The Viridian Library in West Jordan is one of a kind! A great add to the SLC library System . Its an open, fresh, spacious contemporary building; full of light , good views and a series of spaces well designed to create a relaxed yet dinamic and inviting atmosphere , with multiple facilities with an amazing sense of togetherness blending community and culture. It offers great variety of media , resources.and activities. The staff is nice and very helpful, the online services with Hoopla and other sites to download music , audiobooks or music are amazing. The Viridian Auditoriums are a tremendous asset to the building and the entire City. The kids area is really cool, although of relatively good size, it looks crowded and noisy in peak pm hours and saturday, this due to the large community of young readers in this area of the Salt Lake Valley. I am proud to live in West Jordan and say: the Viridian is MY KIND OF LIBRARY!!.

If you want a book a dance and then find out six months later you no longer have the date randomly booked, definitely go here! Also, if youd prefer an event planner that provides false information definitely book here! I dont know whats more ridiculous the fact that event planners here think they can remove you off the calendar without even BOTHERING to communicate that to you ahead of time or just simply how uncooperative they become when you address the problem via phone. What a great looking venue and has amazing pricing, but the place lacks commitment to their words! 1/10 would not recommend!

My wife and I came here for a free community dance class, and I can say Im in love with this building. Its a beautiful modern design, light and open construction, very well maintained. They even have piano in the lobby that patrons are welcome to play. I definitely recommend it if you want to host an informal event. Only downside I saw is the event spaces are a little smallish and utilitarian, probably not well suited to large or more formal events.

Very nice well kept facility. Great prices for your event. Roomy, accessible, friendly staff. Great for presentations as they can darken the room. Check our the camps and activities for kids. They do a great job of community outreach.

There are always great events, community displays, etc here. The venue can be modified for whatever is needed, indoor or outdoor, so Ive had the chance to attend a large variety of events here.

Great facility, large halls, good speakers. Park right outside is great for taking a walk during any scheduled break time. Highly recommend.
