Oct 16 2016. My truck was stolen from parking garage under hotel that i was mislead in believing it was safe and secure Told vehicles outside gate are stolen but not in gated garage with security cameras 10 which they refuse to provide the police and my wife and i copy of video. We were aloud to view in the office only saw the entire theft but denied evidence because it is an employee of theirs they are covering up for. Do not go to this place , vehicles are broken into stolen rooms broken into and nothing is done because this place refuses to corporate. They have zero hospitality, zero compassion for anyone whose been a victim of theft or auto theft. Video shows the entire theft and yet they refuse to help guest staying at hotel. False since of security mis representing your vehicle is safe in their gated parking garage which has a camera when code is entered for entry, 2 cameras for garage viewing entry and exiting, and 5 more in parking garage. Please people we are vehicle less now i lost my job because i had liability on an older truck and were stuck in bind with no way back to AL these people wont protect YOUR property only show video but not gibe it to help police investigations. Dont be a victim like we are and loose your job and no way back to home state This is happening on regular basis and they dont warn anyone that its happening. Behind a secure gate with code needed cameras security under hotel which is for hotel guests and employees only Dont go this will happen to you and they will cover it up protect the thief not you Do not go by the grace of god please dont let this be you too.
Im Asian and wanted to support an Asian Business. NEVER AGAIN. You cannot expect to prosper or even succeed bringing old world thinking and customer service to this century in this country. As an owner of a service industry business, I know the necessity of fulfilling the consumer’s needs, along with care and added customer service necessary for continued and repeat business. My writing this will not help you the owner/Manager of LA Crystal. Since if you cared enough to read this, you’d care enough to not permit your business to be the way it is. A random patron’s review will not bring you to the sudden realization that your business is lacking in every way. There are simply not enough characters permitted to really detail our experience. I’m quite sure you’ve seen this before, and daily with the look of disgust on your guests’ faces. To potential patrons, simply read the reviews and consider EVERY one of them true and accurate. This is simply a casino(Lobby section blocked off with PVC plumbing pipe and table cloths) with rooms(4 walls, roof, floor, bed) available for rent. This business will fail and hopefully be picked up by a company with customer service at its forefront.
If this review would allow me to put zero stars then I would! The billboard off the freeway said this casino was a Vegas style casino.... Well it was definitely WRONG! When you walk in it looks like a warehouse with some blackjack tables and a tiny bar in the corner. No slots machines, no restaurants, no clubs. The only bar they have sits only 11 people with the crappiest bartender I have ever come across. Her name is Cora. When I ordered the most basic drink she didnt know how to make it and was very rude about it. She was very inexperienced with no customer service skills at all. This is the worst experience Ive ever had and was such a waste of time. If Cora is your bartender, you need to run the opposite direction. She will make you feel like your wasting her time and is not afraid to show it to your face. If you like being treated like crap then this is the place for you. Otherwise, dont waste your time!
Not sure what we expected for $65 a night in Compton. They have remodeled somewhat recently, have nice TVs, and nice furniture. They have not done any maintenance or cleaning as there were huge dents in the walls, scuff marks everywhere, and bad smells in the hallways. The bathroom was DISGUSTING, and clearly hadnt been cleaned since the last guests, or regularly before that either: bad water marks and calcium deposits on the sink and shower fixtures, HAIR ALL OVER THE TOILET SEAT & SHOWER, and a dirty mirror. The entry ways were also very dirty, and everything looked very worn. The "breakfast" was awful and consisted mainly of a few items like hot dogs, Bologna, rice, and cereal purchased at the grocery store down the street then laid out on a table. I would not recommend staying here, no matter the price.
Muy mala experiencia, el hotel está muy descuidado y sucio los cuartos pésimos de sucios, polvo por todas partes las camas biejisimas y colchones vencidos. Los baños asquerosos de sucios y que decir de las regadera toda ongeada!!!! Nada que ver con las fotos que suben a internet!!!!
I spent 55 dollars and got a great deal. Its in a good part of Compton. No fridges in the room, maybe the more expensive rooms. Casino was neat. Cleanliness of room: My room was spotless but my buddy said his room was half good half bad ( they are remodeling ). Quality of service: Front desk was polite, security guards polite and helpful. Amenities: No fridge, but everything else you really need. Including flat screen. Location: Compton, very nice part. TGIF, Best Buy, right off the highway. Rates: 59 with tax, the nicer rooms were 97 I think.
Since its renovation has progressed, this casino has MAJORLY improved. It is not the ghetto casino as people remember it. It is clean, renovated with a fresh modern look, the casino seemingly has more tables as well as games (Spanish Blackjack is great for its bonuses), and the Bingo Night tournament is fun! Not only has the rooms and casino been improved, but my safety here has been reinforced with security every which way you would need... 5 star review for what the Crystal Casino has to offer and 5 stars for its extreme improvement!
Worst hotel experience ever. Dont have any kind of problem here because there answer to everything is I am not authorized and a manager is not here and wont be here till tomorrow. I have been here multiple times and return for the casino but this is the second time i have had an issue and gotten the same response from them. This time they are trying to hold the $100 cash deposit i left. I wont leave until i get my money back is what they dont seem to understand.
This is our 3rd stay here we love it.the rooms are super clean & cozy. The check in staff are very helpful.and its close to the freeway & alot of nice stores. The casino could use a touch up.the beds are amazingly comfortable!!!! And the views are nice. I have also recommended this hotel to many of my close friends and relatives.its a great tel & a wonderful price.plus check out is at 12pm!we havnt had there breakfast but i heard it was good too.
Stayed here for the gay pride weekend. The room I got was spacious but very old. Walked in and smelled like cigarettes. Complained downstairs because they charge you a cigarette fee if the room smells like cigarettes. Security came up, opened our windows and sprayed the place with Febreeze. Like, wtf is that gonna do. Other than that breakfast isnt all that great and parking is so far from the entrance. I wouldnt stay here again.
