I am writing this to share so how very disappointed I am in your establishment. I attended the Jason Aldean concert on Friday the 12th. It was absolute the worse concert experience I have ever had. Due to the number of people attending the show, your staff was not organized. It took us over an hour just to get in the doors and we missed the first two acts, one of which is why I attended the concert (Thomas Rhett), I did not get to see him play at all. There were no ropes for people to line up in a fashionably manner. This cause much friction between other attendees. In line many people did not have service on their phones to pull up their tickets and would go out to the parking lot and were ridiculed as they came back to their spot, I witnessed several aggravated confrontations. Between the heat and your facility not being organized it was a very disappointing situation that you did not have a plan of execution based on the amount of people who were attending. There was also a separate line for VIP, which I saw many, many people just coming into the regular line at the entrance rather than going to the end to wait like everyone else. When we got in and found some friends on the lawn, there was a fight between adult couples near the family section. My minor son’s girlfriend was caught up in the fight somehow and was held in a choke hold by an adult women who appeared to be intoxicated. It took me over 30 min to find security to have them escort the woman out as she assaulted a minor child. The child was sent to medical where her vitals were checked and her back was bandaged up, she was having a panic attack. We did speak to the police and they stated they would kick the woman out but that was it, it was very disappointing that she was allowed to get away with assaulting a child and that was her only consequence. Apparently her, her boyfriend and another couple got into a punching brawl over a cigarette burn and this poor child was attached in the mist of it. The police stated to me that there was only 8/9 of them there and unless there was a killing or stabbing there wasn’t much they could do. I can’t believe with the amount people attended the show, there were no security guards on the lawn to keep the peace. There were many drunk people and people smoking marijuana. Not a safe environment at all, especially when children are present. I would like a refund for the 4 tickets we purchased, that night was a horrible experience and I missed the two first acts due to waiting in line for over an hour just to get in. I think that safety of the public should be your number one priority and that was not the case here. The security you did have were not armed and did not seem aggressive enough to handle a dangerous situation had one occurred, after Kennedy was choked we did not feel safe and left before the concert even ended. You should suggest finding a way to make the lines more organized, have more police presence, inside and outside the venue and the people who were checking us in did a horrible job, I could have easily brought in a weapon. They did not check my purse completely and only used the wand on the bottom half of bodies. With what is going on in this world today, I think you should take safety very serious.

This is the worst venue Ive ever been to. Went to the venue and our tickets were at will call, so when I arrived there I inquired at Guest Services in the front and they said all we had to do is show our credit card at the entrance and theyd swipe it and let us in. So we waited patiently in front for our friend with the credit card to arrive rather than wait in the long line in front of the ticket booth where people were still purchasing tickets. By the time our friends arrived it was like 10 minutes before the concert was supposed to begin, and we walked up to the entrance only for them to say that they werent scanning credit cards that day and we had to stand in the will call line. We were slightly disgruntled but stood in line anyway. Our friend with the credit card wanted to be sure so he went up to another lady at the entrance and asked if he used his credit card, could we get in without waiting in the ticket line and she said yes. So we got OUT OF LINE, WITH 6 MINUTES BEFORE THE SHOW WAS SUPPOSED TO START. And what happened? She was "mistaken" and said we couldnt go in and that we had to get back at the end of the line. Right as we were pretty much pushed out, the opening band (the band I paid 40 bucks to see) started 5 minutes early because of the venues ridiculous "scheduling". So we quietly got back in line even though we were extremely angry at this point. After a couple minutes, a "T.E.A.M. Security" member came up to us and said "Did one of you cuss at the ticket lady?" And of course, none of us had, and she proceeded to tell us that it was AGAINST THE LAW TO CUSS IN PUBLIC and that if we did it again we would be forced to LEAVE. And all I wanted to ask was, how did you pick us out of the crowd? (We were all of Asian descent) So to me that was racial profiling because it couldve been anyone in the vicinity who cussed (which everyone was) and they blamed it on us. Either way, we waited in that line for over 20 minutes, completely missing the band that we paid to see. This is the worst venue ever, and I will continue to vilify them as much as I humanly can.

I just took my daughter to see Depeche Mode for her first concert at the tender age of 8! I purchased our tickets knowing that people typically stand all throughout the event, so I made sure to get tickets that were adjacent to an open area. So the concert gets started, everyone jumps to their feet, and now my daughter cant see the stage anymore. I have her move to the open area and literally within seconds, a female security guard comes and says she cant stand there! :( My daughter is forced to move back to her seat where she cant see. So I go up to another security guard in our area and ask for help. This guy is super cool and says that we can move closer to the stage where she can see, but I was going to have to kneel down on concrete for the night. Was NOT looking forward to that, but if my daughter can see the event, then it would TOTALLY be worth it. A couple minutes later, another security guy comes up to the super cool guy and whispers something in his ear... The new guard opened the gate and waived for me and my daughter to follow him. Next thing you know, he leads us down to THE FRONT ROW!!! Now, we were off to the far left of the row, but STILL!!! We were maybe a hundred feet away from center stage!! My daughter jumped for joy and had the time of her life! She even ended up getting a Depeche Mode guitar pick from one of the roadies!! Ak-Chin Pavilion may not have the greatest sound system ever, but the staff at TEAM and Live Nation are the GREATEST!! Thanks for being cool and having a Big heart! My daughter and I will never forget that experience! Kudos to Danny at Live Nation! Oh yes, Depeche Mode ROCKED IT!! Unbelievable!!
