Horrible experience. They dont have enough staff to take care of everything they should. Waited 20 mins in their snack bar because I was told over the phone I could purchase water there. Instead I wasted almost half our time there waiting to buy water and whe. I asked if someone could help me the cashier rudely snapped at me and then went back to looking at her phone. Needless to say our biweekly trips will be moved to jumpstreet since they know how to treat their customers. Dont bother with this placement pay the extra three dollars at jumpstreet for a better park and a company that cares about their customers

This is a great place to take kids especially during the summer when its hot outside. The under 6 area has a really nice climbing structure and some trampolines that they can jump on, and it was only $5 for the hour. The only thing I would say is theres not much seating for adults you want to stay and watch their kids. If you want to enjoy the rest of the area its $11 an hour, all in all not bad!

Look, I dont ask for much. I know its a kids place and therefor stinky. But for God sake with the prices you people are charging you could at least have a couch for a mom to sit in that doesnt have spring popping out at my ass. Your like the slumlords of play places. And please remind your staff that 95.999% of people in this world hate their jobs. Buck up and lose the attitude, and study hard.

My two have been going for years, now in middle school, and never tire of it. It is a great place for them to hang out with freinds away from screens and get exercise while having fun. I like that I can see them from almost anywhere I sit. It is a great place for moms to meet and let their kids wear themselves out.

2 boys under 7, we nearly use it weekly mid week as its never busy, front staff have always been lovely, and they are great with the kids. Kids love the place and they exhaust themselves. Only thing is it could do with a bit of a deep clean as some areas are a bit ugh.

Staff is all super nice and the facility is way cleaner than any other trampoline park that I have been to. My kids had so much fun in the foam pit and the obstacle course and I cannot wait to come back. Oh and for teenagers, the professionalism is off the charts!

This place already has an old feel to it and they just redid the inside. They should have more seating for parents who take the hour as a chance to sit and relax. Instead they have one couch in the toddler section with nice big springs that poke your bottom!

Its falling apart. Staff was free ranging. Sound system blasting with blown speakers, everything everywhere seemed dirty and rundown. I havent been in the past year until last nite, its declined 50%. Im wondering if the owner is just letting it decay to close.

Took the kids for a birthday party, had a blast!!! Cant believe it is so cool, the kids cant wait to return! Party Rooms are amazing, staff was equally great! Dodgeball was the favorite of our group! They even do fundraising!

I like the place but the jump guards at basketball dont tell the people they know to stop being aggressive when they are pushing people down on purpose and instead tell the people who get pushed down to get out of the way

Fun! But smells like stinky feet, I wish they sanitized more and sprayed some fabreze or air the place out because its a little gross to inhale. Other than that, we would have been going there more often than once

Total smart mouth front desk guy. Place sucks and will never return. 0 for customer service . At 7pm the kick young kids out ... We were there 7 minutes and then told we had to go. LAME!!!!!

Its a lot of fun, and wasnt too crowded on a Saturday night. The music was turned up a little too loud, but the staff was very friendly and didnt bother us or yell at us for stupid reasons.

Great place for the kids to get rid of excess energy. The guards are good with the kids. They enforce the rules keeping the kids safe without taking the fun out of the play. Thanks

It was smaller than the other facility and the air bag was very small. Also one of the boys helping with the hover boards was mean and unwelcoming. Other than that it was ok

Redesigned courses are great, they have an obstacle course with a warped wall. The price is a little expensive imho though, which is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5.

The trampolines are set to the least bouncy settings and a child was literally screaming unintelligibly into a microphone the entire hour we were here.

My daughter, daughters friend, and I had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. No issues at the time when we went - during the summer 2015.

We got there hour and a 1/2 before closing and the only way we can play for the full period if we pey for 2 hours . not gonna happen again

Great time staff is great and kids are having a great time. There is hoops dodge ball inflatable slides and a HUGE trampoline area! Its fun

The place is small, unclean, and the staff is rude. Skypark would have been a better choice to take my niece and nephew for the afternoon.

They have teenagers running this place and they cant answer simple questions. Not recommended for kids birthday parties. Rude staff!!!!

Rules were too strict, your not even aloud to run or play a fun game of tag. Would have rather gone to another place
