Get Air was my family’s favorite destination all summer. When we went in last week to jump they informed me that little kids (mine are 4, 4 and 6) can no longer jump in any area except the little kids area (one trampoline, about 5% of the whole facility). All summer they have had access to all the trampolines, dodge ball area and the foam pits. I was also able to pay to jump with them which is fun and also allows me, as a parent, to help ensure they stay safe from bigger more aggressive jumpers. When the facility was crowded I would limit them to certain areas for safety. So now, I can’t jump with my kids at all and we have to pay full price to lose 95% of the playground. Needless to say when I told them that they could only jump on one trampoline and I couldn’t play with them at all they started crying in the lobby and we went to the Childrens Museum instead. The irony is that there was literally 1 kid in the whole place, it was a slow hot Tuesday afternoon and my kids would have been totally safe with the whole place to themselves. I would gladly change this review to a positive if they had dates and times on their schedule where little kid’s could use all of the facility, but they don’t. They don’t want the business of families with small children and are going to lose out on the $31 we would spend there at least once a month. I would have just contacted management directly about this but they don’t list a contact email or have a comment form on their website. Not worth the visit for your little ones under 46”.

My family and I just left there we planed a birthday party for our 11 year old grandson. The guy in glasses working there kept harassing my 5 year old grandson. I kept my eye on him and everywhere my grandson went he would tell him that he was not allowed to be there. He made my grandson feel very sad and didnt want to go back to play. I then took him and sat on the side to watch him. As soon as the employee saw my grandson jumping he jumped in and told him something. My grandson came back with tears in his eyes. I than approached the ref and asked him why he kept bothering him. He response was that he was to tall to be in the area.my son came over and asked what the problem was. My son them went and got permission for his son to play in the area. The ref came back and told him something again. I than got up to ask what the problem was and was surrounded by all their friends and employees. Both my sons came over to see what the problem was .and son guy with painted hair that had been playing around the whole time there came over to try to explain that my grandson a 5/year old baby was breaking the rules. We asked all the kids that were with us to come and sit so we can eat the cake and soon after we were asked to leave. They have a horrible place for kids.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not rate it with a star at all, but my story would not be heard unless I select a star. My daughter BROKE HER LEG at this facility. My husband was watching her when a very large kid did a flip on to the trampoline that she was using. Because of his weight and size the tramp threw her up into the air and when she landed her leg broke. I understand that accidents can happened even with the best of care. The bottom line is that there was NO supervision of this facility from staff!!!!!!!!!!!! If there was, this incident most definitely could have been prevented by staff telling the kids not to co-jump on a trampoline and that there are size restrictions on certain trampolines. The facility was filled to the brim on capacity. The owner does NOT manage this facility properly. IT IS ALL ABOUT REVENUE AND THE INCOME THEY CAN BRING IN-NOT THE SAFETY OF THE CLIENTS!!!! THEY HAVE NO MONITORS, THEY EXCEED THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY. IT IS VERY SAD THAT THIER FIRST PRIORITY IS NOT FOR THE SAFETY AND WELL BEING OF THIER CLIENTS:( PARENTS I BEG YOU TO LISTEN TO THIS EXPERIENCE. FUN FOR YOUR CHILD IS NOT WORTH THIER SAFETY. WE ARE LUCKY THAT IT WAS JUST HER LEG AND NOT HER NECK.

Hated it and so disappointed. I will not be returning until all 3 of my kids are 46 inches tall, if at all... They have one tiny area where the 46in and under kids have to play. Which got crowed with tiny little kids... AND I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO JUMP WITH MY OWN CHILDREN. Considering my 2 year old was only having fun with me jumping with him and then I got yelled out for having fun (jumping) with my son. Two of my boys wanted to go jumping everywhere and they could not. It is impossible to keep two kids 5 & 2 secluded to a tiny area that only has two trampolines. If you are going to make a kid area it needs to have all the same amenities as the rest of the park, and make it hard for them to leave the area... Needless to say, we wasted our money, as I did not have fun with my kids. NOT A FAMILY FUN PLACE UNLESS YOUR KIDS ARE OVER 46 INCHES.

Great place to have fun!!! If you read the other reviews you need to understand the risk of jumping. That is why you sign a waiver to understand it but the other people dont understand. They have a nice facility and the height rule is usually unenforce unless you have very little ones. The staff is mostly teens. You need to try to keep small and young children away from older and bigger children. Everything is mostly nice until you get to the staff. They are mostly teens. The staff at the register are very strict. They will not even let a Grandparent sign the waiver for you. You can do it online and it will sync into the system in about 5 minutes. They will not even let you where socks because they have "No Grip". The referee guys are okay. In conclusion : If you follow the instructions youll have a great time with the family!

We will never go back. Went a few months back and had a great family experience, were able to jump with 2 year old daughter. Went yesterday and was told "rules change" she can only jump by herself in one section. Her 3 year old cousin that was with us was right under the 46" mark and he was only able to jump in the other "adult" section. It was an awful family experience. I get that there are safety protocols but I dont think making a two year old, who can physically jump well, be completely by herself in a separate area is safe. We stayed 20 minutes and asked for a refund, at least for our 2 year old and was told there are no refunds. If you have kids, this is not the place to go.

Line at the front is ridiculous during busy times. They need a sign saying you need go re-register if it has been a certain amount of time since last visit. We have been there twice, just over a year gap in visits, both for birthday parties. The most recent visit we saw the sign indicating registration was necessary if it was your first visit.... so we went to the other line where you get your wristband and waited about 10 minutes where we were told we has to re-register, which took 10 minutes and then waited BACK in the wristband line for another 10 minutes.... pretty ridiculous. And also made us miss a chunk of the birthday party and play time.
