I have ALWAYS avoided arcade-type places as a location for my sons birthday parties, but have wanted to try laser tag for quite some time...so I caved...and I was so glad that I did! Xtreme Fun Center is very well-managed. The owner, Cristina, is very professional and they were very gracious when my son got frustrated by the laser tag initially. He tends towards perfectionism and wanted to be first! So, when some other boys sort of took over our partys turn, without me even asking, Cristina gave us another free round of laser tag. THAT is GREAT customer service. Also, XFC is VERY clean. I havent liked these places because normally theyre sticky and old. Again, XFC was a pleasant place to be. Not too loud. Very clean. Very professional. And most of all, a FUN day for my 11-year-old son and his friends AND the adults, too! Will definitely be going back!

Excellent customer service; very polite atmosphere; young and teens intermingling in a clean, fun way. Great laser tag facility. Batting cages attract the young jocks. Functioning video games and activities. Reasonable selection of food. Great alternative to Celebration Station....better laser tag set up, not as much in the way of things to do (e.g. no go-karts,bumper boats, etc.). They do have a quiet and separate parents area in which to read, visit, and peacefully wait for your kids unobtrusively. Pricing is comparable and if you like laser tag, the $15 unlimited 4 hour play is a deal you cant pass up. Fun for kids and adults alike!

Brittany was so rude. I brought in three seven year olds and when they had a problem with the laser tag game she blamed them for not understanding how to play. When it was brought to her attention by another child that had been in the game that no staff ever told them how to input their names into the guns for scoring she just continued to be rude. These were all kids who had never played before-I guess she doesnt know the concept of work- means do your job. The manager came over and was just as rude- no wonder why the place looks so rundown- people are taking their money elsewhere and they have no money to maintain the place.

The place is clean and the young staff are very helpful and organized. The only knock is against the owner (Christina) who for some reason was extremely unaccommodating. She is the only one who accepts bookings and does not call back in a timely manner. You have to chase her down. When we did get in touch with her she was very difficult to deal with. We had children with food allergies and she refused to allow us to bring food. When we get there, other parties had brought their own food. What the heck !! My suggestion is fire the owner and put the staff in charge and then I would go back.

My son and his friends had a good time but whoever was running it that night had them go outside to eat the pizza they had ordered. They ordered from the designated store by calling the number listed behind the cash register but I guess he didnt take the time to notice - he thought was from another pizza delivery store - so he made these 4 13 yr old boys go outside around 10pm to eat the pizza!!! - I spoke to him about this esp. that I didnt want them outside of the building and he stupidly remarked "oh yea I can understand that". I dont think he did understand that.

Recently had a party at this center. I travled hours out of my way due to the great reviews and my son wanted to play some more laser tag. But the party lacked real direction. No one really taught my kids how to play with the equpitment they had to ask the worker questions midgame and even then they never really got a clear reply.My kids are experenced with laser tag and even they were dissapointed. The party helper was useless and I was left to manage the party and try to teach kids myself. Way more work then it was worth.

I dont mean to sound harsh, but I visited with my girlfriend for the first time and was very dissapointed on how rundown the place was. Around 40% of the arcade/games were out of order, we tried the indoor batting cages but depending which booth you were in the balls were either pitched knee high or it pitches away. The topping on the cake was I just started a token game and then abruptly the power was killed because it was closing time, no warning-nothing! I didnt try the laser tag but I dont see myself returning.

Went recently for a school function with my son. I arrived late because of traffic issues due to brush fires. Staff was super accommodating and as always, we had a great time. This is a great place with something for everyone. I personally have a Galaga addiction that I get to satisfy here. Atmosphere is warm and friendly and food is surprising good for this type of place. We always come back and have had birthday parties that were so much fun here too! One of our "go-to" places on a hot or rainy day.

You will run out of tokens very quickly here and for a family of 6, we blew through over $120 really quickly (maybe an hour or 2) between token games and laser tag. When you play laser tag, you get people who stand on top of you waiting for your vest to reset so they can kill you again immediately. That gets annoying really quickly. I thought it was a rather small place compared to other fun centers Ive been to across the country. We had fun but I cannot say i was super impressed.

In the last 4 years we have booked numerous parties with Xtreme Fun Center. Steve, Christina & the team are a joy to work with! They have always been more than accommodating, & we always enjoy ourselves when we take the kids to play. At our most recent party, Ciara was wonderful - ensuring that all of our guests (children AND adults) were well taken care of. Brittany went above & beyond our expectation, & saw to it that our daughter felt extra special on her birthday.

Just had my sons birthday party there today! Awesome experience. Price was very reasonable for group packaging. And thr laser tag arena was huge and lots of fun. The hostess, Katie, was perfect and the Owner got back to me quickly and was very polite and helpful. We will definetly be back! Everyone had sooooo much fun! Thank u!!!!

Said we would only have to wait 5 minutes for laser tag, ended up waiting 45 minutes, then we had to play the game with a whole bunch of ignorant 15 year olds. Not to mention half the machines said 1 token but really took two. The balls were deflated for the hoops game. Do not recommend and will not recommend.

Such a great place! I just went yesterday March 10th for my 21st birthday lol. But the staff were great and my friends and family had such a great time. I highly recommend this place to everyone even if your older you will have fun my father of 48 years old even had a great time. Its like we were kids again ;)

My son loves this place. He goes to their Summer Camp every year. They do soo many fun things and take them somewhere almost everyday. The price of the camp is unbelievably reasonable especially with the amount of trips and activities planned. Not too mention unlimited access to arcade during camp hours.
