Hands down the best zipline course and staff around! Ralph & his team made us feel safe, welcome, and gave us some of the most breath taking views the hill country can offer. He told us they are expanding the course soon and I will be back for a visit for sure! I also have booked my companys team outings at Helotes Ziplines. The location is close to where we are (North Central SA), and the length of the course was perfect for my team of 8. They all absolutely loved it! We will be booking more team building in the future. Thank you Ralph & Staff for giving us great experiences!

Fantastic customer service! The owner, Rodney, literally cancelled other important work related plans in order to help facilitate my vision impaired mother-in-law check another item off her bucket list. Rodney (and his father and shout out to Lydia) personified customer service and my family is so grateful for the effort. And the ziplining was a blast with great help from a motivated and friendly staff. Thanks for the great memories!

Had a great time here with my coworkers. The staff are all amazing and helped me get over my fear of heights, at least for the day! I felt 100% safe the entire time. I would definitely recommend for family outings or just something fun to do on a weekend. I plan on going back soon!

Best zip lines we have visited so far. 9 differ lines and tours of 15 were just right. Plenty of Guides to help you along. Felt as though we were well taken care of.
