This place is a lot of fun for kids but its not something that offers so much fun that you want to spends long periods of time there, or go to often. The place offers trampolines (1 person per trampoline), a foam pit to jump into, a rock wall, & a dodge ball trampoline game. You pay by how long you are there for. The attractions are fun for kids of all ages, even toddlers and adults will have fun there. However the employees are terrible. They are a bunch of teenagers who literally spend their time talking more then working. And there is no management to been seen! The eating area is very dirty, spilled food everywhere. A lot of the kids are running around in socks so its gross when there are wet puddles of slushies all over that dont get cleaned up by staff. Our rock wall experience was horrible as well. While waiting in line one of the 2 rock wall employees walked away, she went over to the concession stand and was talking to another employee there & then after that wander off somewhere else. We were next in line & there were lots of free spots on the wall but the 1 employee who was there was so busy helping others he couldnt come help get new people ready to climb. We waited this way about 10 min before a new girl came over to help. She gave us our harness & walked away without explaining how to adjust them, or helping any of the children adjust them. When she walked away, she went over and started talking to the other guy employee working at the wall. They were standing there just chatting literally for 10 min. I was calling to them, waving my arms, & they were totally oblivious and kept talking. You have to pay by the time here (60, 90, or 120 min) so when you spend 20 of those minutes waiting in line while the employees talk & share their iphone pictures its really frustrating.

This place is AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING and OUT for THEMSELVES!!!!!!! My kids had a good experience with a small group there over a year ago. However "BIG WARNING"if you have a party there ask for an experienced staff member and hold onto your possessions even though they offer to safe keep them! .mMy host took my daughters EPI PEN/ INHALLER which had my car keys in it and told me it was going to be placed in the party room. Then after I pay over $500 for the gathering my CC is left on a table and not handed back to me where any and everyone could take it. The staff takes off before my party is over. Parents are coming into pick up their kids no one is there to help me!!!! I go to the front looking for my keys no one cares they claim they do not have my EPI PEN which was not in the room. I ask a 1/2 dozen times for help no one cared or responded except to say oh we looked for it we cant find it. I finally said call the girl/staff assigned to my gathering and ask her!!!!!!!!oh guess what it all magically appeared! To top it all my niece broke her leg there thanks to all the safety and upfront info they share (there is none). You better educate your kids how to jump and where to just jump cause they expect you to know there are blind spots and colliding is common. My nieces ortho shared he has seen broken backs, spine damage and numerous breaks in kids from this place. There is no preventative education or upfront warning except the waiver you sign! I called the general manager to report my experience her response"I got what I paid for and my assigned staff coordinator gave me great service!" No apology no taking responsibility no care in my niece and her condition!! DREADFUL

I had an unenjoyable experience due to an employee with an unpleasant attitude. The worker seemed to not like our company because we were adults. Aha. Even though the place is a perfect setting for children, doesnt mean its not also for adults to have fun as well. The worker blew her whistle at EVERYTHING we did. We werent able to do anything besides jump up & down. She kept her eyes on us the whole 1 hour of our time & didnt pay any mind to the other children. We are minorities & didnt want to think that the reason was because of that but it was pretty hard not to seeing the looks on everyones faces as we walked past them. Even the other staff was disrespectful to us when we had questions about certain areas of the play areas. Over all, bad attitudes throughout the whole staff. Wouldnt recommend this place at all if youre looking to bring your preteen children, teenagers, or even yourself as an adult.

I have been to Helium numerous times with my kids and we absolutely love it. There are so many different attractions and while they do come with an additional price, it is not unreasonable and there are a variety of ways to pay for attractions which makes it specific to each guests interests. The cashiers at the front ALWAYS greet the guests with a smile and are very helpful and welcoming. They answer all questions and are so accommodating. All other staff members are always interacting with the kids and laughing and helping keep the park safe and friendly. I truly believe that if you have an issue with any of the staff members at Helium, your kids were either not following the rules and putting themselves or others at harm or you came into the park with a bad attitude! Thank you to every person at Helium for such an amazing experience. We love coming to you guys and recommend you to all!

Upon entering I asked if I need to purchase a wrist band in order to attend with my 3 year old. I explained this was her first trampoline park and I wasnt certain how shed respond and that I was not interested using the trampoline myself. I was told I would not so I commit to purchasing a single wrist band for her. We walk upstairs take our shoes off at which point Im approached by the staff and told I need special Helium socks for both of us (we both have socks on as it is) and I now need a wrist band in order to be on the trampolines with her. So I put the shoes back on myself and 3 year old and carry our items back downstairs and purchase the socks and wrist bands. We proceed back upstairs and begin bouncing on our first trampoline and now I am told, after spending $55 that I cannot even be on the same trampoline with my 3 year old and coach her through her 1st trampoline experience.

The service was horrible i waited almost an hour for a hot dog fries and pizza when it finall got done the fries was hard the hot dog was plain i wasnt given any kind of complementary items to compensate my wait i had to get a refund for my pizza and the mamger which worked in the kitchen was very rude i will never go back they dont have nothing that they show on the website they are fixing everything while kids eun and play everywhere not professional and will never return as a matter of fact i will be call corporate in the morning we ended up going to dave and busters and had way more fun and i would have given them zero stars but i had to give them one star to leave this message
