people even bring their friendly pets to run with. The theme park is on top of a man made island, the theme park is nice for any kid 6 year old and under. Some times the have bracelet days to help you save money. Customer service is great. After you finish visiting the theme explore the rest of the park. Great place to take pictures. The park is very clean so please dont trash the park, rivers or pound for everyone to enjoy. Some of the Ramada are also in the man made island. The play ground is nice also for kids to play. They also have a paddle boat to help enjoy the park even more. Feed the ducks, goose, fish , and rumor has it turtles coming soon. A street divides the south part of the park that has basketball court, swimming pools, handball and so on. The only suggestion for the owners of the theme park is the following. Some of the rides are old and could be upgraded. Maybe the owner could see about getting endorsement like Thomas The Train. That would be super fun for kids riding Thomas and singing the theme song. Or have a Target, Bank of America or other big companies sponsor day. Where company will pay for every person bracelet to sponsor their company. As a result more people would come and spend money on other things like food or toys. The money that is made could be used to upgrade the marry go round or Rollercoaster and expand the theme park. Even create and actual splash play ground instead of using the same bumper boat ride section. You can point out how encanto theme park is deeply tied with the state history and culture as a place worth preserving. Just some ideas. On the other hand for the actual park only suggestion is to have more trash containers some people dont have to walk almost close to the bathroom to trash there items. As always Im the firm believer of quality over quantity. This is my review and remember always look for adriber for the best and honest review.

The park is decent for small children. Have been here a couple of times with my kids ages 6 and 1 and they always have fun but there is pretty much nothing for anyone over 12 but the train and spinning cups. The people are friendly. The food is not that great but what really upset me is that we went to the easter egg hunt and had to leave right after because my youngest has asthma and it was very hot. I overlooked that she had won the "big prize" which is a family 4 pack of wristbands for free. Well when she was showing me eggs I only saw the bible verses of the back. The tag expired on Wed. I called on Saturday when I realized my mistake and was told there was nothing that could be done. We have spent A LOT OF MONEY at this place and I honestly dont see us going back if theyre going to be cheap and rip off a child out of a prize. I get it was my fault but they make enough money that something could have been offered as a replacement or something. And seriously? Why only give people 3 days to claim it? Sounds like theyre counting on people like me to overlook the prizes and get jipped so they dont have to pay them out.

Horrible customer service at the ticket booth. Went May 19th for the special to celebrate my daughters first birthday. I arrived at the gate with $15 in hand for myself, husband and mother. She asked how old the baby was and I told her today was her birthday and she turned 1. Her only words were "so she gets to pay $5 to get in too!" Youre kidding me... right? If i came yesterday she would have been free? Who charges for babies? They have no recollection of what theyre participating in, much less that kind of rude response for a baby on her birthday. We took our money elsewhere and I will never step foot near your greedy gates again. Even Disney land is free until the age of 3. Money grubbing and rude. Volunteers clearly dont care about proper customer service. Disgusting. We gave our money to a frozen yogurt shop. But nice try in trying to pilfer an extra $5 from a babies first birthday. Should be ashamed.

Not their fault but it was crazy hot today. They need more water activities or a splash pad. Also the train operator was a goober. We came with 4 kids and didnt want to spend the extra $40 for my wife and I to go on the rides... Since its pretty much just the train an adult can go on... So I took all the kids and my 2 year old dragged my wife over to ride the 2nd time. The train attendant wouldnt let my wife since she didnt have a wristband. Weve been here an hour and were about to go to a waterpark after the second train ride. I took my wristband off in front of the guy and asked if she could just ride once quick. He RIPPED the wristband right off her wrist and as I write this my twin 2 year olds, 4 year old, and 7 year old are all on the train alone... Agh... So dumb

Last went here as a child myself, 20 years ago. Am impressed its still around Same great rides. Roller coaster, water bumper cars, carousel, arcade, teacup spinny sort things and airplane things like Disneyland. Overall an impressive miniature amusement park for kids Has height minimums and maximums, so "adults" cant ride most things really One unique and impressive thing is the train that goes around a good section of the park Can reserve sections of the amusement park/Encanto Park for birthday parties for a fee Recommend going on a weekend because theyre open till 8pm instead of closing earlier Can walk around the amusement park to just look around for free Always lively. Lots of families celebrating. Very family oriented, and great, large park its located at

This place is wonderful for small children! They have really great deals if you sign up for their mailing list, you can get all day wrist bands for $5 each kid. Adults are free unless you want to ride, but honestly, most things you cant get on anyway. Its really made for preschool aged kids to be able to go on rides alone. Staff are always really nice whenever we go. We have done the paddle boat rentals too, which were fun & the park is so pretty, it really made for a nice ride. Even when its really hot its fun to go, because they have a splash pad that the kids can jump in when it gets too hot. I really recommend this place. I drive all the way from Queen Creek to take my kids!

Im so glad we have the pogo pass...otherwise, I would have felt ripped off. They only have 6 or so rides and if your child is around 8 yrs old, theyre too big for most of them. I didnt get a pogo pass for my 2 yr old this year because she doesnt need it for most things. When we got here, I forgot all about it and asked if I could give my wristband to my 2 yr old since obviously I wont be going on any of the rides....she says "nope". So I paid $20 in tickets for her while my husband and Is wristbands went to "waste". Bummed. Definitely not worth $17.99 per child. $10 would be an ok price but I still wouldnt pay it for this place.
