I went to see Randy and Mr. Lahey last night the show its self was good. But the venue sucked! We payed extra for a meet and greet and the cheeseburger party and we did not get any of it! The information that was downloaded to my phone was apparently inaccurate! We even double checked for times on their website and it said 8:00! When we got there we missed the meet and greet and the cheeseburger party by 2 hours! It started at 6! Again we checked all websites and absolutely no mention of the VIP cheeseburger party starting at 6! People were also expecting the show to start at 8:00 it did not start until after 9! For two hours people we smoking inside the building once the show was about to start they finally told everyone that their is no smoking in the building. People were tripping and falling all over the place. They did not have any warnings or even lights on the steps so everyone was falling. (Great way to make you keep buying more beer though! Just trip you up with every step!) The place is just awful I would not recommended it nor will I ever go back! The roof was leaking it was cold there was virtually no where to sit. 90% of everyone was standing. This place is terrible! Randy and Mr. Lahey deserve so much better and I DO NOT blame them!

Very unorganized, way slow to get us all in, with how many tickets they sold they shouldve started sooner and be way more organized about how they let people enter. Its also located in a very nasty area, tons of homeless people, no good parking and the lines cant be in front of the surrounding businesses, which is everywhere around them. They really need to close down or move at least. Then when inside if you dont get upfront you can forget seeing anything, everyone stands on the half walls and blocks the view for everyone behind them. Then their ATM machine kept taking peoples money, we asked for help and all the workers said was its a hit or miss and that its a gamble, they wouldnt help anyone yet you cant buy anything unless you brought cash and a lot of it because of how expensive it is there. Will never go again!

Had an unpleasant experience with a security guard. They grab vapes and shove them into their pockets without warning or letting you know that theyre not allowed in the venue. When asked if I could take it to my vehicle, he hovered over me looking down at me using extreme intimidation telling me he was going to call the cops. At the end of the event I saw him using the vape he took. I will be going back to report theft. They also ran out of water at the end of the event when people need it the most. The venue is small an intimate and its one of the things I loved about it. They need better employees and someone who knows how to do their orders correctly, or theyre easily going to get a lawsuit on their hands. Im glad not a lot of artists go through that venue for their shows. Sky bar is where you want to go.

Ive had more pleasant experiences with TSA agents. Seriously. I would happily take airport security over In the Venue. We were channelled through two security checks to get to the "escape from LA"-esque bar area, a process that also severely limited our viewing options for the actual concert we paid to go here for (because who would ever want to have an alcoholic beverage at a punk gig). Throughout the process we were shouted at worse than a military-fitness-workout-instructor I pay $120 an hour to give me weekly cardio... if only the the lead singers voice was as crisp from our shameful beer cage as the ones from the several bouncers we had to pass... it might all have been worth it. As it is, do yourself a favour and play the bands record at home with a dominatrix dehumanizing you for about the same cost.

I understand that the state is a bit weird about certain things... But still, it feels like this venue doesnt know who its for. It hosts punk, rock, and metal gigs, but treats adults (specifically adults who sometimes enjoy on alcoholic beverages) pretty poorly. Extra lines, high prices, and crummy (limited) seats are par for the course when you want to see punk bands like Gogol Bordello while youre also having a drink. Its not like I died, but it feels... disappointing, and it also feels at odds with the venues lineup and decor. (not that you NEED alcohol to enjoy things, but come on, dont punish me for having a beer... And may [diety] have mercy on your soul if you need to go to the bathroom at any time during your gig.)

mariela, so the venue is to blame for the cities lack of acceptable parking spaces? also, all tow zones in the area are VERY CLEARLY marked. if you ignored the signs, that isnt the clubs fault... Teresa, how does an atm take your money? also, as far as getting people in and merchandise, those 2 things have nothing to do with the club. the promotor determines the speed of entrance while the tour deals with merch. you seem to be upset by your recent visit but please channel your anger to the appropriate sources. someone complained about having to go get his id? lol. blame the state, not the club. Charge you for VIP? How unheard of.....

Went to go see "AJR" live. The line wrapped around 2 blocks. Security was respectable and orderly. Once inside, it felt like walking into an oven (over 1,000 people attended). It was basically like a small mosh pit. The only ventilation was the big fans and open wall above the bar. The poor band was dying of the heat. Good sound and lighting, but all a big mess with people smushed together from the entrance to the front of the whole room. Overall ok. Wished it wouldve been bigger.

While the small size leaves everyone with an intimate concert experience, the floor does get crowded, the venue is in a super trashy area and the staff seemed up-tight and even rude to concert attendees, who had to wait in the heat for an extra hour and a half longer than the scheduled start time. The full staff worked hard to track down every loose joint, but only two employees worked admission, preventing half of the concert-goers from seeing the first of three acts.

The worst! I guess you can still go if your metal band is showing but be prepared for the most ghetto place on earth! Lots of homeless people selling drugs and hanging around. Bring your id and be more then 21! Im f 27 and they didnt let me in so i had to run home and grab my id. The stupid bad was in a whole different section i just didnt get it. Only good thing i guess is super ghetto you artiat is xlose to you but for reals everything else sucks

DJ was terrible. He was all over the place with genres and could barely beat match. There was also only 1 bartender with a long wait that would either didnt notice people cutting the line or didnt care. Only 1 of my 2 drinks made by him was drinkable. The bartender was very nice when you dealt with him thought.

Tried to go to the Jana Kramer tonight, Wind did knock out the power , but after it was back on, waited an hour and the line still did not move. Show was to gto on at 8pm most likely would go on at midnight. Staff was unhelpful and did not know a thing. Would not go back, even if the concert was free.
