Very dissapointed with the party service for my sons 10th birthday. The only reason it got one star was because the kids had fun jumping. But for all the money I paid for this party....I was not impressed. I will admit that my sons party was on the larger side (20 plus kids), but if you advertise for parties that large, you should really be prepared with adequate staffing. Lets see, where do I begin....while kids were jumping, big kids, little kids and adults were all jumping in the same area all while the trained staff looked on. My sons guests shoes were overflowing in the basket they provided and instead of getting a second basket, they just let the mountain of shoes grow. I carried my last pitcher of pop up the stairs, because it was left at the bottom of the stairs on a cart where anyone could pick it up or contaminate it. Our hostess was slow, serving the guests and when my mother and myself tried to help, we were rebuffed. When children wanted seconds, she yelled across the room to ask who wanted more. And with time still left in my party, she poured the remainder of my unlimited drinks down the drain. When a guest wanted a drink after eating cake, she just kinda shrugged and told me I only had 5 minutes left (yeah, which I paid for!) SkyZone should really consider 2 hosts for parties of 20 or more. And to top it off once we got home, we opened the Sky Zone gift bag and our adult large t-shirt was actually a youth large, so no birthday shirt for my 10 year old! Bottom line, I will not be returning to this location for any organized event, nor will I be recommending this location to anyone I know. This was my sons first birthday in five years and I know he enjoyed the company of his friends, but as for myself, the consumer it was NOT worth the money.

If I could give Sky Zone in Highland Heights, OH zero stars and still review it, I would. Aside from witnessing another "guest" be berated by employees for holding hands with her child as the child (no more than 2 years old jumped) and she stood still, apparently you are not allowed to ensure safety of your own children. We went here with some friends today, and we essentially told that we were not allowed to have our kids near us, "jump" with them, or keep as close an eye on them as needed in such an over-crowded and over-priced place as this. Clearly the day was filled to capacity and employees were very over worked given the amount of guests and lack of attendants with proper training on how the mind of a child works. After witnessing my own son be nearly trampled by another kid who was triple his size in in the wrong "area" of the trampoline zone, I had enough. We were told during our short half hour time here that we could not sit on the edge of trampoline while our 2 year old jump, then told we needed to be on a totally separate section as our child. I am not a child psychologist, but a two year old does not know that when mommy and daddy are across the room, they need to stay where they are and not have any fun. The next outing we have will will spend our time and money else where, more than likely at Zip City, in Streetsboro. One star because the locker that jammed up and needed to be taken apart was comped for $0.50.

I had a blast. It is a little over priced but I didnt mind because I called ahead. Stan the manager made a lasting impression and for his service alone I would go back. He was very on top of his staff making sure no customer was just standing around. So what happen was... I was flipping in the foam pit with my glasses on. I know is a big no no to flip without glasses strap on (but hey this places brings the kid out of me) and I loss them!! The staff told me to file a loss items report and gave me the handbook response saying will call on Monday if we find anything. So I go to the counter squinting the entire time trying to fill out this report. Thats when I meet Stan he came to make sure that I was being helped, thats how he learn of the situation. He notice that I really couldnt see and then his attention then turned to how was I going to make it home safely. I informed him that my vision is horrible at night, but I really didnt have a choice I needed to take my little cousin home. He told me to wait till they close lucky for me we jumped the last hour of the night. Long story short he went of his way and protocol to ensure I retrieve my glasses. Awesome guy awesome place!! Dont come with extra high expectations for a trampoline park and you will have a blast too. It brought me back to a time when I was younger of jumping on the bed

I was very displeased with service and customer service. For the price i paid i expected better organization better customer support and to be treated with a little more professionalism. I arrived at scheduled time told to me 3 days before. When i got there they had already checked in quest with no instruction. they charged my additional quest a different amount then what was quoted to me and gave them the run around. I had 10 children and 10 parents standing around with no instruction. We were asked to move from the place we were standing and not giving any direction until i asked for it as to what should we do now. I was told im your hostess would you like to take care of the balance and then didnt see her again until time for the pizza to be served. i was totally unaware there was no party room and no place for my parents to sit. also they wouldnt allow the children beverages until after and hour and a half of jumping. They called my child by another name he was totally disappointed. i am going on and on but bottom line i will not recommend nor will i have another party at skyzone. I sent an email message 2 days ago about my displeasure with service and have yet to hear back.

Bad Experience.. I have been coming to this new location in Highland Heights since they opened. I also had my daughters Birthday party there in August of 2016 and have always had a pleasant time at this location during the day. I am not sure if since we came at night to jump for the first time if there is a change in staff but this evening was the Worst Experience Ever!!!! I brought my 2 year old nephew and daughter to jump to get over the snow blues and the atmosphere we were in was not acceptable.. The teenagers that worked there had the basketball jump section blocked for their own dunking challenge And They Worked there?? There was another round of kids with excessive horseplaying that almost seemed that they were fighting. I was Very displeased!! For better service unless something changes I would rather drive an additional 15 minutes out to Westlake for better service!! I tried to call and give my update to the manager but I was told by the call center rep that this location did not have a direct number to a manager but Westlake did?? Enough said..
