Update! On a recent visit, I purchased a popcorn lid for 50 cents. An employee said that it would not fit on my Mega Tub. I said I was going to fill it with popcorn for the kids. She said they have little plastic bags for free! Maybe next time :) This earned them a 4th star. They also have limited Luxury Seating in some theaters. They are much nicer seats than local competitors with more adjustment options and heat! Id really give 4.5 stars because they need more luxury seating. Full 5th Star for: As a MegaRewards Member, I receive email surveys about my visits. They are worth the time to fill out. You will get a reply from the management if necessary (as with the cherry coke fiasco AND the comfy seats below) and as far as I can tell, they take it to heart and will fix it. Its safe to bet that I was one of the first in town to learn they were getting Luxury Seating! Thanks MegaPlex! Employees there do not know the meaning of customer service. They hassled about what I needed instead of working to get what I needed. Remember the saying that the customer is always right? They are lazy. I purchased the MegaTub and refillable cups for $60.00 and was told by the ticketing desk that the tub is $3 for a refill and our refillable cups would cost $1.50 for a refill. This is a great deal by the way and pays for itself with just a few trips to the theater. At concessions, they charged us $1:75 each for our drink refills. I let them know what I was told about paying $1.50 per refill. Instead of arguing with me, I feel that they should have charged the $1.50, informed me that they would correct the misinformation that I was given and that it will be $1.75 in the future. Instead, the young man just argued with me about what his screen said. I also asked to get a Cherry Coke from the fountain (the freestyle machines taste too bitter) and he said they were out. I asked him if they could change it. He said it would take several minutes (as if he didnt want to be bothered) and I said Ill wait. I dont think he was expecting that I would be persistent with my needs. He finally called up a person to help work on our Cherry Cokes after the next customer also asked for Cherry Coke from the fountain. This is 3 Cherry Cokes before he decided to add any sense of urgency to the transaction. They would have earned another star for customer service and the 5th for comfortable seating. Although I love how convenient this theater is to home, reserved seating, ample parking, rewards program, etc. I have to admit that the seats are not as comfortable as a competitor thats not far away.

Recently I went to purchase some tickets as a gift for a client, as I walked through the lobby I passed by some large computers located in the middle of the room, there was a man standing there on one of the computers, as I passed I briefly glanced at the screen and to my astonishment and great alarm, the man was watching pornography - there it was in living color for anyone to see on a large screen. Totally shocked, I continued past and went to the desk where I was to make my purchase and I notified the young clerk about the incident, she was totally ignorant to my complaint. I am completely alarmed that there are no blocks or protections for these computers in such a public place, where children and families are supposed to be able to go. I am not impressed with the response I got when I brought it to their attention, so Im making my thoughts known here. Hello Megaplex.

So here is the deal, I like the theater as far as the size, however it is very expensive and truly sucks when you pay good money for the popcorn and it is not even fresh!!! My other complaint is every time we go there the bathrooms always smell really strong like urine, this is nasty to me. Tonight we went to watch Fast and Furious 7 and I really could not enjoy the movie because it smelled like URINE so strong in the restrooms, but even this time in the theater where we were sitting...I have complained before about this when I was there but apparently the problem still is a ISSUE...Please do something about this!!!! This will be posted under my partners name however, I Amy Barnes is the one writing the complaint!!!!

Megaplex 13 is by far the best place that I have been. I went to see Fantastic Beasts yesterday and was bringing a friend as a surprise and the person that took my tickets (his name was Dylan if I recall correctly) anyways I told him it was a surprise and showed him that my friends eyes were closed so he told me where the theater was in a way that didnt give away what the surprise was. Also the staff is really friendly and will drop whatever they are doing to help you with whatever you need. The theater was clean as were the hallways and food area. An employee (Ashley) informed us that our theater was ready when she saw that we where sitting around waiting. overall the experience was great. would recommend

We go to movies on Tuesdays and usually end up here. The popcorn on Tuesdays is a great price and I bring the refill cup so this outing is not hard on my wallet. Either ordering on line or just walking in I usually never have a problem. The food line is sometimes a longer wait but there is two of us and one gets ticket and one stands in the food line. I have the rewards card so sometimes get a free drink or cheap upgrade. Only complaint is having to wait in the second line if you want to use the fancy soda machine. I have just starting telling them what I want and deal without the fancy shmancy favors.

I love this theater. Its my go-to theater when we go to movies as a family or have a sisters night out. Great food for the price, especially their popcorn and drink specials, you get more for your money. Great atmosphere as well. Love $5 Tuesdays. Warning it does get super busy on Tuesdays especially for family movies. But other than that its a great theater. Most of all I like the select your own seats that are super comfortable. I would pick the backs row. So you dont get people behind you and its just the best seats around.

This is a fantastic movie Theatre. It is very busy but that definitely is a positive thing because if it wasnt busy, I would wonder why it wasnt busy. They have a ton of staff to get you through the lines quickly and efficiently. They have a great selection of movies but the only thing that stinks is the evening movie times. Most of the movies only go at either 8 or 10 which makes you being there very late. Overall a great experience and a ton of great food options.

I just wanted to say thank you to the manager on shift today. We were there around 4:10 to see Despicable Me and I tried to get my Fandango card redeemed for tickets, but made a mistake. We were late because of the freeway closure. Anyways the manager gave us tickets anyways. It was a rough day for us. It took us an hour to get there and I was so disappointed. But you made our day. Sorry for the inconvenience. You are awesome. :) You made a little girls day.
