A really beautiful park. Fun to explore and great for poke hunting :) Has several easy paths, including some that are handicap or wheelchair accessible. I dont have any of these but I see a lot of people with boats, kayaks, and canoes. This place is pet friendly and has lovely veiws. Great for bird watching. You can see melanistic (black) squirrels here and if youre lucky a TON OF bats.

This park in my opinion is falling apart. The playground areas are ok and some have been updated. The last time I was there there was a dead fish epidemic which made certain areas smell horrible. There was more trash than usual. I used to take my children there alot not anymore.

Beautiful place to launch your boat for free. Watch nature. Bald Eagles, Ospreys, Red Tailed Hawks, Great Northern Harriers, Periquin Falcons, Great Blue Herons, Ducks, Geese, Foxes, fishing, nature walks, peaceful atmosphere. All just around the corner from your home.

Thankful to have it in this community. Boat ramps, play areas, and a great place for an easy walk. Pretty well kept and clean. I guess there will always be people who dont appreciate it enough to take care and not litter or destroy things.

Excellent park! Theres a boat launch, multiple water entry points, two playgrounds and several port-a-potties. There is about a 1 mile loop on a shared and paved path. Its at the back of a neighborhood but its definitely worth going to.

Great place for putting in your kayak for a paddle to days cove or up the big and little gunpowder falls rivers. It can be extremely busy on summer days with lots of boats in the channel though.

Pretty park but not that great for canoeing. The water is not clean for swimming and its oily from all of the motor boats. There are A LOT of black snakes at this park too!!
