I mean, whats not to like about this place. They dont have booze (be forewarned), which I suppose could be a bummer for some but, I got over it quickly. I was visiting Salt Lake City and Ume happened to be playing so, I caught the gig. This place is intimate...meaning tiny. Stage is about two feet tall but, even at the farthest part of the room, you might be fifteen feet from the stage. For such a tiny place, the sound was superb. The sound person knows how to get the vocs through the PA and blend them with live amp sounds. It was loud (like you expect a Rock show to be) but, never painful. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening and the club. If I ever happen to be in SLC again, Ill check the schedule and if theres a show that sounds interesting at Kilby, Im in. Very cool joint.

A bad a$$ place for whatever...experienced my sons bands first pro performance at Kilby Court...Look...its not the Crowne Plaza...far from.....but it is a cool little venue. Social Conduct headlined for a nice lineup of high-school-aged rock-n-rollers...two other groups and one solo act...I apologize for not knowing the names of bands other than SC...Social Conduct with Connor S...Super on the bass, Connor VW...Dub on electric guitar, Jack THE Man on electric and acoustical guitars, and last but not least Gracefully Gracey Grace (3G) on the drum kit!!! ***Kilby Court is Killin It*** They are booking up fast for summer shows...call them asap! Super nice peeps running the gig...call now!

Ive been to Kilby Court twice- once last summer for Coral Bones & Fictionist, then again in November for A Lily Grey & Intronaut. I had a great time both times- this venue is very intimate and youll get a very personal experience going there. Fair warning though, its cold AF in the winter because theres basically no heating so if you dont bring a thick coat youll most likely end up freezing your ass off.

This is hands down my favorite place for a show. ANYWHERE! I live in Seattle but whenever I am going to be headed through SLC I always check for a show here. I ADORE this place! There is no venue like it. It doesnt even feel like a "venue," it feels more like Im having a fun night in a friends back yard. You will not find this type of atmosphere anywhere else. Kilby is one of a kind!

The building is small and can be packed and cramped in the summer time, but there is a courtyard area outside. Youll find some of the more eclectic artists passing through here, as well as the crowd. It is a friendly all ages venue, where there is no alcohol served. Its a little run down, a little different, but almost always a good time here.

This is a small venue, but dont let that turn you away. It creates an intimate experience you dont get at bigger venues. Everyone was friendly and it was a good experience. I appreciate this being an all ages venue. I didnt see any young kids, but this little ally has a good vibe. Weve been here a couple of times and its just a ton of fun.

I cant think of a venue I enjoy more. I love the setting, even if not nice, and the memories Ive made here are excellent. Ive found a ton of good music from showing up to random concerts, and some of them have turned into some of my favorite bands. They also pull some really good names, especially for the venue size.

Although its not much to look at Kilby Court is the home for local music in Utah and many smaller touring bands from across the United States. For what it lacks in some categories Kilby Court makes up for it in personality. This all ages venue is a fun and safe place for music lovers of all ages to hang out.

This is a nice small venue to come watch artists play at. That have a nice area outside where you can sit and hang out, complimented by a fire pit in the center. Its got a cool grunge feel with a wall covered in band stickers and a small area where artists can sell their merch.

Awesome small venue, housed in a literal garage. Can be uncomfortable in extreme weather conditions (its indoor, but again... a garage). The courtyard area is fun to hang out in and there is also a fire pit (bring your own wood!). Always sounds great.

If you love a band and find out they play here this is a perfect way too hear them. Sound is usually over compensatingly bad and loud but otherwise being 10 feet from the artist is the best!

Probably my favorite small, intimate venue! I come here any time I get a chance. They dont have much in the way of alcohol as it is an all-ages venue. You are best to pre-game.

Ive been to a couple concerts here now. This is one of my favorite venues in the area. Its a garage where the music is played, but I like the intimacy it brings..

Its usually got a good crowd and is nice exposure for local and little-known bands. Hella cold in the winter, though. Make sure to bring some warm clothes!

Best small venue to see up and comers. There have been some superstars that played here before they got big. Hip location, firepit out, cozy small setting.

Great place to hold concerts. It can get really steamy, really quick. Make sure you bring a backpack to save your coats or jackets.

For a small stage and strange location, this venue has great acoustics and sound. Such a great and fun place to see local talent.

Wow, this place is run down, beat up, doesnt have a bar. But ... the shows are super fun. Hard to put a good rating on it.
