Celebrated my sons 6th birthday last week for the first time. Never been to Boondocks before but Ive read up on the reviews, so my wife and I figured why not. So we had it reserved for 15 kids until midnight. They said if wed upgraded to the super hero packet that theyll have unlimited access to everything. Customer service started off really nice and polite. After an hour or so, other groups arrived with their birthday party. And every party is assigned with a host. Our host was Mia for like an half an hour or so until she disappeared for the rest of the evening. Our packet deal came with 3 pizzas 3 pitchers of soft drinks. 1 of the sprite pitcher came out flat with no syrup. So we sent it back but not once or twice but three times we had it sent back for being flat. On top of that, some of the adults in our little party didnt want pizza, so they ordered their own food from Boondockss Menu. By this time some of the servers seemed irritated while bringing out our food.... crummy attitudes and all, as if they didnt want to serve brown people. So some of our orders came out raw and uncooked, so we had sent it all back but they brought it back to our tables and some of wing plates only came back with 3 to 4 pieces of wings and were covered in dark bbq sauce and still wasnt cooked. The real winner was that they didnt even re-cook it and our original orders was honey bbq and others were plain. At this point, my wife and I are upset because its our sons birthday and our guests were unhappy. Mainly because our group was the first ones seated and 3 other groups that sat down half an hour to an hour after us had all received their orders before us. This was our first time visiting this place as paid customers with an upgrade, and in the end, my family and friends walked away bad experience and I was disappointed in the management team. Because I had address my issues with 3 different managers. Anyways...we ended up making it up to my son and his friends the next day at The Classic Fun Center in Sandy. P.S. To the guy in the kitchen that cooked our food and tossing our chicken wings into the trash, while yelling at our server saying you refuse to re-cook our order....I have one thing to say to you.....UN-PRO-FES-SION-AL!! Heres a tip for you, free of charge! A family oriented environment setting such as Boondocks...is all about creating an ultimate fun and positive family-friendly experience for everyone. Especially paid customers! And all this begins with a "POSITIVE ATTITUDE" within yourself when clocking-in. And if you dont like your job, then you should find another that suits you better. FYI..we may never see this place again or anytime soon.

OVERVIEW - 4.0 Came here with my company for a company enrichment activity. Our entry and activities were provided by work. LOCATION - 3 Boondocks is easily seen from the freeway, but getting there can be just a little complicated. For example, finding the entrance to the parking can be tricky (fortunately I had worked at a building right on their side, so I knew rather easily how to enter their parking lot. PRICE - NA This one I wasnt sure of, as my work provided the unlimited indoor play, as well as a credit of $5 for the arcade games. PRODUCT/SERVICE - 4 The arcade machines were a lot of fun, there was the Virtual Reality Roller Coaster, which was out of service. I also played Deal or No Deal, and the light was out on the button for #15. I think this is just typical for an indoor arcade center, a few appliances out of order or small little malfunctions. I didnt play lazer tag, but was told that it was rather warm in there with all the running, and heavy equipment that you wear. POINTERS/PERKS - 4 With the unlimited indoor wristband, you get access to the Dark Ride XD and laser tag an unlimited amount of times. I would advise those that dont use your trigger finger often to be advised, after two rounds of the XD Dark Ride, the muscles in my right index finger have been sore today. EMPLOYEES - 5 I had a chance to talk to an employee after redeeming my whoppin 22 points that I had won from deal or no deal. She was kind enough to round my points up by one so I could get one frootie and to avoid the plastic jumping frogs.

Most of the arcade games were broken, stole your tokens, get jammed, and wont give you tickets at all. All the workers were very grouchy and rude. Their was hardly anything to do. There was a girl that kept on line jumping to go on the go-karts. We kindly told her not to, and she badmouthed us then during the ride she would flip off us off. She bumped into us ("not allowed there") causing head on collisions, which hurt like sh*** making my younger siblings cry from the pain. We reported to the worker, he didnt do anything, cuz "he hasnt noticed that she had been line jumping all day and causing accidents and using vulgarity" then we told the security officer he just stood there in the corner lazily and didnt do anything but call the manager. The manager was sympathetic, gave us tokens (when we just wanted to get the heck out of there), and said she would talk to the girl. She went up by her, then stopped and chickened out. What kind of manager is scared to run her place properly? Sorry but what kind of place advertises a "family place" when it is full of trashy people who like to cause trouble and pain, the place is dirty, has only a couple things to do then a HUGE arcade to waste you money on, especially since majority of them steal your money, have grouchy young workers yelling at the young children for yelling and being excited. If you like all that and being around disrepectful trash, then by all means go.

Had my sons 12th birthday party here with our my family!Wasnt sure if it was worth what I was spending at first but changed my mind quickly! When we arrived the party table setup up for us and a cute spunky host greeted us verifying our pizza type and asked what we I wanted for drinks. We requested 4 different drink types and she brought out pitchers of each and helped me fill the kids drinks. She even brought out a pitcher of our choice and bigger cups for the adults! Then when the pizza was ready she helped serve it to all the kids. Once dinner was finished she cleaned up the mess so we could bring out the birthday cake. I brought my own ice cream B-Day cake but they happily stored it in the freezer and provided a knife and lighter! She cut the cake up so I could pass it out to everyone! After cake we moved to a different table for presents and the host cleaned up the mess. Then the kids line up and the host passed out the passes and explained how to use them. Then the kids took off and the adults got to as well since there was no mess to worry about cleaning up!!! So worth the price! Will definitely be having more partys here in the future!

I love this place usually. But since they no longer give out tickets- I have noticed 2x now that not all the games put tickets on the fun card. Last time the 3 of us went, spent over a hundred dollars for passes and arcade and got the jellyfish on the Harpoon game that shows winning 400 tickets. The biggest win all day- however, when going to pick out prizes with the tickets, it didnt show that win! I told the manager Brittany about it and she gave me attitude, saying it must have been pounds and not tickets and wanted to walk over to the game and have me show her- but it doesnt show that info. I asked her to ask a co-worker that they might know and she refused to. She said shell give me 209 out of the 400 tickets. I asked her co- order and he told her it is 400 tickets and she still only gave us 200 tickets and an attitude. Tickets are why we spent so much money at the arcade and I was robbed by the arcade not putting the tickets on my card and then robbed by the manager who would only give half the tickets I was suppose to get
