I was having fun, but then I got my purse stolen shortly after a large crowd of people walked in. I had it close to me and on me the entire time until I sat down to play one last game and for the first time in all of my time being there, I took my purse off my wrist and set it RIGHT NEXT TO ME on the machine I as playing on. As I got up to leave, it was gone. So looked for it for roughly 30 minutes, and mind you this place is pretty small, and I only played a few games. It was nowhere to be found. I had multiple valuables in my hand bag and will be reporting it to the police but in the meantime I just want to say this place is very ghetto and dimly lit. Most games dont work. The staff was nice though, but I still will never go again and from now on I will watch my items more carefully.

This is the first nickel arcade we ever went to, and weve been to others since but we still come back. Its a really affordable date night for young people and a night out for families with younger kids. There are quite a few out of order machines but the ones that do run are great and you pay less nickels than some of the the other nickel arcades in the area. If a game does stop working while playing or you accidentally come across one the staff is great and usually gives you your nickel back or helps get your tickets. The staff has been great any time weve went! The bigger prizes have always been more reasonably attainable which is nice because most places are insane for the amount of tickets you need for something cooler than a tootsie pop.

To the owners of this business. I feel bad because you must have just given up. here are some tips at no charge that may just save your place. First get rid of all the games that are turned off or are out of order that is about 40% they just make it over crowded. Next the games that are on, clean them and get all the nickles unjammed so that I can give you my money. after that replace some of the overhead lights so that its not like a cave. These three things are just the start and would cost you a few hundred bucks in light bulbs and cleaning supplies. But it would make a huge diff. Im not trying to be harsh Im trying to help.

80% of the machines are down lights are broken, as an electrical technician these machines arent hard to fix it just shows pure negligence on an owner of a company to let this happen these machines are basic circuits and motherboards thats about it, Ive never been to this location until today Ive always have been going to the one on redwood my entire life and Im going to keep it that way!! Dont wast your time with this non taken care of establishment. I even left my name and number at the front desk so the owner can call me so I will tell him my disappointment

Seriously where fun goes to die. If you type in "nickle" in your Google search, the second option is "Nickle Mortuary" which has a higher rating for a reason. Just a dingy room full of broken games and soiled dreams. The faces of the few children in the place showed them all near tears with disappointment. We walked in and directly right back out- without asking for our money back. Id like to think of my wasted $4.50 as a donation. Maybe theyll use it to pay their light bill- half the lights arent even on in this place. So sad. Dont go.

Wish Id seen the reviews first. This is where fun goes to die. Most machines either are "out of order" (~40) or have messed up screens, broken parts or have nickals jammed in the slots. Maybe 2 fun working games. Ghetto lights all out like they expect you to put nickals somewhere to turn the lights on, prizes look like theyve been there since the place opened. They male their money letting you in and letting you down when you realize its a storage lot for broken husks of games.

This place is awful and not what it once used to be. And by that I mean 80% of all the machines are always out of order. The ones that do "work" have a high chance of just not putting out tickets or jamming. Nickle mania on state is a longer drive for me but worth it if I actually get to play games and ACTUALLY get tickets. They dont even restock the prize wall so half of it is empty. I wish it was good cause I live nearby buy I will probably never come here again.

I used to frequent this place as a kid, but I went back recently and was disappointed to see that it was now quite dirty and rundown. I felt like a ton of the games I wanted to play were out of order, and a lot of the newer games that were in good shape cost several nickels per play. The bright side, no crowds later in the evening. I would recommend spending your nickels elsewhere, unless this place can whip itself back into shape.

well their are many things that could be improved the prizes are okay their is plenty of space and they have drinks and snacks but their are a lot of games that need to be trashed or fixed is they got some new games and got rid of the old ones that dont work that would be good, and also one time my nickel got stuck and when i asked they guy to help he gave out the biggest most ugly UGHHHHHHHHHHHH

This place is amazing! Lots of fun, great games, good customer service and great music. I know everyone complains about the games being out of order, but there is about 5 games total out of order, I had some issues with some nickels getting jammed, but all I did was tell the staff and I was helped right away!!!! Forget everything everyone says, the place is great, I definitely suggest it!

Kind of smelly and run down. Employee had an attitude that would make his parents so proud, 23 of their arcade machines out of order... not including the machines that didnt respond after dropping my precious coins into the belly of the beast. Ticket machine took the tickets and didnt produce a receipt... Its exactly what I expected. Loved it!

Im probably too old to have come here. but beyond that almost half of the games were out of service, and half the ones that werent ate your money. The games that were available were dated, and a good portion of the screens were bleached. The prizes the minimal amount of prizes that they had were junk and overpriced. NO Pinball.

We were a little worried about coming here because of the negative reviews, but it totally blew our expectations! The games were fixed, there were some new games, we got tons of tickets, the staff was, ya know, as good as one can hope from teenagers, and we just had an awesome time. They did a good job cleaning things up a bit.

I took my nephew and niece here today and had an incredible experience. We have been to the one in West Valley & Sandy is better by far. Ashton is the nicest manager, helped us with everything and had the best customer service bar none. We will definitely be back to this location every time. Thanks for a great experience!!
